This store is not just your typical furniture store. It is an experience! You are guided through a massive maze like showroom filled with staged living spaces that you get easily inspired. The staff here are friendly and are ready to help you out with all your IKEA needs. Their products are generally good for the price you pay. I love coming here and pick out the stuff I need quick in my own convenience in their self serve warehouse. And remember, never leave this place without checking out their cafeteria!

IKEA truly has something for everyone. I originally went in for a computer desk, and while none of the ready-made options fit my style, I was able to buy separate pieces and build a custom setup. The store itself is a giant, linear maze filled with a wide variety of home décor and essentials - most at very reasonable prices. You won't see many employees along the way, but when you do, they're typically friendly and helpful.

Like Disneyland for furniture! Always a fun little outing to go to IKEA. I love how they have so many little room setups for design inspiration, fun home gadgets you never thought you needed and of course the delicious food court items! I know everyone loves the Swedish meatballs but lots of other tasty bites to try - their smoked salmon and Mac and cheese to name a few.

The last time I went to IKEA was when I lived in New York... so it's been a while. I completely forgot how fun it's to walk around the floors and find ideas for home improvement. Great customer service and impecable store. I really enjoyed their living rooms and kitchens floors! As always lots of parking available and elevators each side. Great place to visit with family too!

Ikea it's quays great clean and no complaints. Except on the as-is items ... they write on the with permanent market ( not so smart ) . But so far it's ok

The restaurant was decent. Don't recommend the salmon balls. They were incredibly dry. The side veggies were over cooked but at least tasted better than the salmon. The box drinks were over priced ($2 for real juice) so just get the fountain drinks. But for now the restaurant is closed since covid. As far as furniture selection there just seems to be a lot more online and in the store but when you get to the warehouse so much is not stocked. It must be covid issues but it seems challenging to order online and do pick up at the store. It would be nice if they just had everything you need when you go. The prices are decent and there's plenty of cool hacks you can do with ikea furniture if you're the crafty type. Parking is a plenty but the elevators are slow and cumbersome when you can't use the stairs.

It's always full however a typical IKEA. The cafeteria is also good food but can be a bit messy on weekends with the kids running around.

Worst IKEA I've been to in US. Customer service is usually mediocre at any IKEA this one takes to an entirely new level.

    Ask the Community - IKEA

What time does the return desk close for the day?

The returns department closes at 8:45pm everyday. The store closes at 9p. This allows the Employees to leave for the day because they are human and deserve to spend the little time remaining for the day with their families.

Is the cafeteria currently open with the pandemic going on?

It has been closed, the times I've been there.

Can I bring my dog to Ikea?

We bring ours but he sits in a carrier in the cart and I am sure no one even notices. If it a service animal they don't get a vote. Just make sure you are prepared for any accidents and small children.

    Does this store do export?

They can deliver to a freight forwarder that you have already set up.

While the design district (despite its…read morename) isn't really the best starting point for most home decorating journeys, I first found their website and I believe it was the closest place to Miami Beach with a decent selection of wallpaper books for review. First, let's just get this out the way: their website (as of late 2013) is awful. It's like the internet circa 1997. Bad. But their retail location is large, pretty, with parking at both sides of their building (it's on a corner). The interior cordons off the wallpaper book "library" to the back where staff help consult shoppers like me looking for inspiration. But each time I've been there, it usually takes *several* minutes for someone to help and the staff have been more helpful than not, however English language skills are a lacking for some staff. This was less an attitude problem than a language thing. Anyway, I'm giving this a three star rating which might seem harsh, but that's exactly what I think makes sense: One Of A Kind stocks lots of wallpaper and interior textiles, with books available for research and product available for order, but it's not above-and-beyond.

She was incredibly pleasant, knowledgeable, and clearly well-versed in the products--her expertise really stood out. I was able to get a great deal on a chandelier, and she even offered me an unbelievable price on a set of dining chairs. It made the whole experience feel both rewarding and seamless. I truly look forward to working with her again for my future home furnishing needs. I've visited this location several times just to browse, and it continues to impress. I used to be a regular at their South Miami store before it relocated here, so I was excited to see the new space--and it definitely delivers. They offer a wide selection of beautiful furniture, more than I could count, and many pieces are priced in line with what you'd expect from an outlet. I've noticed some reviews mentioning higher prices, but it's important to keep expectations realistic--this is RH, not a furniture liquidator. While you can find great deals, some items will naturally still be on the higher end given the brand and quality. Overall, it's a great place to explore if you appreciate well-designed, high-quality furniture and are willing to invest in certain pieces.
