No reason given (although per state regs I was entitled to a "letter of decline"). I was never lead to believe this would happen after putting in at great deal of time understanding policy coverages/details. Since they represent multiple carriers, they could have at least approached another carrier on my behalf. I am awarding them an F for customer service and misleading me to think dealing with them was worth my time and effort.

Back in January my car stalled in the middle of an intersection(one of those really cold days) and I had to tow it. Part of my policy is tow coverage so I called my statefarm agent. They sent a tow that never showed up. Wanted to send another truck that would have been there in 3 hours (total of 5 after my initial call to these guys). In the end I ended up paying for a tow out of my pocket. I called them asking for reinstatement and that's the "gotch ya" they pulled. Mail in the receipt - the original - You can't email or fax it, it can't be a copy. OK sent 2 months later - oh we never received it - bummer

I can now confidently say, after 9 years, that Augie has not only lived up to that but has gone above and beyond. Insurance is like a seatbelt, every time we get in the car we put it on and 99.9% of the time we didn't need it. But that one time that we do, it's a life saver.
