Pizza with ham, Gorgonzola, walnuts and mozzarella

We just finished our second consecutive dinner here. It's right across the street from our hotel. The price, quality of food and friendly service is second to none. Last night, we started with fried zucchini flowers stuffed with ricotta. Fantastic! Spaghetti with zucchini and veal scalloping for entrees. Again, fantastic. Lemon gelato served in a frozen lemon. Tonight, we each had a pizza and they were delicious. We'll eat there at least once more while here. I highly recommend trying this out gem!

My cousin and I came here because it was across the street from our hotel and got it decent reviews on TripAdvisor. Even at 830pm on Saturday night, we were seated immediately and our waiter came within 2 mins to take our drink order. The food was delicious and authentic, the waitstaff was welcoming and polite and the food came out relatively quickly. The clientele was a good mix of locals and tourists which we liked. We ordered the bufala pizza and the sciagliatelli with eggplant. Both were delicious and so authentic. With a bottle of wine, a side salad and an appetizer the bill came to somewhere around €55 which is pretty reasonable for 2 people.

I don't know how there is only 1 review lol but let's make it 2. If you are in the area, make it a point to come here for a pizza. They have 3 pages of pizza on the menu to choose from with sauce, without sauce, and specialty. It's made to order, thin crust with puffy edges. It's probably the best pizza I ever had, maybe top 2 lol. Ate here 2 nights in a row because of the great food and service. Make sure to save room for dessert! The rum baba is soaked in rum right before its plated, and the lemon cake was fresh and creamy. Anyway, come for lunch or dinner and you will not be disappointed. Even if you go on an off hour and it's empty don't let that throw you off. This place seriously has some good eats. Enjoy!

Great food, attentive service and moderate prices. Seafood is delicious!! So fresh and decent portions. I had the sautéed seafood for dinner and a side of fries. My husband had the spaghetti with lobster and accordingly, the tomato sauce was homemade, the pasta was fresh and the lobster was fresh. We had the mozzarella and tomato appetizer. The tomatoes are soooo good here. Also, we asked for butter in other restaurants for the bread and this was the only one this week that brought us butter and anything else we asked for. Wish we could take the restaurant back to the U.S with us.

A hidden gem! Best pizza in Sorrento! Cute place, away from the crowds and has an authentic feel. Highly recommend.

I shared a marinara pizza with my mom and it was delicious! It was made well, the crust cooked nicely and the sauce was perfect. It's a simple dish with just tomato sauce, herbs, and a few cloves of garlic. This style of pizza is one of the few Vegan food options in the area. Service was fine, and the sitting area was comfortable enough, though it could be cleaner. The tables were in a covered patio and we had to switch tables because they originally tried to sit us where one of the seats had bird mess, which was just gross. And switched out cups because they were quite dirty.

After googling, we found this. Though it was 9 PM only, the street was not busy much. But this restaurant was bubbling. We got the table but the service was slow and laidback. No issues, we were not in a rush. The server came and We ordered Ravioli Caprese (Cheese Ravioli), Pesce Spada (Type of fish, which was grilled) and local beer (Birra Peroni 66). The food was really good especially my fish. That fresh taste, my wife also likes her Ravioli. After tiring day, getting delicious food -can't explain the feeling and that too with beer. The ambiance was okay, but the food was really good. The waiters speak quite good English and local Peroni is on Draught! And as usual for every European restaurant, they charged cover charge too ( you call it tip, they call it cover charge)

Since this is a tourist town - all the guests kept it casual while the fleet of workers were well-dressed and constantly 'making the rounds' for refills, food, clearing empty plates, you name it. Favorite quote came from the younger twin: "the potato caught me off guard!" - when discussing his lamb special's side, a single compressed potato that floored him. (He would mention this damn potato the rest of our vacation to anyone that would listen!) One quibble: giving us really whack (dull) knives for two dishes that most definitely needed a sharp/serrated blade. (And of course this was the one time none of the staff entered our orbit to ask/complain for something a bit more effective than a darn dessert knife.) Regardless: a (most) memorable dinner. Pro-tip: keep the young one's eyes away from the series of 'donkey' statutes when entering/exiting the front of the ristorante. (Unless you're ready to have 'the talk' with them while on vacation!)
