He was always so quick to respond. When the wedding finally arrived, he put us and our families at ease. The groom and both fathers are pretty vocal in their dislike of photos, but Jeff managed to win even them over - he was professional but fun, and the suggestions that got us all laughing led to some of the best photos during the family portraits. We did a two-hour session earlier in the week before the wedding with just the bride and groom, to save time during the packed wedding day, and this ended up being a great call. Not only did we get some incredibly striking photos in a different setting than what was available during the wedding itself (like in front of a jaw-dropping sunset), we also had the opportunity to get comfortable with Jeff and his shooting style. Highly recommend. The photos turned out amazing, which is a huge understatement. He put together the gallery after the wedding faster than I was expecting, and sent us access to an online gallery. He had already picked out some highlights, but sent us everything so we could go through ourselves. He also did a few touch-ups for us that meant a lot - like removing an accidental photobomb from another vendor when my dad and I were walking down the aisle. Overall - an amazing experience! I've never had professional photos done before, and the candid moments he was able to catch of us I will cherish forever.

We had forgotten to tell him we were bringing our dogs to the venue for some pre-ceremony photos (oops...) but they were so relaxed about working it in. Even with our crazy dogs and chaotic families, Jeff & his wife were calm and good-humored throughout the whole event. They were familiar with our venue, so they had some really great suggested photo spots, but they were also totally happy to incorporate all of our requests too. As for the photos, WOW. Seriously stunning. We have hundreds and hundreds of absolutely gorgeous photos, and you can find a photo for every single guest. It took about 4 weeks to get them all back, and we got some sneak peek photos about 1.5 weeks after the wedding. It was all completely worth the wait, we are so so so happy and grateful to have had Jeff for our wedding. It was everything we hoped for and more.

Trust me, it is NO easy task to get two adults, three kids under 12, and two dogs (a puppy and a senior) to get together in front of a camera - but Chad had plenty of strategies up his sleeve to pull it off! He took us to multiple different settings and got awesome shots of all seven of us together and apart each time. Not to mention he was responsive and prompt, easy to talk to, and had great energy with the dogs and kids - the kids said that he was their favorite photographer they've ever had! We'll definitely be coming back to Chad for more!

I'd like to say that I have actually received services from Faux-Toes Studio, but unfortunately, I…read morecannot. This is thanks to the owner and only photographer of this studio. I recently won a silent auction prize from Faux-Toes at a charity fundraiser that I went to. I bid quite a bit on this item, thinking it included an hour session and at least the proofs of the session. When I received the GC from the chairperson, it basically stated, thank you for your donation of $50 and gave some basic info about the photographer and location of her studio with an expiration date of Sept. 30, 2011. I called 2 days later to reserve a time. I spoke with Kristin, the owner, set the time and date, but I asked if it were possible to call or email her back with the location because I hadn't made up my mind yet of where I wanted it to be. Mind you, this was all after we had discussed several locations, including Mt. Bonnell, already. She agreed to me getting back with her. About a week later, I emailed her with my idea of location to which she responded 2 days later, stating that the GC was only for her in-home studio and for a 20 min session, but if I wanted to have the session elsewhere, that would be an increase of $225 for an hour session on location. I was floored, but decided that I could drive out to Lakeway and have the session there. I proceeded to ask what the prize included exactly as the GC given to me was not very forthcoming in info. I was told that it was for only 20 min. of her time at her home studio. That's it. No proofs, no prints, no partial or full CD of pictures taken. If I wanted a partial CD of pics, that would be another $325 paid in full to her. Needless to say, I canceled the reservation and expressed my displeasure over the whole thing. For someone to participate in a fundraiser for a charity of noteworthy cause and only offer 20 min. of their time and nothing more is cheap and screams of only self-promotion in my opinion. She did offer to reimburse my donation if I were to mail the GC back to her. I declined because I didn't donate to be reimbursed. My heart was in the right place when I bid on the auction item, but Faux- Toes Studio Owner, Kristen Roedner's heart was not when she offered her services.

During the session in his studio, I was astounded by the amount of time and attention that he gave to my single photo (my previous photo experiences have always been akin to an assembly line at a formal function). Words cannot describe how incredible of a wedding photographer Tiffany was for us!! The moment we…read moremet Tiffany we knew what an incredible photographer she was, but we couldn't have imagined how special she would make our big day. Tiffany took our engagement photos, bridal portraits, and the day of. For our engagement photos, she made us feel comfortable, and my wife and I were able to relax and enjoy ourselves as we got photos all over Austin! Not only does she know great locations, she helps you feel comfortable on camera. Every photo we got was next level, and that wouldn't have been possible without her guidance. Our bridal portraits were tricky because both my wife and I wore dresses, and although we shot our portraits at the same time and in the same location, we didn't want to see eachother dresses until our wedding day. Tiffany helped to make this process flawless, and help us maneuver around each other, all while making each of us look absolutely stunning in every shot she got. Nothing can compare though to her attention to detail and incredible work she did day of our wedding. She provided not only herself but her team as well, having another photographer to be there. In addition, she helped to recommend our videographer, who caught all the moments live for us! We never at any point felt stressed, or that we weren't going to get the shots we asked for. She also made sure to have suggestions of her own, photos which we wouldn't have thought of and will treasure those moments forever now. During the reception, she and her team were able to be everywhere at once, and captured incredible photos all night! The light at our venue was a darker lighting, and each photo she has given us just looks full of life, and captures the day perfectly. It is amazing how much she can capture personalities so well. Nothing we have looked at looks stiff, but instead as though you are back in that moment again! Getting the completed gallery back from her was our superbowl, it was so exciting reliving our day again. I would highly recommend Tiffany to anyone, and know she will do an incredible job. She helped to make our wedding the best day of our lives, and we know we will be using her from here on out for whatever we need!
