When I saw my my good friend's beautiful lashes done by Alyssa I was encouraged to give it a try. I loved the ease of making an online appointment, along with her availability. Upon arrival Alyssa greeted me with a warm welcome and instantly made me feel comfortable. We discussed the style and length best suited for me based my natural lashes, and I basically told her to do what she thought would look best. When she was finished, I took one look in the mirror, and was very pleased! Not only were they beautiful, but they felt great! As a matter of fact I couldn't even feel them at all. I was shocked that my eyes were not feeling any irritation or tingling. Alyssa was so sweet to educate me on how to care for them, and even had a kit ready for me to take home with all the essentials needed , including shampoo! Like any post partum body, I have some stretch marks and I'm quite self conscious. I figured a spray tan would boost my confidence. I contacted this "business" to see if she had any appointments and she booked me for Friday at 5:30. She told me that she would honor the Groupon price and that I did not have to purchase it through groupon. She told me she would confirm the appoitment Thursday or Friday and she would get my address. Well, come Friday I have not heard anything and I wrote to her at 4pm to see if I still had an appoitment. I called her, and no answer. My appoitment has come and gone, and I'm sitting here still ghostly white with no tan. I've called around to other places and they have all closed at 5pm. So when a co worker of mine who turned into a good friend of mine informed me that his beautiful sweet girlfriend does lash extensions I was convinced . I was even more convinced when he showed me her work on Instagram. So my birthday was coming up and I schedule my first appointment with her. Literally EVERYTHING from presentation of her set up, to the customer service she provided, all the way up to her work was OUTSTANDING! Even her and her family were just the sweetest. Playing with my smallest son keeping him entertained while I was being worked on. Offering us food since they had just barbecued. Literally made us feel so welcomed like being surrounded by family. She really does go above and beyond for her clients. She made me feel very comfortable while working on me like if she was one of my girlfriends I've known for years. I explained to her exactly what look I wanted to achieve and my baby girl left me feeling SHOOK! Came out exactly how I wanted them. I didn't need any makeup at all while I had my extensions. That's how confident they made me feel. To top it all off the retention on these bad boys are impeccable . They lasted me almost an entire month before I needed another fill.
