I went to Image Dental at 3020 S. Cicero Avenue for the first time and they were not only very professional and patient considerate but they are very affordable. Theyd idn't try to convince me to spend a lot of money on all kinds of new things but instead focused on what I needed done to address any issues I had. They informed me of everything they were doing, explained what needed to be done, and it was painless. I left their so satisfied that I was being squeezed to buy something I didn't want and they were more concerned with what they needed to do to address what I needed. They also outlined a plan for treatment that I needed, not what they wanted me to purchase. I cannot say enough about this Dental practice and its. dentists. They are great. The office was very clean. The employees were very respectful and caring and helpful. And the dentissts were very informative. You can't ask for more. read more

My experiences with them are the worst of the worst. Just because people are poor with crappy insurance doesn't make it right to treat them like less than human. They are rough, and the work is garbage. My filling was lumpy, and they tried to send me out like that. I've been back twice to get it corrected. The last time my filling came out and they blamed it on how I'm flossing. The worst quality ever. I'm going to have to go somewhere else and pay cash to fix the same issue. my daughter and I have been going here for years. within the last two years I have been trying to get a cleaning and I have been told I need a deep cleaning had to have insurance approved etc make it a short story I haven't been able to get my cleaning! went today for NOTHING didn't get my cleaning bc the appointment was mistakenly or schedule wrong. *Update* After writing this review and going to a new dentist in the following days, they held my x-rays and referral hostage, unless I would discuss or remove this yelp review. How *painfully* unethical. It wasn't until I shared that I was recording our calls, because they've been so dishonest and unprofessional to that point, that the office manager suddenly said that she didn't know what I was talking about, and that of course they'd send them (this took them over eight hours, and they never did send an actual referral, that any oral surgeon could legally use... and I tried with four different offices, they all said that they had given me another invalid referral). Do not come here !! Dr. nassani (not sure of spelling) My brother had a yearly check up scheduled today for school. When he went into the office they called the name Mario, which is his name. He went up to confirm his name and they said yes and took him to the room. They did not identify him another time once in the room. They proceeded with injecting an anesthetic on him. Once they left the room to let the anesthesia kick in, he went to throw the something in the trash. He saw a different name on the name card. A 32 y/o male, he is 18. Once the doctor came into the room my brother corrected them saying that was not his name on the name card. That was when they asked to verify his name. WTF! That is a medical error that could've gone way worse. Oh yea and they called my mom when he was already in the room saying if Mario wasn't going to make it in today since he hadn't checked in yet. Then they lied saying he needed the same thing the other patient did. Mind you they had no record of hun for over a year. When I called to speak to a manger the girl who answered the phone was very rude and said the manager Monica would call back when she had a chance. This is unacceptable. And they will be hearing a lot more from us. read more

The first time i went to this place, I was treated very rude, the front desk girl told me the dentist was gone for the day.. when he was still there!!. I was in pain and needed to see a dentist asap The dentist did end up taking me in, just wish the staff (Malah)was more profesional and honest. Not expecting a VIP service, you would think the staff would be more understanding to a patients pain working in that field. I've been coming to this location for a few years, in fact it was my husband that found this place first then I registered myself and the kids here. Our dentist is Dr. Jack and he has always been pleasant, prompt and taken care of our oral health. The receptionists have always been polite and courteous with scheduling and following up on appointments for us. The rates are reasonable and not price gouging like another dental place that was down the street from them. The facility is clean and modern. I recently visited for my cleaning and they had COVID measures in place, spaced seating, temp checks at door, MEDX air purifiers in waiting area and in each station. I did not have a positive experience with Image Dental. My appointment was for a cleaning and check up. After checking in, I did not have to wait long be called this time... mind you, this was my second time coming back for this appointment. the last time I was there, I had to reschedule because I waited an hour before the receptionist finally checked in with me and told me that the doctor had an emergency surgery. She asked me if I wanted yo continue waiting or reschedule. I opted to reschedule, as there was still another patient ahead of me. Anyway, my cleaning was done in under 5 minutes tops! I was thinking "that's it"? It felt like doctor was in a hurry and she was short with me and didn't address all of my concerns appropriately. The assistant sort of snapped at me when I didn't hear her say to bite down.... Umm rude! Before they left the room, assistant said someone would be coming in a few minutes to give me pricing for implants and whitening. I waited 30 minutes and nothing! I got up and left. No one at the reception area even acknowledged me as I walked out of back area, or asked if I'd like to schedule again. I was completely ignored and I walked out. Worst service, they need to focus more on what is important and what is keeping them in business, the CLIENT. It seems as though they are just trying to churn out clients and make $$ on up selling dental work and deep cleanings. Will never visit here again. read more

Image Dental is awesome!! I've been bringing my kids here since they opened. They are clean and up to date. They have two video game stations in the waiting room. Plenty of parking in the strip mall too. The doctors and staff are wonderful and very patient with the kids. There is no other place I'll take my kids. read more

This office is trained to get the most $$ out of patients, and that's sad. So I have great insurance, so obviously they were real concerned about my teeth. I was told I need a "deep" cleaning. And I'd have to pay out of pocket over $500 and that's with my "discount ". I went ahead and payed and everything done. I came back in 5 months, my new dental cycle had started. So what do you know, it seems I need another deep cleaning and would have to pay again. I started to question everything, asking WHY?,and that's when the "will get back to you" started. SINCE THE STAFF HAD NO CLUE HOW TO DEAL WITH MY QUESTIONS. I asked for my x-rays so I can take my business to another dentist. And this is after I specifically said I didn't want x-rays done, just cleaning cause I was just here 5 months ago. How much can my teeth change in 5 months. They said xrays had to be done for any procedure which is BS. And they said they'll email them. I never got anything. When I called to ask for them, they said it will be $50 if I want a copy for something my insurance payed for. STAY AWAY!! JUST INTERESTED IN MILKING THE SYSTEM AND DONT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS. and I would have never even wrote a review. But till this day, over a year and half. I keep getting phone calls from then to schedule a appointment. It's so annoying, I've asked to take me off their list. And I get the same run around. read more

I don't know about the rest of the dentist but the dentist I had was the worst. She was so rude to me when the assistant was more so choking me with the suction rather then taking my saliva away. She did an awful job on closing two of my teeth that now I get food stuck in there so easily. Two of my teeth aren't separated because she capped them into one meaning I get food stuck and can't really get it out even with floss because she bonded them. Instead of saving my teeth she immediately took them off and another dentist told me they could have been saved. She was also my sisters dentist and did an awful job on her teeth as well. We were both going during the same period and we both regretted it so bad. Never again. read more

They had my 2 kids there for 3 hrs for them to tell me to come back because they didn't have the caps for their teeth, and then they had 1 dentist on duty with a waiting room filled with patients. Also the doctor was really young and seem to be new at his job because he kept hurting my daughter and seemed to be pressured by the long waiting line of patients in his waiting room! After confirming with Image Dental my appointment yesterday went there today in the pouring rain just to be told after sitting there for 20 minutes "sorry your dentist changed his schedule and he isn't here on Wednesdays anymore. Do you want to see another dentist or do you want to reschedule to Thursdays because thats the only day of the week he is here." Talk about incompentant employees there are about 10 peolple running around but they dont know what dentist is there on what days. This has got to be one of the worse and unprofessional places I've been to! While the receptionists are nice and try to do their best, their managers should follow example!
