I almost didn't make it due to traffic and time constraints, but I am so beyond grateful that I still came even though I couldn't get all of the services time would have been on time!! this was the most exhilarating experience of my life! I was literally enjoying it so much. I was on pro mode doing cryotherapy for the first time singing to the beat of my favorite song that the host asked me what I like to play while inside! Abby was phenomenal! The nurse on duty was great as well. I cannot think of her name, but my entire session was mostly with Abby and not only was she informative, she was pleasant, she was very well knowledgeable about the services and benefits of the things that I were taking place in, and she even held my phone and recorded my live video for me while I was in one of the treatments, which has my social media TikTok going crazy right now! The little things matter and in the world of influencers, people like Abby are so beyond humongously appreciated! saying it's like I literally signed up for the month pass to get because of how great everything went once I arrived to the studio! Dont take it just from these words, click the iCloud link I will post below because the video is too long to upload and see for yourself my video ABBY helped me to record LIVE VOLUNTARILY AT THAT. I was really looking forward to supporting this business as a new patient, especially as a Black…read morewoman who values supporting Black-owned practices. Unfortunately, my experience was incredibly disappointing. I originally scheduled an OB appointment but needed to reschedule about two weeks in advance. I called and spoke with the receptionist, who said their system was down but would call me back once it was up again. She took my name and number and assured me I'd hear back. A couple of days went by and no one called, so I tried calling again--three times in one day, and again three times the next. No one answered. Since I couldn't get through, I went online and tried to cancel my appointment through their portal. I thought the cancellation went through, only to later receive a call saying I missed my appointment and would be charged a $50 fee. I explained everything--how I had called multiple times, was told I'd be called back, and had tried to cancel online--but the admin told me they "have to follow protocol" and that I should have kept calling until someone answered, even though she also acknowledged that their phones were down. That response honestly blew me away. I'm not someone who misses appointments for fun--I had every intention of rescheduling and made multiple efforts to do so. I'm new to their online system and genuinely thought I had cancelled properly. The way this was handled felt dismissive, lacked accountability, and was just plain unprofessional. It's unfortunate, but I won't be returning or recommending them based on this experience.

What to expect and so on, I get there and I fill out new client information. After submitting the information. I get called back I sit on the bed she gives me a mirror and asks me what are my problem areas. I frown and point to my forehead and the frown. She marked them and without saying anything went straight to work. Super fast I was like wow she wiped my forehead and that was it. I asked a few questions she answered them. If you are looking for bedside manners then it's not here. But, it's been 1 week and 3 days and I love my results. I waited longer in the lobby then when I went to the room. She did go a little too fast for me but in the end I did my own homework of what to expect. So I am happy with the results, sometime you need to think about if you want good bedside manners and a bad job or a good job and not so good beside manners. I recommend her.
