Chris, my trainer, is extremely personable, focused, and on top of all our objectives. I've always thought the best customer service experience is one where the client feels like they're the only client in the universe, and that the party providing the service is devoted to the singular task of addressing the client's needs. Obviously, a bit of a fantasy given a business with multiple clients, but some businesses pull it off: they create an environment where you feel like you're truly cared for, as if you're the only client. Evolve Athletic Club has accomplished this with me. The staff here are extremely competent, supportive, attentive to detail, and prioritized all my personal objectives. Every question has a good answer and every workout is challenging. A lot of care is put into recovery and nutrition. The space is very clean and organized. The staff has done a great job to build amazing rapport and trust. On a side note, you know the expression, "zero fucks given"? It's this attitude where a person literally does not care about a single thing. Plants need watering? No. Need to pay rent? Nah. Clothes getting dirty and need washing? Whatever. Failing school? Ite. Evolve is the opposite of this. In fact, I think they're the opposite of this plus more. Not only do they do everything you think that's required of them, they also do stuff that you don't consider. They take the initiative to say: "hey, this is cool and could be beneficial to you. Why don't you try it?" But, but...you're reviewing a business. Aren't corporate entities "it's" and not "they's"? Sure. However, I stopped thinking of Evolve as a corporate entity as soon as I started working out there. All the staff members look organically happy and engaged, and everyone has a great sense of humor. It genuinely feels like the people here are part of a family. Perhaps I'm just happy that I'm in much better shape. But, at the end of the day, results are results. Not only did I get results, I got them with a process that was fun and engaging. I'm more encouraged than ever to work out and be healthy.

    Joined less than a month ago and so far I like it. I come w my daughter and we have a great time…read moretrying our the different group fitness classes, however, I'm dissapointed that they're getting rid of it. Please don't! Overall the place looks clean, or at least they make an attempt. Plenty of machines to use and big open space even when crosses is not so bad. I'm coming from PF downstairs so this so far, to me, is much better bit too soon to give more indepth review.

    Hello, The front…read moredesk staff, especially Daniella is great. (I am starting with the positives) If not for BILL SCHUCK who is my personal trainer, I would have jumped ship a long time ago. He is by far the best trainer I have had in my many years of training. I have been a member for about three years. It has steadily gone down hill since then, most notably in past six months. There are no toilet seat covers in the ladies locker room. There are two hand dryers, one of which doesn't work. Several machines have signs that say "work in progress", I am not sure why it says in progress because it has been there for over two weeks. There used to always be toilet seat covers, I am not sure what has changed, I used to see a woman cleaning during the day and everything was in great shape when she was there. I don't see her anymore. I would like to recommend the gym to my friends who are interested in a gym. I would not do that now unless things change. Please advise regarding any progress you can make re the above. Thank you. Roberta S.

Not ideal. 2 They have a smith machine,.Smith machines are horrible, very counter productive for proper lifting. The staff does nothing to stop people, usually teens from sitting on machines texting and waisting space. Cardio machines are standard and in working order. Dumbbells go to 100,which is great. Towel service is also very nice touch Place is very clean. All in all 3 stars is fair. Its small and a weight room should not have a squat rack, bench press and platform all in one. Smith machine are useless. I'm a certified strength trainer, I know what I'm taking about. It is what it is. At this point it is good enough for me. I would recommend, but for some no. BTW, bathrooms are clean, but in no way are a locker room.

    Needed to cancel my gym membership unexpectedly. I was told they have "numerous options to…read moreaccommodate different situations." Frankly, your options stink. The most helpful was a transfer of the membership to a location "near" my new home. Nearby was defined as within 25 miles! Really?!? Who in their right mind with any life drives 25 miles one way to go to the gym!! How arrogant and ridiculous. I was given incorrect information over the phone when I called regarding cancelling my membership. Furthermore, when I signed up I wasn't given plan options, leaving me trapped in a membership I can no longer utilize. If you're going to have ridiculous cancellation policies, at least train your employees to give out correct information and make all options known to customers when signing people up. Life changes happen frequently in an unpredictable and rapid manner. The equipment at the gym isn't even adequate. In response to the comment below - not sure how telling me the incorrect payment (off by 200 dollars!!?) I owe over the phone to cancel is "providing you with the right guidance to reach out."
