They took care of my kiddo like a champ and also snuck in a shot, which is pretty near impossible with my *ihateshotssomuchipanic* kid. They fed all of us snacks. LOL. Hey, my doctor's office never feeds me snacks and the hospitals ER would be the last place where anyone cared enough or had the time to ask if you needed something. Maybe snacks aren't important to you but when it's 1 a.m. and someone offers you a gatorade and some chips...well, that brought a smile on everyone's face. By the time we were finishing up with the docs, I took my kid out to the car to wait on my husband. One of the docs took my husband next door to CVS and picked out a med for us, because I was worried about not finding the right medicine. That doc didn't have to do that, but he did and I thank him for it. Overall, our experience was wonderful with Exel ER. I hope I never have to go again, but if we do we know which ER to go to.
