Literally got me in the next day although they offered same day tinting. Arrived at 10:14 (my apt was at 10 oopsie!) and I was out the door at 10:55 NICE!!! The waiting room was well kept and had plenty of seats the filled up pretty fast but I can see why - they're so quick They offered 3 different types of vehicle tint in 5 different types of shade for the (middle option) ceramic I chose - blocks out majority of heat and UV which is definitely what we want here in Virginia. The staff was professional but casual, vibe was great, all business - Carlos walked me through the options since I couldn't really hear him on the phone he walked me through them AGAIN when I got there & explained the laws as well as what would best fit for my needs (which is a breast feeding mama in the back seat or pumping while at work!) The cost was about right down the middle from the quotes I'd called around for but no one could get me in faster so I thought Ohkay worth it - they charged me $320 for 20% front and back ceramic tint and the second I got in my F150 I could feel a HUGE difference from the factory tint I had before. Much darker (baby's going to be happy about that) and way cooler in this hot summer. Gave us a 20% coupon on our way out and we will absolutely be using that on my husbands RAV! No doubt coming back.

I noticed the difference the tint made right away with heat rejecting and UV protection. I didn't feel the heat from the sun while I was driving home from the shop! The Avery Dennison Ceramic Tint is a top niche product and worth every penny!! The customer service is one of the best I've ever experienced, especially when they offered to provide car service to the local mall instead of waiting at the shop. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and completely with their service and the final appearance, which I totally was. The transformation of my vehicle afterwards was amazing! When I went to pick up my car, I was floored! The wrap was crisp, perfect, and seamless. The detail was also exceptionally done. I couldn't recommend this shop more! Amazing customer service is really hard to find these days, and I definitely feel I received that here. The pictures speak for themselves. Thank you for an all-around exceptional experience! I finally found these folks after widening my search and I'm glad I did. They had a number of high end cars in the shop when I dropped mine off, so I felt confident that they'd do a good job. It was a hassle for us to drive down from southern PA but well worth it - the car looks great and I can finally start putting some miles on it. Highly recommend these guys - great work!!

The woman who worked there (sorry I forgot her name, I want to say it was Mindy but am probably way off and the guys in the shop will start calling her Mindy as a joke now) was so helpful. I needed some hand holding, so we went in the parking lot and she pointed out the cars and what percentage tint each had--this was extremely helpful and made it really clear as to what to expect. They have pricing clearly displayed. They had quick availability for scheduling, but since it was close to the end of the day, they offered to put everyone on the job and get it done for me same day (took about 45 minutes but 3 of them were working together). They invite you back for any air bubbles that haven't resolved within a week--I had one and it dried out and went away within two days--part of the cutting process.
