Very very very very bad. We ordered a lounge chaise lounge from them just under 3 weeks ago. Never told that it would be delivered in a BOX with no one home. Never got a phone call which we were told we would be getting. Never told that the courier would only put the two boxes only at the front door and not bring them in. They are too heavy for us to bring in and are broken and torn and then retaped together. Not once were we told that we would be assembling them and that even if we were not home that the item would be left. Totally understand that it was an online item. We went to the store at Aspley to see what the type of lounge was like and shown lounges similar to the one we were buy. We were happy with this. It is something that we have not done before, buying online. Never told it would be such a horrible experience like this. The guy I spoke to down south said put a tarp on it until I hear back from the company. Does he not know what the Queensland thunderstorms are like. It will take 24 to 48 hours for them to get back to us. In that time we will have a completely washed out lounge. If we were told this would be happening, we would of gone else where to buy our items. We have just moved into our house and have purchases so much furniture. Eureka, Early Settlers and Amart. Never had problems like this. What do we do. Just leave it outside. Just dreadful. read more
