Overall Bill and his wife make a great team. They conduct themselves professionally. I've used them twice. The first experience was ok, though kinda costly because we ordered so many prints (first year family pictures, etc.). The second time around however, wow, their prices increased noticeably. So much so that I could only afford one picture and he didn't even include the digital image of the print that I bought. He stated that he didn't want customers to make their own prints, that he wanted his percentage of all prints. I didn't recall that from the first time, but that might have been the case even then. I think he would have included a low-res copy of the digital image that we purchased, but we weren't interested in that. Anyway, they're alright people. If you're looking for a high quality print photographer and can afford their pricing, then I'd recommend them. If you're just looking for family pictures like we were and don't want to break the bank, I'd (unfortunately) have to recommend that you look elsewhere. They're not family photographers in my opinion, but rather a high-end operation. Good luck whichever you choose! read more

We had the privilege of working with Bill from Imageclectic for a photo shoot for our business, Hyper Wear. We will be using his pictures for a poster showing ways to use our products. Bill is such a dynamic guy and truly a creative spirit. He is highly professional and works hard to understand what is the goal of the sitting and ultimately what we wanted to capture. I had a rare opportunity where my mother and father were visiting to my new home in Texas - my parents are divorced but friends and decided to travel together for the visit and as my parents are aging, I was anxious to capture this moment in time forever. There were additional complexities to this sitting as my mother has MS and is mobility challenged and I also was hoping to include our dogs in the sitting when possible. Bill made it all come together - always a big smile and happy demeanor. Not only was the end result exactly what I was hoping to capture (actually so many good shots, it was hard to whittle down to the favorites), Bill made the actual sitting as much of a positive, "forever" memory as the photos he captured. My wife and I wanted professional photographs of our two kids and family to commemorate their graduation from college. We picked Bill of Imageclectic and were blown away by the positive experience. The experience started with Bill spending time asking and listening about what we were looking for, then he provided ideas, suggestions and improvements for us to consider before we agreed to the following. We held two photo sessions (one per child) with the shots taken at the venues of their choice. Places they associated with fond college memories. My son selected three spots within driving distance of each other and my daughter four within walking distance of each other. They changed their attire to fit the location along the way. All the time Bill, working with his daughter and son, were very cheerful, easy going and a joy to spend the time with. They took hundreds of pictures from multiple angles and with different lighting conditions. A couple of weeks later we met with Bill to review and grade the photographs that he had organized into themed groups. Then we selected the pictures that we wanted prints of, ones that we wanted bound into a glossy photo album and the one that we wanted enlarged to 3x3 foot canvas wall portrait. The best part of this experiencing the professional results. Each of the kids and the grandparents got a copy of the photo album and I invariably find myself staring at the 3x3 foot portrait of the family gracing our sitting room wall. In summary, the results and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. I have recommended Bill to friends and to anyone that would listen. I got in touch with Bill through a friend because I had to have a professional head shot done. I was anxious because I've never done anything like this before. Bill was great about explaining what to expect, what sort of clothes to bring to wear, and letting me change my clothes. He and his assistant guided me through, and he let me check periodically to see which angle, clothes, etc. I preferred as we closed in on the winning shot. He was also incredibly patient and flexible with me despite not knowing me. I had to cancel and reschedule on him because of an awful haircut and he still squeezed me in. We used Imageclectic to take my son's senior photos and some group photos with his friends. Bill did a wonderful job in advising us on clothing coordination for the group shot which turned out amazing. He listened to my son and heard what my son wanted for his senior photo and captured several wonderful images.
