This spa is a hidden gem behind the Willow Mat Valley Bank, and is beautifully decorated inside. The table you lay on is so comfortable, and music playing so relaxing I was nearly asleep a few times. Love that the bathroom has your own selection of rolled up hand towels for drying, and the foam soap lathers up smoothly and smells so wonderful. At the end of my service I also received complimentary: lip balm, bag with items to care for my lashes, and flavored sparkling water! I was blessed to come in during a special that was running AND have a gift certificate I won at a silent auction and was honored/used to get a great deal on this awesome service. I look forward to coming here for lash fills and then trying some facials or a mani/pedi! Thanks a million Chandra

My skin is more on the oily side so I figured that would've made it disappear quickly, but so happy it held out until now. As the previous times here Colleen was an absolute gem. It's like talking to your bestie you haven't seen in a while, you just pick up right where you left off the last time. She has an apprentice now and I enjoyed the extra company, love to see more people getting into this growing profession. The whole business is beautiful and has many options of services, great vibes all the way around. Definitely can't recommend them enough!

I felt extremely welcomed, appreciated and was treated as a valuable guest. A large menu of services, backed by quite a few who specialize in one or more services. I can't wait for my next appointment! They are.so knowledgeable and confident in what they do it immediately puts you at ease. I was greeted like an old friend, welcomed by all and felt I was a valued customer. Great customer service is rare these days, and I was so relieved and less apprehensive after just a few minutes. The only thing I found difficult was to figure out who to call, no numbers on the door, no set hours on the door. Luckily the first time I decided to just drop in, people were there. The next time I stopped by to see about an appointment for a different service, no one was there, I didn't see anything telling me how to make contact, who to call or a website. I definitely may have missed it on their window or door, but I did look for quite a few minutes. Luckily, I had the business card of the person who I saw the first time. To sum up, finally, I sincerely believe each one takes their craft, or maybe 'talent' is a better word, seriously. They strive for you to have an amazing experience and be like me..can't wait to go back and try a few other things I've never heard of but know I'm definitely in good hands'.

I'll link the massage lady in my pictures but she was absolutely wonderful, definitely will book with her again. (Crazy because I'm usually pretty picky!) I did a 60 minute and it was reasonably priced. It also for some reason felt longer than an hour but I guess it was just that good. Unfortunately she will be moving to a different location soon but look at the pics to see where it is. The other massage ladies here are wonderful too, I've done their facial and massage specials before. The aesthetic of this place is very unique and goth. Very creative artwork and decorated nicely (in my opinion) very comfy and cozy rooms for massage. I've also had a hair trim here before and it was reasonably priced and they do wash your hair before the trim. Definitely would recommend trying out this place!

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE AT…read moreDream Nails and Spa Palmer, AK I'm sharing this on behalf of my Aunt, who was physically harmed during what should have been a relaxing appointment at Dream Nails and Spa in Palmer. She went in for a simple gel manicure and came out with five fingers CUT OPEN by a careless nail tech. And get this, she only had regular nail polish on when she walked in. Not gel. Yet the tech used a nail drill on her bare natural nails, tearing into her cuticles and leaving them raw, painful, and in need of medical ointment to prevent infection. Let me be clear: this was not a minor nick. This was full-on negligence. The polish job was a total mess, with color flooded into her cuticles, and they didn't even use the color combo she requested and showed them. She walked in with a soft lavender and shimmer combo. She walked out with a dull, dusty purple and fingers that looked butchered. To make matters worse, the staff still charged her full price. No apology, no accountability, just a rush job and a "next!" attitude. Dream Nails and Spa should never have used a drill on someone with regular polish, and the fact that they didn't even notice,or didn't care is terrifying. My Aunt is in obvious pain and this should never have happened to anyone, especially an older lady who deserves a little extra patience and care. We will never return, and I'll be posting this review everywhere I can to warn others. Your hands and hard earned money deserve better than this.
