If your looking for stitching of all kinds at an amazing price then this is your place! I have gone…read morethere numerous times for stitching and ironed on letters on everything from shirts to hoodies. Their work is true quality and will last numerous years. Three years ago, I got my friend a zip up embroidered on the front, back, and arms with his fraternity letters, etc. Still three years later it looks the exact same. (Yes, he wears it often) For graduation I got my dad a t-shirt designed to wear at my graduation. I got it with ironed on letters and a year later the letters still dont' have a wear or tear in them. It's AMAZING the work they do. Not to mention that the staff is so sweet, kind, and warm hearted. If you ever have a question they are really good at telling you what they have seen done to t-shirts and what would work well with the fabric. This is nice because they really now their materials and what will look best on it. I really value their opinion! They have a sign that will tell you when things will be finished by if you place your order that day which is nice because they really do stick to their deadlines. If they finish early they'll actually call you to tell you that it's been finished. Overall, this place is truly a gem to Macomb. Not only do they provide good customer service, but they give you a quality product. So I say if you want to save a bundle, but look like you spent a bundle then this is your place. The prices can't be beat! :)

if i could give them a 0 rating i would. on a wednesday I tried to rent a unit for my daughters…read moredorm stuff over the summer and the site would not process the rental but i was able to reserve a unit for move in on that saturday. I recieved and email stating that i would be contacted by their staff to finish the process, i was never contacted. In fact i tried calling them and was placed on an automated hold and then asked to leave a voicemail which was never returned. when i showed up on saturday morning at 10am to move in, there wasn't an office on site and when i called again was told to leave a vm. my daughter needed to be moved out by noon and after an hour of waiting we rented with a different facility in town. 3 hours later I finally received a call back saying that they were ready to finalize my rental, HA. i explained that i needed the unit prior to noon and would no longer need their service to which they insisted that they were still going to be charging me for holding the unit. i advised of the poor service and communication i received from them and she said "sorry but you still have to pay even though we failed to meet your service expectations". If this is the service that the provide prior to renting a unit i would hate to see what the service is once you actually have one. spend a couple dollars more and use a different company
