I really don't like going to the dentist, but this was a good experience. I found Dr Svetlana Sobolevskaya on my dental insurance website and then came to yelp to check her out and saw the 5 star ratings and thought (and rightly so) that this would be a good place to go. The office is very clean and everyone there did their best to make me feel welcome and relaxed. The massage chair was a really nice touch. The location is convenient and I have to mention the color of the walls, it's halfway between peach and melon and it just has an overall "happy" feel to it. I can't say I've ever noticed the color of paint in an office before! Good choice! This was my first visit, so I'll reserve my fifth star until I've been again. I had no cavities (yeah me!) but the dentist did try to up-sell me a teeth whitening, and then to invisalign to fix one crooked tooth which I politely declined. read more

run from this place. the dr. is horrible and yhe staff are nice to your face, ut the. i heard them say horrible things after hanging up the phone. went i. for a cleaning and was told i newdwd to have all my teeth pulled and full dentures. was told for insurance after all teeth were pulled would be 9 .onths becore they would cocer them. paid 4800 dollars for instant dentures that fit horribly, were not staging i. and was told i was the problem. she was forceful and rude. went to a real de ntist and had to repay to get them to fot properly. then... come to dind out. 2 teethe that my imsurance paid to have pulled, zhe just broke them off and the whole tooth was broken off, never pulled. my dentist wbo has a great reputation said she had to know whe did not pull them. this place is horrible. do. ot go there read more

My first two visits were good, with reasonable prices (cleaning with exam $120) and a friendly, efficient dental hygienist. I believe they used an ultrasonic teeth cleaning device, which was fast and painless. My teeth remained free of any dental issues and were cleaned and examined in less than one hour during each visit. Unfortunately, during the third visit the dentist suggested I come in for cleanings every four months instead of every six months because my tartar buildup was considered "moderate." When I scheduled the next appointment for six months later, I was informed the price would increase to $209 for a cleaning with exam - yikes! They charge for an exam with every six month cleaning when other practices require only an annual exam. They also suggest frequent bitewing and pano x-rays. If you have dental insurance that pays for these costs, then you might find this practice to be okay, but I'm not a big fan of their business practices and have switched to a different local dentist. I should have paid more attention to the overall Yelp rating, but I saw some good reviews and the location worked for me. Lesson learned! read more

this place is a scam!! the dentist lana wwont listen to your concerns or when you say something hurts she will continue. lana cut me on my cheek bad no where near the tooth she was working on. i complained and said it hurts and lana took no ownership. i have pictures of my cheek. i told her i wasnt comfortable with getting my crown done there due to saftey concerns. lana the dentist said she wouldnt refund my 900$ for my crown even tho i havent gotten my crown done. i was happy to pay fro the crown prep even tho the dentist cut me bad and continue not listening to me when i said it hurt. the dentist lana is a scam and not a safe place and they wont care about your care of your teeth or wellbeing. the firat appointment they bribe you to give a good review with free stuff. lana the dentist seemed like she has no idea what she doing. i only went to image dentistry twice and was beyond concerned with my safety. dont go here! read more

First of all, if a place can get in emergency work done on a daily basis, it's probably an indicator you shouldn't go. I woke up with 2 molars hurting, I go in, they require I pay immediately. $320 for 2 fillings. The dentist starts drilling and makes a comment that I'm "getting a deal", because the decay is deeper than she thought. The drilling is done, then a hygenist comes in to fill them. She seems inexperienced & boy did I ever get to pay for it!!!! Cue to 6 hours later, both fillings have fallen out, my holes are cutting my cheek. I go back in the next day, they refill them with a "stronger material", but it's too late, I'm already infected from my cheekbone to the middle of my neck. I go on a ton of antibiotics, miss 3 days of work from the pain and will never go back. read more

