Then we do as the front desk lady said, went to the other office and asked for the paperwork that we were told to ask for and fill out. I was then told that we aren't allowed to fill out that paper work and they were going to send us away. So I spoke up and told her she needed to call the front desk and see what she said, and lo and behold I get handed a paper to fill out. When at first we were going to be turned away. I had explained that she has been experiencing almost crippling pain for 6 months and the last doctor we went to suggested a OB so we come here to see if we can get some help. I'm not sure if anyone else has experienced the lack of urgency behind needing to be seen and telling them she has really bad pain, instead of filling out the paperwork they told us to go get right away so they could finish the process. We have been waiting another almost hour just to be seen. Im not sure if it's because of our age that they aren't taking us seriously, or if they believe we're lying about how serious her symptoms are. This happens way too often to young people seeking help!! Things need to change.
