I needed help replacing some older, non-working bathroom fans, so I called Gleb. He answered right away and came over the same day to take a look at them. He explained the work that would need to be done and walked me through the replacement process. He was able to replace the two smaller fans very quickly. The third one needed to be ordered online because that particular style was not available locally. Once it arrives, I have no doubt it will work just as well. Gleb always has a smile on his face and is a very kind, hardworking professional who clearly takes pride in doing quality work. He thoroughly explains the details and makes sure you are comfortable with the process every step of the way. He even cleans up each work area when the job is completed. I highly recommend Gleb. Whenever I have a home maintenance issue, I know I can call him and trust that he will take care of it. read more

I did not hire Gleb and his partner. Their estimate was on par with the pricing for plastic surgery services. My confidence that my needs would be properly taken care of was way lower. I just fixed some writing style. BTW, in case anyone is wondering why I posted my review, I can share a copy of the estimate I was given. read more

Gleb and Roman were unbelievably efficient, kind, professional and harder working than anybody I've ever done business with. I'm sad to say I wish I had more jobs for them to do; I got used to having them around and thoroughly enjoyed the processes of figuring things out and implementing them. They installed an electronic doggie door for us, built a new gorgeous attic with flooring, built some furniture, painted, fixed miscellaneous things and cleaned everything up after themselves daily and throughly. Don't use anybody else! read more

Gleb has been instrumental in helping complete repairs needed before selling my house. He reviewed my list and photos ahead of time, and then came to the house to assess everything. He and his partner carefully examined everything. Other contractors I received estimates from just glanced at the items and then sent estimates with little detail. Gleb got up on ladders and down under cabinets to ensure everything was fully understood. His estimates were reasonable and included options. I moved forward with Gleb and am so glad I did. He has been amazing with every repair - small and large. He's on time, thorough, and works with you for any preferences and specifics. He completed all the urgent repairs quickly and within budget - and did quality work. I look forward to continuing the next phases of repairs with Gleb. Highly recommend him! read more

It's taken so long to finally connect with the BEST HANDYMAN!! I initially reached out to Gleb in January (and additional work since then) , for several grout areas that needed to be re-grouted in one of my bathrooms and on the kitchen floor, areas of re-caulking; replacing switch covers; repairing scratches on acrylic tub. Gleb is professional in both appearance and in his work ethic. He is thorough, neat, clean, responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, experienced... He is a great communicator in scheduling appointments and in following-up to confirm appointments. So thankful to have connected with him! read more

I had a dresser that all of the drawers had to have the glides replaced because of the poor material used to make the dresser. Particle board just doesn't hold up and the screws had fallen out due to repeated use. Gleb showed up on time, quickly evaluated the problem, went to find the parts that needed to be replaced and finished the repairs within an hour and a half. He did excellent work, worked cleanly, covered his shoes and left the room clean after his work. I highly recommend Gleb, he is a good, honest technician. read more

I had an original bathroom fan that needed a new motor, and Gleb came out the next day to look at it, quickly found a replacement, and installed it the next day. We had Gleb patch some grout in our shower and he was fantastic! Super professional, quick, and easy! He even went above and beyond and did some additional work on areas we didn't even catch that could pose problems in the future. Gleb and his team were fantastic. I asked them to hang an 83" tv, secure a very large and very large and very mirror to the wall, and hang a drying rack. They were meticulous, precise, considerate and very neat. As simple as it sounds, every time they were drilling holes into the wall, his team would simultaneously hold a vacuum to the wall to avoid debris. The OCD in me was extremely happy with this. Furthermore the fasteners I bought for the mirror didn't quite work and they were able to improvise a much better and cleaner way to secure the mirror. With my drying rack, they were not happy with the weak screws that came with the kit so they provided much more durable/stronger screws that would be able to hold up wet clothes. Could not be happier and have already recommended him to several friends. Thanks Gleb! read more

Gleb was amazing! He is super skilled, very knowledgeable, very kind, helpful and did wonderful work! I am so happy. He installed towel racks in multiple bathrooms for me. He also put together a very confusing bookshelf with no instructions. In addition, he went out of his way to fix my broken shower handle that I didn't even ask him to do. He went above and beyond. I am going to have him come back to fix all the things I've been putting off for years! His rates are very reasonable! I highly recommend him! read more

Excellent job, goes above and beyond to help his clients. He is able to help with all types of work. Highly recommend Gleb!

Gleb and his team are extremely professional and true experts in what they do. They have installed art, handled light electrical, sealed windows, and even fixed showers with light plumbing work. They are fast, efficient, and extremely detail oriented. I trust the with every task for the home and I highly recommend them (even though I'd like to gatekeep so he doesn't become even busier than he already is!). read more

Used Gleb and his team to prepare a lease for a new tenant for a SFH in Burbank. That is to say we gave him a list of about 20 items over the course of 2 days. From the start, it was easy to work with Gleb and he was thorough with his questions and gave me honest and upfront reasoning of how he would approach the problem. That along with his reasonable pricing and communication of timelines were all pluses. From there after just walking them through everything once, Gleb and Roman, went straight to work and were on point jumping from one thing to the next. He showed a breadth of knowledge as the variety of jobs spanned windows, electrical, painting, and repair and I always felt he was honest and accurate with his assessment. They kept to their timeline of completion even if it meant staying later than usual and the work they did came with a high standard and quality completion. I can tell Gleb and his team are detail and quality oriented. Overall the experience, from start to quality finish was 5/5! We already have him setup to be a primary member of our Burbank team and in the works of using him again! read more
