Was sold a new Acer Aspire 3 Computer because I thought the previous Acer Aspire was not working…read more After the new purchase we realised the old computer WAS working nobody really checked it well enough. Unfortunately I had purchased the new one but should have asked for a REFUND. Now the new Acer 5 is no longer working so I took it back over 21 days ago and am still waiting to get it back. I have had to use my old Aspire 3 now but both packed in before the 2 year purchase period was up. They have even charged me $99 to have it sent back to Acer to get a new battery & Charger as both were not working. I will never buy Acer or shop at HN again

On a better note, the foot of the bed has drawers, these proved to be out of alignment, and Harvey Norman sent a technician to install an extra strut to fix this.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this store…read more When my partner asked about a discount on some items that were being used as display stock, she was told that Pillow Talk don't do that. When I asked about the salesperson about the store policy she got quite rude. She could have passed me on to a manager or the customer service team but instead she decided to handle the matter herself in the most unprofessional way she could. I know most stores offer a shop display or shop soiled discount as a normal thing and I was not wanting something for nothing. But when the two items I wanted were only available as shop display items I don't think a 5-10% discount is asking to much when I don't even get the packaging for the items. I have even contacted the customer service team at head office but I (as of yet) have not heard back. (Seems they are pretty consistent with poor customer service) I will update this if I ever do hear from them. I will not be shopping at any pillow talk stores again.

House is one of my favourite stores to casually walk around in and browse at all the home…read moreappliances I know I can't afford. This store is a very good size, not too big and not too small. There's plenty of room to walk around in but I'm still cautious of having my bag with me in case I knock something over and we all know that would be a disaster! The store is well set up and very well stocked at all times. The staff are friendly and are always at the ready to assist you. If I was looking to buy new home appliances I would definitely come to House at West Lakes. Lovely service, lovely products. You can't go wrong.
