Fantastic isn't a big enough word to describe my experience at Reynolds Collision Center in Orange,…read moreVA!!! From the second I reached out to Michelle at Reynolds, I knew immediately I (and my car) were in the BEST, most professional and experienced hands I could have ever chosen to deal with my repairs. (For the very first time in my life, I hit a deer, but not just any deer...I had to start at the top with a 16 point buck!!!) Very happy to report that my Subaru Forester took the brunt of the trauma and force, all while keeping me safe inside the frame! But he did a number on my car as the attached pictures show. In less than a month, my service rep, Kelly, and the ever professional Michelle, kept me abreast of the situation, parts and expectations and let me know where we stood all along the process! They performed above and beyond with their expertise and services, helped me arrange a rental and dotted every "i" and crossed every "t" so I didn't have to wonder or worry about a thing in the process! As you can see from the final picture, my car is back with me and I feel so blessed to have been on this journey with Reynolds in Orange! It was definitely worth the drive and I recommend them for you too. (While I don't wish what happened to me to happen to you, I walked away unscathed from my accident and life happens, so if you ever find yourself needing a Collision service, Reynolds is where you need to go!) Take it from me! Call Reynolds and ask for Michelle! She'll make it ALL better! Happy Holidays!
