On the flip side, the recommended morning shakes are pretty vile. I have yet to find a way to mask the powdery taste. However, I have gone thru two canisters in different flavors because I do believe that the diet itself truly works. Additionally, I do not believe that the office is very helpful in filing insurance claims. These visits are not cheap and the office should understand that the more money I am reimbursed from my insurance carrier, the more likely I will be to return for further visits, testing, services.
