I have had some challenging conditions for which he coordinated my treatment between several medical specialists. He diagnosed a very rare blood cancer. Most other doctors have never even heard of it. He always returns calls promptly. Always on time for your appointments. I have always found the office staff to be attentive and very friendly. They know your name when you arrive and always ask about your family.

When we received a letter from him that he was…read moreretiring I said to my husband we will try the new doctor that he suggested us to see when he retired. That doctor was Dr Costabile. I now see Dr Costabile, my husband sees him and my son who is mentally challenged sees him. We were all once Dr. Lawler's patients. I never thought we would find someone as good, kind and caring as Dr. Lawler. We had our first visit. I was immediately impressed. I never saw Dr Costabile before that that day.. I was amazed at how he was aware of my health history, listened to me and my concerns. He must have reviewed my complete medical files. He talks as if he had known me and been my Dr for years! He never hesitates when he thinks I need an x-ray or MRI or anything extra. As I said, my son is mentally challenged. At times he can be a bit much. He doesn't like change but he was very comfortable with Dr Costabile. He is very good with him very empathetic and understanding. I would highly recommend Dr Costabile to anyone. I had thought that if I didn't like the new doctor, I would switch to someone near where I live, we used to live in KOP. We now live in Lansdale so it's a little drive for us however , I was so impressed with Dr Costabile. We decided to stay with him. The ride is well worth it. I can't say enough about how wonderful Dr Costabile is. I so appreciate his professionalism knowledge and kindness. Also the staff there is amazing. Very welcoming and helpful!

I have never felt compelled to write a review until today. I am so upset with the way I was spoken…read moreto by a nurse that works at Dr. Preston's office. She had absolutely no bedside manner and had such a lack of compassion for the pain I was feeling. Having friends and family members in the health field I know how important it is to have empathy for patients who are vulnerable and in pain. I called this morning with and was totally disregarded. The nurse acted as if I was bothersome and annoying for calling in to speak with someone. I am the furthest thing from a hypocondriact; I have never ever complained of pain before. I woke up and literally couldnt turn my head and had the worst muscle spasms in my neck to where I was in tears. The nurse was so standoffish and when I said ok well then Ill just try some advil, she said in such a snotty voice "well then try some advil" and hung up. I hate to think how I would feel if something more personal or traumatic were to happen. I am absolutely switching Dr.'s as I think the people that support you are vital to a patients over all comfort level and satisfaction with care. Obviously I just googled and was given some great tips, but what has patient care come to when a nurse can't take 2 minutes and try and offer some advice? Very scary...

I had a vitamin D deficiency that he could not diagnose. I followed a vegan diet and had low b12 which also he couldnt diagnose. He had very little medical knowledge in general and would look up webMD on his phone to tell me about what my problems could be. He didnt know what kind of tests to do to diagnose my issues. I had fungus in my hair as a result of which I had hair loss. He though I had alopecia and was balding. He is quite impulsive in making decisions and does not follow a scientific way to analyze the problem. I would recommend him for allergies or stomach aches but if you have a peculiar problem, go to a better doctor.

I just submitted a review for Dr. Sandler on vitals.com…read more(http://www.vitals.com/doctors/Dr_Susan_Sandler.html), but wanted to make sure the review was also on Yelp. The short version: Dr. Sandler is THE BEST! The long version: I had not had a regular doctor for several years. I came to see Dr. Sandler in 2005 due to some odd symptoms I had been experiencing for a number of months. Although it was unusual for her since she had just met me, she suggested I have an MRI based on a physical and our conversation about my symptoms. An MRI?! I thought that was ridiculous, but humored her, anyway. The following week, the MRI results came back indicating "possible multiple sclerosis". While I would prefer not to have this disease, I am eternally grateful to Dr. Sandler for using her (significant) intelligence, medical knowledge and medical intuition to arrive at that diagnosis. Many people go untreated for years without treatment since MS symptoms can resemble other health. I was a patient of Dr. Sandler's for the next 2 - 3 years until moving to LA. My wife and I have been debating whether or not to move back to PA in the future. While I prefer the weather in LA, I told her that being able to be have Dr. Sandler as a physician, again, would be a big plus if we ever moved back. Dr. Sandler is a wonderfully talented physician who is very caring about her patients. I highly recommend her as a doctor and a person and wish she were located in LA.

I am so grateful to have found Dr. Rezk here!…read more After multiple attempts to find a PCP through Jefferson that was sensitive to and knowledgeable about eating disorders, I had nearly given up. Every doctor seemed to disregard my experience because I didn't "look" like I was struggling with my intake, and waved off any symptoms as "just anxiety." The treatment program I discharged from suggested Penn Med (particularly this practice) for an informed provider, and I am so glad I called and waited for an opening. Not only has Dr. Rezk been the first doctor to monitor me appropriately and (kindly) challenge my eating disorder, but she has compassionately listened to my concerns and facilitated a safe environment for me. She answers questions and patiently explains procedures/results. I'm 25 and already devastated that I'll age out of her care in a few years!! All of the staff I've spoken to has been friendly and helpful. I can always find an open appointment time, even the night before! I hear positive reviews from friends who see other doctors here, as well.
