I have been seen by Amy Tank,PA, and Deeyana Dekhan, NP. They were both punctual with good bedside manners. Tip: be sure to ask a lot of questions, though, like "What might have caused this condition?," "How can I prevent this condition from returning," and "What is good care after the immediate treatment?" Coffee station is available for free tea or coffee to drilnk while you wait, but I've never had a long wait. They cannot get ahold of their billing. It's 2025 and I'm repeatedly getting one bill from 2022. I also sent a copy of my credit card payment showing the total due paid. They ignored it and keep sending me the same exact bill along with texts and emails of the same. I tried to get the better business bureau to assist and they wanted my full medical records. I'm baffled.
