I had to ship some really heavy boxes here. Conflicting instructions were provided for what I had…read moreto do to get a receipt. Some employee gestured to drop the items off at the counter and I needed a receipt. Then for the receipt they told me to drag it over to a kiosk. Then drag the boxes back over to the counter. Doing this aggravated an old injury I had. This process is fine if one only needs one box shipped, not 5--what if I had to ship 15? If FedEx chooses to charge more than UPS and still unload labor onto the customers themselves then I'm only going to use it for international shipping from now on. The staff was fine otherwise, but if you can't give me a receipt at the counter like UPS does, then I'll use UPS. The layout at the Sand Canyon branch is better: the receipt kiosk is next to the dropoff counter.

I seriously can't say enough good things about Spinn Print. We ordered rushed last minute booklets…read morefor a trade show where we were unveiling new products, so getting them in time was super important to us. The day before the tradeshow (the date it was suppose to be delivered) I got a text from FedEx that the delivery date had changed and they weren't going to make it in time for the show, I texted Brett and he immediately got it handled. They reprinted the entire order the night before the show and had a courier bring them directly to me at the trade show the next morning. It took such a huge weight off my shoulders because these booklets were a really important part of our booth. The booklets came out great too. The quality was exactly what we wanted and I've genuinely never had customer service like this from a printer before. They went completely above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed in time. This is exactly why I'd rather work with a company like Spinn Print than order overseas or through a huge company like vista. When something went wrong with shipping, I was able to text an actual person and they fixed it immediately instead of just telling me there was nothing they could do. Seriously can't thank Brett and the Spinn Print team enough for saving us on this one. We'll definitely be using them again.

We make a family calendar every year for our large family, with everyone's birthdays,…read moreanniversaries, and other important events, and this printing company does an amazing job every time! The calendars are always printed beautifully, and I especially appreciate that they send a proof before printing so I can catch anything that needs fixing. This year, they even caught an issue with the way I had designed something and that helped make it look much more aesthetically pleasing. That extra attention to detail really stood out to me and appreciated! The shipping is super quick, the pricing is very fair, and the quality is consistently excellent. I definitely recommend them and will continue using them for our family calendars every year!
