After reading some posts, I decided to give Kathleen (owner) a call. I talked to her Wednesday night & told her I was wanting a tan for an event on Saturday. She was able to fit me in her schedule the next day! On Thursday at 4:30 I met her at her house. She's super nice & made me feel very comfortable. She talked me through everything so I knew what was going on. I've had some user error in the past with spray tan booths, so I was excited to try airbrush tanning. When you're in the service business you should be kind and courteous and eager to answer any questions and gain a new client. This was not my experience with Nancy. I had some simple questions. I haven't had a spray tan in twenty years and want one for an upcoming event. she was with a client when I called and acted like I inconvenienced her?!?! Why is your phone on if your with a client? Why would you answer while with a client? That's not my problem... sounds like hers. Also, why put your number on your page if you don't want potential clients calling?!? Anyway, Nancy text me a link to book an appointment. Which, I thought was tacky because she said she would call me back. Right then, I was pretty sure it wasn't going to go well. I replied I had a few questions and she called me back. She made it clear, she didn't want to. She was crass and rude and treated me as if I was uneducated and ruining her day.
