Due to the crazy spring weather, it took a little longer than we had hoped, but Bruce made sure the conditions were perfect for completing the job. The whole deck was pressure washed, then the sealant was hand BRUSHED on by Bruce and his helper and it looks absolutely beautiful!! And not only do they do magnificent work, both guys are as friendly and personable as they can be!! His price is very reasonable as well. Very highly recommend!!

This company seems to be very concerned about negative reviews and is trying to erase them. But not concerned about doing a good job as the pictures show. Here is what Yelp sent: I'm contacting you to let you know that we have removed your review of Brighthouse Cleaners. Yelp is a place for freely sharing your experience with businesses. However, reviewers shouldn't be threatening businesses with negative reviews (or offering to remove negative reviews they've already posted) as a way to extract a payment. Here is my review: We have used Elizabeth and her company for several years to clean our property. However, her service and customer service has went down the drain. She was supposed to do a full move-out cleaning for our property and charged almost $500 to do so. The home is 3 bed 2 1/2 bath. We had to call her back twice to correct and clean several areas that were very obvious but skipped and missed. Her move out cleaning fee includes the balcony but she did not clean it despite charging almost $500. In the past we paid $375 for her company to clean the same house multiple times and everything was cleaned. We had to hire another company to come out and do a deep cleaning since so much was missed and what they attempted to clean was done poorly. They didnt clean the walls, floors are sticky, refrigerator dirty in certain spots, and they didnt clean the window sills. The house also smelled horrible and not like she even attempted to clean properly. Elizabeth was nasty and rude in her correspondence and combative. She should have offered the tenants a full refund but instead doubled down. She wanted to come back a third time to clean and we told her we didn't trust the cleaning at this point. She also we refused to recognize that we were the owners and was making rude remarks. Her company hugely inconvenienced us and set our timeline back. We will be removing this company from all of our properties moving forward. Find a reputable cleaning company, but stay away from this one. They will not hold themselves accountable and have poor business ethics. She clearly.doesn't understand how rental properties work woth property.managers and tenants and owners. The pictures say a lot.

Bottom line -- you won't find anyone better than Home and Business Services! We contacted HBS when…read morewe decided to sell our home. The owner, Ovi, came by to give us an estimate (paint, refinish floors, reglaze counters and bath tile, hang new shutters). He had several great recommendations for cost-effective updates to increase our home value and provided a very reasonable quote. He told us it would take roughly 2 weeks to complete the work. His team finished their work 5 days ahead of schedule, and it all looked amazing. We listed our house and had 7 offers in 48 hours. Some were as high as $30K over the list price! If you want someone who is professional, does great work, and knows a ton about how to present a home, you want Home and Business Services. We couldn't be happier with their work.
