I recieved and email stating that i would be contacted by their staff to finish the process, i was never contacted. In fact i tried calling them and was placed on an automated hold and then asked to leave a voicemail which was never returned. when i showed up on saturday morning at 10am to move in, there wasn't an office on site and when i called again was told to leave a vm. my daughter needed to be moved out by noon and after an hour of waiting we rented with a different facility in town. 3 hours later I finally received a call back saying that they were ready to finalize my rental, HA. i explained that i needed the unit prior to noon and would no longer need their service to which they insisted that they were still going to be charging me for holding the unit. i advised of the poor service and communication i received from them and she said "sorry but you still have to pay even though we failed to meet your service expectations". If this is the service that the provide prior to renting a unit i would hate to see what the service is once you actually have one. spend a couple dollars more and use a different company

The lot is full.of holes.and cracks so it's a tight fit between his yard and the farthest crater. They have so.much crime with drugs , theft, and squatters.that.they constantly called police to.watch me and to report i was there too.much. they started assuming i.stayed all.night when my car was just outside til.i organized thr unit to. Fit.my.car in. And when i.kept it.inside abd got it thr next morning they. Still assumed i.was one of the criminals who.use it to.live in and or their place to engage in drugs actively. I had police there watching for over a week and then they.stsrted reporting me to police and they Came several more times to.the unit. I tried to get.abother location before i. Moved becaus the abusive ex i had left.was Less than 2 blocks away and they refused it. And he was able to latch the door trapping me and I was stuck In there more than 18 hours. And I was evicted for staying that night and another I was a victim of domestic violence again and I told the police I can't drive at night so I had to go to my unit and the police said OK. They called police again and the maintain guy with them.told me i.had 24 hours to.get what.i.could and be off their property or I'd be arrested . I was taken by a police social worker to.a motel and spent.the night. I got to. Storage after 10 because of the 3 interviews required to.get in the shelter. I.started.packing.the little i could and by 1pm.they.sent police to.me AGAIN accusing me of staying all night. Amd i Had to.explain again that.i.did not and have.the social worker tell.them she took me to.a motel the niggt before. I.only had til 4pm to get my stuff. Not.one time did they CALL ME. just.called police to.keep.harassing.me. i.have an avao, very small. So i left so.much.i.couldnt.get.out by.4. I.was there less than.3 weeks total before threated to get.out or be arrested. Not to mention the heavy.damaged.doors thst bruised my.arms.and pulled my. Neck, shoulder and wrist so.i was injured during this whole time too. Abd their doors will fall.suddenly.right on you with no warning or stopping til it hits you so keep Children back. Installed 6/21 Today 5/19/22...Just started putting filter and pump together and now I know why it leaked water at every point! The installer employed by Tri states switched my brand new strainer that I purchased in May 2021 and left me my old leaky one that was to be replaced.. How the heck could I be so DUMB AND TRUSTING!? I had already purchased the liner from Tri States in 2020 which cost me an additional $900 and accessories for the pool. It was left in Tri states storage until the installer brought liner & accessories to install 2021.. I don't even have a clue if all my items purchased were actually used. can't walk in the pool without feeling the metal under your feet..He promised me it would be like walking on the beach.. I have video of one crew member trying to break into cars on our property. Just watch your stuff.. Munson's in Galesburg and Macomb have been very helpful during this ordeal.. There is so much more that I could write a book on being screwed over by a reputable pool business!
