Not only did she help me decide what vehicle would work best, she DECORATED it with my favorite colors and beautiful balloons! The extra time and effort was so appreciated and it made everything that much better. Rachel stayed in contact with me from the time I booked to the day after the event to check in and see how everything with. She answered all of my questions, was super responsive and attentive, and was just such a lovely person to work with and chat to. It was such an above and beyond and personable experience - I saved her number in my phone as "Rachel Bus Boss"! Our driver Rosalyn was the best - such good vibes, kept us safe and was super attentive and made sure we were all having a good time. I wish I had more (and better) photos but I was just having the time of my life! :) I'll definitely be booking with them for any of my future party bus etc. needs, and you should too. Made me feel so relaxed while booking (as I was freaking out about my pick up time of 4 am) I have used so many limo companies in the past, but almost all of them with horrible consequences. Starting from the booking to confirmation to communication, and let me say we had some special needs and requests that they had no problem in fulfilling them. The professionalism of the driver, the ride made my whole family feel so relaxed and safe. Right on time (4 am that is :) pick up and of course greeting us at the airport terminal on the way back. The driver was so courteous and professional handled our 6 large pieces of luggage with no problem, I did not even have time to go to the back to help him. I requested the same driver to bring us back home because this guy was simply AMAZING! Will be using you guys again I am sure! I honestly got the feeling that this company runs like a well oiled machine, from the owner (who by the way called me to confirm my appointment personally) to the driver, ALL FIRST CLASS! Highly Recommend them! Simply, Thank you guys!
