We put in the order with Brad, scheduled an appointment for installation and our installer was Maurice. These guys know what they are doing and they made it very easy for us. The set the expectations and we didn't have to do anything. It took us about a couple hours where we couldn't use the water but then all we had to do is flush out the air from the new system. It's the third day now and everything is working great. WHY WE CHANGED: Just got tired of increasing monthly rates and having to open the garage for the techs to switch out the tanks. Also the Pro Water system does filter out more than the water softener we had.

The filters hadn't been changed since 2021, and the tank had completely lost pressure. I immediately changed the old filter, but the system was still not working well and the whole setup was just on its last legs. Richard and Greg came out and immediately offered to swap the tank just to see if it would salvage the old unit. When we realized the GE system wasn't worth sinking money into, we decided to upgrade and had Richard install one of his own systems. The installation was unbelievably fast, clean, and seamless. Beyond the quick service, not only are Richard and Greg incredibly knowledgeable, but they are also super nice and funny. We had a lot of laughs while learning more about drinking water and getting thoroughly educated on the new unit. We even opted to add an alkaline filter, and the difference is night and day. Now we have incredible, crisp-tasting water running straight to both our sink and our fridge, and we love it. Their pricing was exceptionally fair. Brandon came to the house and designed a system that would work with our plumbing situation. Unlike others who came by, he recognized a potential issue and offered a reasonable solution. He did not try to upsell us (again, unlike others). They use Clack Systems, so there is no lock-in to a particular system. Maintenance is minimal (add "salt" every so often). We purchased our home in May 2026, and shortly afterward, someone stopped by informing us that our…read morewater would be tested a few days later. Not realizing this was part of a sales pitch, I answered the door when they returned. I was greeted by Jeff, who was friendly, professional, and helpful. We ultimately agreed to have the system installed a few days later. Jeff even left a matching RO drinking faucet for the technician to install, which I placed under the sink for safekeeping. A few days later, Jorge arrived to install the system. He was fairly quiet and completed the installation. However, I had to step out during the process and forgot to remind him about the faucet Jeff had left. Jorge later mentioned that he had seen it, but rather than asking my husband, who was home at the time, which faucet we wanted installed, he went ahead and installed the one he had brought. When I returned and noticed the wrong faucet had been installed, Jorge said he could stop by again when he was in the area to switch it out. Unfortunately, that never happened. A few weeks later, when we followed up, we were told there would be a charge for him to return and make the switch. We politely reminded him that this was not what he had told us during the original installation, and he said he would contact us when he was able to stop by. Months have passed, and we never received that call. Ultimately, I had to pay someone else $130 to replace the faucet. The soap situation was another disappointment. We were told that someone else would stop by so we could choose our preferred scents, but that never happened either. Instead, we were informed that the selections were preset and that a box of products would be delivered. The soaps themselves are very mediocre, and the amount of hand soap provided is nowhere near sufficient for a family of six. While Jeff made a positive first impression, the overall experience and lack of follow-through left us disappointed. Between the communication issues, the unfulfilled promise to replace the faucet, the unexpected additional expense, and the underwhelming soap products, I honestly would reconsider having this system installed if I could go back and make the decision again.
