We celebrated my son's 3rd birthday here today and what could normally be a stressful day for most parents, ended up being such a breeze!! From the start, before the big day, communication was clear and we were given exact pricing. I went in a few weeks before the big day and the manager (?) was kind enough to give me a tour and a rundown of exactly how the time would be spent. For the first half hour, the kids have free range of the jungle gym area, that reminded me of Discovery Zone from my youth. The next half hour was spent in a separate room that had trampolines, rock walls, swings, bubbles, balls...it was kid heaven. Keep in mind our group had age ranges from 1 all the way to 11, and everyone seemed entertained! During the whole time the staff was super attentive and assisted any of the kids if they needed help. The last half hour we all moved to the food area that was decorated so beautifully, where everyone enjoyed the cake and food and again, the staff was super on point and handled everything. They served the kids food, they cut and served the cake, and they cleaned up when we were done! I can't reiterate enough how efficient the 3 women were! I 10/10 recommend Kids U for any birthday parties you may be considering. Thank you guys, so much!!

Their late policy is absolute: arrive even one minute past your class time and you will be locked out and charged -- no exceptions, including unforeseen circumstances. They do not answer their phone and do not accept voicemail, so there is no way to reach anyone in real time if something goes wrong. If you have time blindness, executive function challenges, ADHD, Cptsd, or a highly sensitive nervous system, this studio is not designed with you in mind. It is not trauma-informed, and the environment does not accommodate neurodivergence in any meaningful way. For those who need consistency and predictability, it's also worth knowing they have modified the traditional hot yoga sequence -- so what you practice here may not be what you expect. The waitlist system is also poorly communicated; you may not know you've been moved from a class you reserved until it's too late to plan around it. Beyond logistics, the atmosphere feels cold and unwelcoming -- though I'll leave it to others to determine how much of that is the studio versus the region. This studio is BUSINESS FOCUSED rather than CUSTOMER focused, which contributes to the stressed, unfriendly state of the world today. There are wonderful yoga communities out there that lead with warmth and genuine flexibility. This one, in my experience, is not among them.

They have science based programs for 3D printing, robotics, coding. Music classes too! So while they may not be a full on art gallery, they are a pillar in the community, working to get residents, particularly children, engaged in the arts.

Having worked out at other studios in the area, I find RH&F to be the best overall as it has great equipment, clean open environment and isn't overpriced (as the places in Greenwich are). I began working out here back in the spring of 2010 right after my wife gave birth to our daughter (somehow I managed to put on more weight than my wife compliments of Ben and Jerry's. Since then I have gotten in the best shape of my life. There are other options out there but you ought to give this one a try as it won't disappoint.
