We went there several times on our short trip and we were able to squeeze in their fresh waffles and coffee which were good. Staff very friendly and passionate about Gaston's products. A definite stop when visiting Brussels!

But alas, I made purchases for myself as well as for friends and family. They are a certified supplier to the Belgian Royal Household. They use 100% pure cocoa butter and all fresh ingredients. However when we tried to purchase it, they actually don't sell that specific piece of chocolate, so we purchased a box of some other type of chocolate which was not as good. I ordered the Biscoff waffle (€4), which was drizzled with caramel and sprinkled with biscoff crumbs. The waffle was good, but quite messy to eat. In addition, the texture was soft and gooey that it was sticking to the cardboard making it even more difficult to eat. It's a bit pricey for a waffle and I did not find it that special to be honest.
