It was easy to book an appointment online with her. She was friendly, personable and made me feel comfortable. She took the time to explain to me a few options that I had and was very comfortable with helping me decide what service I needed based on what I was looking for. She took the time to map out my face and show me several options The shop was very clean and sterile - I only say sterile because Jazmin took all supplies out of new packaging and all tools and equipment was wrapped to avoid cross contamination. With that in mind, I decided to try this spot out for some lash extensions with the idea that if I liked them, I would get a fill in a couple weeks prior to my trip. I decided to go here based on all the positive reviews. When I first arrived, I was super nauseated from my Uber ride and the woman that answered the door was very friendly, got me a chair out of the direct sunlight (overheated) and got me some cold water. It was such a friendly and welcoming way to enter my appointment after such a rough Uber ride. Jazmin was so lovely and friendly, making me feel comfortable and listening to what I said I wanted done to my lashes. She had just gotten her own done and I loved how they looked and kind of also showed her a few pictures of what I was looking for to get this kind of layered, wispy look that I was going for. The session was really relaxing and she was so patient, even when for some reason I kept having to cough throughout the appointment. She did not get frustrated or rush through anything and I absolutely loved the results. I cannot wait to go back in two weeks and get just a little more volume/length added before my trip :)

Easily the WORST lash experience I have ever had. I very frequently get my lashes done and have…read morenever had an experience like this. The salon I usually go to was booked up, so I figured why not try somewhere new? Big mistake. The lash tech took forever (I was in the chair for 4 hours) and she glued my eyes shut not once but actually twice! After she finally finished the lashes looked terrible, absolutely not what I asked for and way too short. My natural lashes look longer with mascara than this "set" she put on. Clumps of glue everywhere and sparse lashes left all over my face. She asked me 4-5 times "you like it right?!" to which I responded with an unenthusiastic "yeah" because I was so mad I couldn't even talk about it and because I was beyond late after being stuck there way longer than anticipated. On top of all this dissatisfaction, she uncharged me an extra $40 at the end and asked for a second tip. I'm beyond upset and immediately made an appointment for my regular spa to clean up this horrible mess. I sincerely hope she can fix it.

She went over the whole process with me and gave me my options, and she really put me at ease. I have multiple tattoos on my body, but for some reason this made me nervous! I decided to bite the bullet and do it, and I'm so happy that I did. Since this was something pretty drastic for me to do, I wanted the amount of shading to be subtle. And Kristina found the perfect balance. She gave my brows shape without overdoing the color. Throughout the whole process, she made me feel very comfortable. Kristina checks up on me often to make sure I'm happy, and she gave me a touch up a few weeks later. As the color fades in the future, I'll definitely go back to Kristina again. And I look forward to it! She is so incredibly friendly and personable. I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to give microblading a try.

I did feel judged for wearing a mask which wasn't cool, but whatever. Comments on my brows during my consultation also were a bit critical which seemed unnecessary. It was kind of everything else that made the whole experience a disaster. As I left my initial powder brows appointment, I scheduled a touch-up (included in service as long as it's within 8 weeks). When I arrived weeks later for my appointment, no one was there. As a matter of full disclosure, I was five minutes late. Yet I was surprised, because I've never been to a place where an employee would walk out the door if a client wasn't there exactly on time. I rang the bell and knocked on the door since it could reasonably be a security measure if someone was alone, but the place was dark and the door was locked. Thinking perhaps folks were running late, I sat on their patio to wait a few minutes. After maybe 10-ish minutes I called the salon number. Five to eight minutes elapsed with no response so I followed the instructions on the voicemail, which said to text for a faster response. I got a text from the owner saying that they were at an event and immediately after the text--whilst taking a screenshot of my confirmation text that I'd received two days prior--she called to say that they didn't have me on the schedule and asked if I had received a confirmation. I forwarded the confirmation and she said that the woman who was doing my brows had asked the day before if she had an appointment. She apologized, I rescheduled, but I'd planned the weekend of child's birthday party around this appointment and turned down plans because they conflicted so I was indeed pretty annoyed. Although it was outside the 8 week timeframe--my appointment was at the 8 week mark--they didn't charge me for going outside the initial touch-up timeframe (which would be expected but not always guaranteed). It would have been nice for them to tell the receptionist that though, since she stopped me as I was leaving thinking I hadn't paid. If I had to make the choice again, I wouldn't do the brows. All I can say is that your mileage may vary. It's undoubtedly a rare occurrence but the schedule thing and lack of communication makes me feel their reliability is suspect. And I'm not sure about going back for touch-ups if I need them in a few years.
