I just experienced an amazing recovery at icryo. I wakes through each of the service in detail and provided recommendations based on my recovery needs. I tried the day pass with my first cryotherapy session, followed by the hip and waist compression and finished with the infrared sauna. The back pain I had been feeling was gone by the time I left. I love it here! The staff are always friendly and accommodating. I've been in the Cyro chamber twice. BURRR! The hardest part is getting in. Once you're in, just zone out to your favorite song playing in the headphones provided. You can get out at anytime but it's recommended to stay in up to 3 minutes for maximum benefit. I really love the way I feel afterwards. Sidebar: Did you know one of the many benefits of Cryo therapy is burning 500 calories! That's all I needed to know to hop in! I've also had the IV therapy. You do need medical clearance for this folks. Nursing staff on site take your vital signs and then a virtual MD visit is completed to ensure you're cleared. Very simple history and verify any current medications. The Myers Pro Infusion was a great starter infusion. iCryo greatly exceeded my expectations! I came here for the first time during their 1 year anniversary special, $20 let you try their whole body cryotherapy, 30 mins of compression therapy, infared sauna, and then last but not least their cryo facial. It was a steal of a deal because I felt amazing by the end of it all! After signing their waiver, you change to a provided robe, socks, and gloves. The employees happily explain to you how everything works and all the health benefits you'll be receiving. Just beware, cryotherapy is extremely cold! You're only in the chamber for 2-3 mins, but you'll definitely be shivering before the end of it. The goal is to drop your external skin temperature by around 30-40°F to receive all the health benefits. I found the extreme cold to be really refreshing though especially with Houston's infamous humidity. Afterwards I tried their compression therapy on my legs. They use professional Normatec compression leg sleeves which increases blood circulation and helps get rid of lactic acid which causes soreness. This combined with their comfy recliners to lounge in was very relaxing. Immediately followed this with their infared sauna and it was peaceful. The infared sauna uses infared waves to heat you gently from the inside as opposed to a normal sauna that heats you from the outside. iCryo doesn't limit you on your time in the infared sauna so feel free to enjoy it as long as you like. Last but not least was their cryo facial. This by far was my favorite part of the whole experience. You lay down in the reclined chair where they use this machine that gently blows cold nitrogen gas on your head, face, and scalp. The cool feeling of this was invigorating! It's supposed to increase collagen production in your face, reduce dark spots, wrinkles, and acne. I highly recommend everyone tries the cryo facial! I'll definitely come again soon! read more

The small staff they currently have is very pleasant yet they aren't fully staffed which has caused issues. I cannot get through on the phone lines and there is NOT a consistent nurse. My first time here, I used a Groupon. They were very helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions and explained what to expect. They even have cryo facials, which I want to try. The chamber is 3 min tops and depends on how well you tolerate. I did the entire 3 min and then died...My legs felt so cold and tingly and refreshed afterwards. The guy said I can actually tolerate colder next time, so I hope I am not too chicken about it, because this was pretty darn cold. I was also able to try a free compression session that's lasts 15 min. That was my favorite part. It made my legs feels so good. It blows up on your legs, making you feel like a big gummy bear, and it just squeezes and squeezes all up and down the legs. It promotes circulation and helps release lactic acid build up. I purchased a Groupon online for $20. The usual price for Cryotherapy is $50 for non-members so I'd suggest purchasing the Groupon just to test it out. I just want to say wow impeccable customer service at this location! Carissa was my darling guide throughout this whole process. She took me on a tour of the facility and informed me on all the services they provided. Any questions I had to ask she was quick to answer them in a cheerful smile. 5/5 for her wonderful personality. For the iCryo Session, they provide you with a room where they give you a robe, socks, and gloves. The session was cold but as expected but it wasn't unbearable. Depending on your body type if your skin temperature drops then you do not have to go the full 3 minutes. I went the full 3 min. It felt like pins and needles towards the end but Carissa did such a great job by distracting me. They offered Compression Therapy for free since it was my first time! You can either do 15 or 30 min. I chose the 30. Highly considering getting the Summit Pass! read more

I scheduled an IV drip appointment here. The nurse or whoever was working there tore my arm and hand up trying to find my vein. After 4 tries of being stuck with a needle and not being able to find my vein, they didn't do anything else to compensate the pain I was put through. I decided to check this place out because my leg muscle were starting to hurt a lot more than usual. Playing soccer and being active, started to put a strain on my body. The staff was nice and explained the whole process along with the different services they offer. I did the whole body iCryo freeze with a complimentary compression therapy. The process was quick and cold. The point is to drop your body temperature by 30 degrees. Unfortunately, I stayed only 2 minutes and dropped 20 degrees. The compression can last between 15-30 minutes. It inflate and deflate, circulating blood in the legs while releasing lactic build up. Egregious service and safety issues. A revolving door of location managers and staff. Employees are only as good as the company's management. I was referred to the corporate chief operating officer. He "ghosted" me. Beyond childish and unprofessional. Since this is how their upper management behaves, you can only expect the worst of all below because they should be leading by example. Pearland ICryo is a corporate facility (not a franchise). Safety protocols are not being followed, therefore I don't feel safe and can no longer go. I started to reduce visits with the high staff turn-over and protocols sliding to the point they weren't monitoring the full-body cryo unit at all while the 2 employees there were acting like zombies. Even though they are at fault, they won't return my money, so they stole my money. Thiefs. Don't go there, they will either hurt or worse--kill you. Find another company that takes their business seriously and takes pride in their service and safety, as opposed to making you sign a waiver releasing them of any harmful responsibility of their employees. read more

First time I've ever been there - I walked in and immediately noticed NONE of the staff were wearing masks. I was shocked. I asked why they weren't wearing masks and one replied that they would put them on if I wanted them to. The front desk person put hers on - under her nose and then proceeded to tell me that they kept all the surfaces clean and that she was perfectly healthy. I then said that COVID was spread more from what's coming out of peoples mouth and nose and not so much from surfaces. The male employee said that they weren't required to wear masks because the state rules over rode the city's rules. WHAT ?!?! I came in there to give them a bunch of my business but NO WAY !!! This is my first experience since last March of ANY business in Pearland or Houston where the actual employees weren't masked up. We went to Friendswood Cryotherapy instead and everyone was masked up and the experience was great. read more
