Even though the office was clearly busy, I never once felt rushed or like just another patient on a list. The entire team was incredibly attentive and genuinely focused on making sure I was comfortable and okay. I ended up needing a crown, and they handled everything right then and there, no temporary fix, no waiting weeks for a crown. The fact that they were able to complete the entire procedure on the spot was impressive on its own, but what stood out even more was the quality of the work and the care behind it. Jackie and Dr. Rob were exceptional. They walked me through everything, made sure I felt at ease, and checked in constantly throughout the process. I have very complicated TMJ jaw issues and I saw Dr. Hoffman because he came up online as someone…read morewho specializes in TMJ problems. After two visits, I would NOT recommend going here if you have complex jaw issues. My issue is that my discs are displaced and locked, not just that my muscles are sore bc of clenching and griding. Went I first saw Dr. Hoffman, he recommended botox in my masseters and temples. He also recommended a repositioning split. The bill that I was given at that appointment included both the botox and the fitting for the splint which was done at the follow up appointment two weeks later. This was well over $1k. At my follow up appointment, the fitting for the splint took only about 30 seconds which I found concerning. Then i got the price for the splint which was $4k. I did not feel comfortable paying this after a 30 second measurement, so I decided to get a second opinion before moving forward. He also told me that he has only treated this in 5% or less of his patients. Overall, I am very unhappy with my experience here. I felt pressured into spending over $1000 on something that was totally unnecessary. I wish he would have been upfront and honest about his ability to treat my issue and recommended that I go somewhere that is more specialized in TMJ problems.

Regardless of the insurance paying for services I am the one who decides which ones to take advantage of but this place just wanted to make as much as possible. The dentist got so upset and started screaming at me for not wanting the xrays, supposedly the insurance requires them which is a total falsehood. I called the insurance and they told me X-rays are not required, I would never recommend anyone to go to this place.

Dr. G took her time to answer any questions I had regarding my x-ray and let me know my options. I scheduled the extraction date for the following week and anxiously awaited for my appointment. They said it should take 30-45 minutes to get both of my wisdom teeth out. When it was time for the procedure, I nervously clenched onto the stress ball as they began injecting the local anesthesia into my gum. This is only the beginning, I thought, it's only going to get more painful from here. They told me to wait for 10-15 minute until it takes affect so I just watched TV while I start to lose control of my mouth. Dr. Raj and Maria came back and it was time. "You're going to feel some pressure," said Dr. Raj. What felt like 30 seconds to a minute later, Dr.Raj spoke again and said "Ok! You're good to go" I was confused, shock, excited, I don't even know. He did it so quickly and skillfully that I didn't even realize it was over.
