I was a little nervous at first having someone else do my makeup but she really listened to exactly what we all wanted and knocked it out of the park. My bridesmaids loved their makeup and even my mom (who NEVER) wears makeup, got the most beautiful fresh barely there look from Chance. I was in town to attend a family wedding. Audrey was very nice throughout the process. Somewhere during the service things went wrong. Highlights around my face came out orange and all the beautiful light blonde I walked in with was covered by a dark and drab toner. Nothing could be done. It was 2 hours before the wedding .I realize it's only "hair "but it will be forever reflected in my family's wedding photos and quite honestly, I was devastated and embarrassed. I avoided being in photos as much as possible. Audrey I would highly recommend classes to upgrade your skills as a colorist. Now for the amazing part. For the next day, I was able to make an appointment with the salon manager, Rebecca. She knew exactly what needed to be done. She corrected the color and did her best to bring my hair back to its original blonde and take out those bands of orange around my face. Her years of experience were reflected in the outcome.
