While the practice itself is decent, and Dr. Weber is very kind, one member of the support staff has continued to prove herself unprofessional every time I return to RFM.
Kathy, at the front desk, if often rude, abrupt, and unhelpful. During my first visit a few months ago, I asked her a question about my insurance copay and she snapped with "I have absolutely no idea! You should have cleared that with your insurance prior to making an appointment." I was taken aback, and assumed she was having a rough day.
When I returned to the office a 2nd and 3rd time, she yet again proved to be rude. She's always abrupt, never smiling, always frowning, and seems to get offended very quickly. This is in contrast to Nini, who is always smiling and kind.
Front-desk individuals should have some basic people skills and not rush to anger at the slightest things. I understand that questions from a 53 year old woman might be frustrating, especially due to my lack of understanding, but all I ask is some patience and kindness when answering my questions and perhaps smiling once in a while as opposed to making the patient feel like an extreme burden.