I tried Image Dentistry for the first time last month, after being with the same Family dentist for years and the experience was GREAT!!! I was experiencing a very painful tooth ache and Dr. Lana and Her staff where very professional and compassionate.... They diagnosed my problem swiftly and with no pain, fixed the problem tooth! What I really appreciated where Dr. Lana's ethics, because the original diagnosis called for extensive work, but on my return visit, Dr. Lana informed me that more work was not necessary. 3 Cheers for Image Dentistry!!!! Image dentistry let me down in the worst possible way. I had scheduled for my wisdom teeth to be taken out 2 months in advance. I had a reminder call a week before the appointment and another one the day RIGHT BEFORE . When the day finally came, I called them that I will be 10 minutes late. A few minutes later, I get a call from them stating that "Due to an internal situation, they have discuss and decided that they will no longer be accepting my heath care" I ask why they longer accept my health care in which they didn't have the answer to. They even had the audacity to tell me to pay $800 for the surgery and didn't apologize for the inconvenience. I was truly disappointed. I had no problem with the staff or environment. They were very kind and the office was clean. However, I am 31 years old and have never had a cavity in my life and was told at my first sitting that I had 6! After going to get a second opinion at a different dentist office (and later 3rd) I was told I was cavity free. I would be leery of doing anything more then getting my teeth cleaned here. I only get one set of teeth and I can't afford dishonestly with them! read more

This company is THEE worst, sad story was I was a patient for 3 years before I realized Image dentistry was all about money. I had a filling put in which I paid close to $300.00 for, I was having sensitivity & minimal pain. So that the issues didn't linger or get worse, I called & spoke with the rudest receptionist Trina & she wouldn't let me speak to Dr. Lana, she advised me to come in & pay for X-rays & a exam to see if anything was wrong with the tooth which was another $119.00 & hung up in my face. I felt like I shouldn't have to pay that when I just spent money on getting my tooth fixed to begin with & it should have been done right. Long story short, I went in was very upset about how I was treated & asked for a receipt for the services rendered. They wouldn't give me one. I called the police & then they decided to give me one with paying 15.00 for supplies & then they had to mail it to me. (BAD business) After paying Trina wanted me to sign a form, I declined, Trina stormed outside & found the cop, came back in & said we need to ban her from the premises & if she comes back she'll have to go to jail for trespassing. Meanwhile, Dr. Lana is peeking on the side of the door listening but if you said boo she would've ran. I left, filed a report through the BBB which is public, & they still did nothing. If you want a genuine place that cares more for their patients then money. I would not recommend this place at all. Even if you have insurance & don't have to pay a penny, do not go to this place, because the second you are unhappy or complain is when this company will show their true colors. I was appalled at the lack of professionalism from office staff during an extremely emotional time facing severe dental issues. This office pressured me into getting dental X-rays taken when I was hesitant to have X-rays done at their office. I wasn't sure which dentist I was going to choose to do dental work and this office assured me that it is easy for them to send digital X-rays to any dentist if I chose to have dental work done by another dentist. That changed as soon as I requested my X-rays be sent to another dentist. Receptionist even hung up on me when I asked her to explain why I didn't need to sign a release to have X-rays sent to the oral surgeon that THEY wanted me to go to but I needed to sign release for them to send X-rays to dentist of my choice. It also went from being 'easy' to something that can take up to 30 days. I will NEVER go back to this dental office to have dental work done and would NEVER refer someone to this office! I'm thankful that I only had X-rays done at their office and wish I didn't even do that! There is no excuse for office staff hanging up on me as I did not raise my voice or use profanity. My questions should have been answered and office staff has obligation to answer any and all questions that a patient has until patient understands. PATIENT BEWARE & Don't go to this dental practice. I wish I would have read post by another former patient before I went to this dental office! I am not the only patient that had a bad experience with rude staff at this office!!!! read more

Worst experience ever! The first visit was unpleasant as well. Lana Sobolevskaya and one of her assistants were completely unprofessional. Absolutely RUDE!!! Not once have I ever been talked to like this any place of business until this one. I never gave any reason to be talked to or treated how I was this last visit. Left me completely dumbfounded. This has happened twice now out of the 3 visits bringing my kids in. I was being talked to in the rudest tone, practically yelling, like I was stupid by the one assistant. For simply mentioning something regarding my child. Lana herself was very unfriendly when speaking to me. She had an attitude as well. Not sure what the problem was and why they felt the need to act this way but it was really uncalled for. The other assistants were very polite and extremely kind! They may have done a good job with the services but I cant get past how they interacted with me. Their job should include making everyone in the room feel welcome.
