Three years ago, I got my friend a zip up embroidered on the front, back, and arms with his fraternity letters, etc. Still three years later it looks the exact same. (Yes, he wears it often) For graduation I got my dad a t-shirt designed to wear at my graduation. I got it with ironed on letters and a year later the letters still dont' have a wear or tear in them. It's AMAZING the work they do. Not to mention that the staff is so sweet, kind, and warm hearted. If you ever have a question they are really good at telling you what they have seen done to t-shirts and what would work well with the fabric. This is nice because they really now their materials and what will look best on it. I really value their opinion! They have a sign that will tell you when things will be finished by if you place your order that day which is nice because they really do stick to their deadlines. If they finish early they'll actually call you to tell you that it's been finished. Overall, this place is truly a gem to Macomb. Not only do they provide good customer service, but they give you a quality product. So I say if you want to save a bundle, but look like you spent a bundle then this is your place. The prices can't be beat! :)

Last month, the same jacket (now 25 years old) developed a huge tear over the right kidney. Once again Dena beautifully repaired the tear and then went through the entire jacket, repaired a number of worn and cracked spots and once again restored it to better than new. Hard to believe that it's now 25 years old and has been worn almost every day in the spring, fall, and winter through all those years.

I really liked the atmosphere, and was planning on returning after buying a kangertech and some juice. However, it wasn't until I filled my tank that I noticed Logan had actually gave me 3mg juice when I had asked for 6mg, and was rang in for 6mg. He was the one who actually had opened the bottle and put it in my tank at the store, so I hadn't even bothered to look at the bottle until I tried to refill it. I called the next day they wear open, Sunday, as I had gone to the store friday; Christian was the one who answered and was really nice on the phone and told me, even though it was an employee who had opened it in the first place, that he couldn't do exchanges or returns on opened products for safety reasons, and said he would talk to the owners. He took my number, and even called the next day to let me know that he hadn't heard and was still trying to talk to the owners about the situation. It wasn't until almost a week later I got a call and Christian told me that the owners had said that then next time I came in I could get ten percent off my next juice purchase. I was really pleased with the staff's part of the customer service, and felt like they genuinely cared about my issue, but I wasn't please by the owners response to it. I had spent $18.99 on the juice, so to get the juice I initially bought and wanted, I would end up having to pay $36.09. That only showed me the owners really didn't care about my business, and I won't be making another purchase.
