This past Sunday was my first visit to Ikea. I needed a new dresser and since I was in the area I figured they would have some good options. Around 3pm, the store was PACKED. Everything was out of place and every dresser I wanted was sold out - which I found out the hard way after going through every display, taking pictures of the product number, and going downstairs to pick up the boxes with then furniture pieces. Customers were rude and someone literally ran into me with a cart then asked me to move. The food court was dirty not to mention the bathrooms - every single toilet was clogged and the floors were soaked. The pickup area is terrible when you walk out, no parking and no one to assist you in loading your car. Next time I'll order what I want online. read more

Went on a rainy Saturday morning to do some shopping.After getting the items together I was going to purchase, I stopped in the restaurant because I was thirsty and a little hungry. I then attempted to purchase some Swedish meatballs and a water and after waiting in l was told by the cashier they DO NOT accept cash , only credit cards, how ridiculous is that , a company refusing to accept American Currency,, I did not have a card on me.. needless to say I left the food at the counter and also my cart of over $200 in items I was going to purchase... I want 604.655.29. I purchased 3 billys and 4 doors for an elevated alcove in my home at the conshohocken store. 604.655.29 will not be in stock again till February I am told. I proceed to the store in Elizabeth, NJ where it is supposed to be in stock. Without 604.655.29 the pieces will not fit properly. Well, Elizabeth, NJ is out of stock. The website and the kiosk in the warehouse says otherwise. I approach the desk in the warehouse to ask about it. "We do have that in stock" said with much attitude. "You shouldn't drive to a store so far" More attitude. No apology. As if it is my fault 604.655.29 is out of stock. I ask her to update the database. "I can't do that" WITH SO MUCH MORE ATTITUDE. Of course this woman is not wearing a name tag. If I cannot give a name, nothing can be done I am told. Apparently, no one in the company can check the schedule to see who is working the help desk of the warehouse at the time in question. I cannot order it online because it is not in stock at a local store. If it were at a local store I would not order it to be delivered. (Duh) I will now be returning all of this merchandise because it is useless now. The woman at the desk should be fired! The website should have phone numbers for each store with the disclaimer to call beforehand to confirm the stock. IKEA should maintain their stock. The only reason there should be a lack of stock is if the item is discontinued in which case that should also be noted on line. Here it is, 3 days later and the database STILL says 604.655.29 is in stock. What is up with that? The other IKEA locations are very good a out maintaining the store's inventory database. IKEA. Once the poster child of Scandinavian design and efficiency is now a shitshow. Be it supply,staffing or just attention issues the Elizabeth location is becoming even more ghettofied. Staff is for the most part friendly and attentive if not efficient, displays on a Wednesday appears as if they haven't been recovered since before the weekend. Some crooked and missing signage and some bare shelves in house and kitchenwares.Grocery past checkout is wrecked with displays pulled apart or just empty, selection is spotty with an abundance of IKEA's newest plant based foodstuffs, rows of sweets and candies but scarce in meatballs, cheeses, pickled herrings, caviars and tubes of salmon roe which is what makes a trip to the grocery section worthwhile. Soda machine bank non operational, ice dispenser depositing questionable colored cubes and both of the lingonberry fountains dispensing a newer flavor.... My first experience with IKEA was at a location in Maryland. While that initial experience made me love IKEA, my experience here left me wanting more. There aren't that many IKEA's in New Jersey and the closest one to my place is in Elizabeth, 30 miles away. But when you just move in to the area, you'll need to get furniture, so we decided to come here. One thing that I noticed is that there seems to be fewer employees (at least, visible ones) here than at other locations. Have a question? Start jogging around to find an employee, then wait in line for the 2-3 other people in front of you to finish. I enjoyed the food offerings at IKEA and while they are largely the same in the U.S., the service quality can vary greatly. When I asked the server questions, she would just nod or shake her head without speaking. Not exactly welcoming. Unfortunately, we had to drive all the way here another time because the bed that we purchased was missing a nut. After waiting in line at the returns section, we were lucky that the woman we spoke to was nice and helpful. While this is still an IKEA and you can find everything you need here or online, I don't look forward to going to IKEA anymore. read more

Haven't really purchased a furniture item from IKEA in over a decade. I've purchased furniture from IKEA before and remember them being just ok. Not the most highest quality and at the same time, it won't break your bank if you're trying to furnish your home or apartment. The wood furniture is that of composite and not solid wood. Solid wood furniture usually will cost you more. We still have a few ikea pieces at my current home, and they for the most part have lasted over 15 years. The negatives are, pieces have broken off here and there, like the plastics holding up the drawer or shelving, but overall, IKEA furniture is a good compliment to the existing furniture in your house. I came here a couple weeks ago and purchased a dresser and night stand for my daughter's bedroom. They were easy to put together. There were no broken pieces, missing pieces and instructions were straight forward. My main pet peeve when putting together furniture is that the slots not matching or approximating, making the pieces not coming together perfectly. Unlike pieces purchased from Target, Wal-Mart, or other online retailers, it wasn't the case here with what we bought. They are usually made in China and not produced well. IKEA's furniture, also from China, seems a lot better. Once put together, the dresser and night stand looked nice! We also purchased a few decorative items from IKEA's marketplace, which is the main reason we usually go to IKEA. The marketplace sells a lot of affordable items for the entire house, like kitchen gadgets, lighting, decorative, and even outdoor items, like patio sets and plants. IKEA's style is more of the modern type. In the past we've also decorated our Christmas tree via IKEA. No complaints here. We only come to IKEA when necessary because the crowds here can get aggravating. Make sure you go on a weekday or when it first opens to get the best shopping experience. read more

I had to drive there 8 times to get various pieces for my kitchen because they can't keep stuff in stock, won't keep stuff together in an order and refuse to complete and order together. I've been waiting for an hour for the clock and pick up for 1 cabinet, which they won't give customers access to pick up themselves. The manager said he couldn't hurry them up, even though nobody else was in line, but gave no reason. The kitchens may look great, but good luck trying to piece them together 1 piece at a time. The savings wasn't any cheaper than going to Home Depot or Lowe's, and I bet the aggravation would have been a million times less. read more

IKEA is to me is like the adult toys-r-us lol! I'm like a kid in a candy store because I love my home and I love shopping for my home and this place offers that convenience of shopping and suggestions! For starters this place is HUGE simply because you have multiple departments (kitchen, living room, kids room, master bedroom, etc) that are separated which helps you find the items that your looking for quickly. Additionally, each department has different "looks" so to speak to help you design your home like an experienced interior designer. There are shopping bags in each section and at the entrance just in case something catches your eye and there are also pieces of paper and pencils so that you can write down your items and later pick them up in the "market". I could probably write a 10 page article explaining everything about IKEA -that's how much I love this store lol but I won't. The only issue that I have with IKEA is that the furniture a lot of times is not the best quality. I've purchased book shelves, dressers, coffee tables, and it doesn't seem to last. So although the items may have a very elegant and modern look, oftentimes the bigger furniture quality is very cheap. This is the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars. Lastly, you have to "pay" for carry out bags once you've paid for your things so many people will just "carry" the stuff out without having it in a bag. Otherwise, its great store . read more

Really just the shittiest customer service ever. The staff clearly hates working there. They're, in general, pretty nasty. Today I "ran in" to get items I made sure via the app that were in stock. Easy breezy right? So I thought too. But we are both wrong. They have the shelves, but not the posts. The posts I am advised, are in Paramus. Lovely. So I decide I may as well purchase them. Except they only have one cashier. ONE cashier!!!? What business even operates like that, let alone a company as large as IKEA??? So, I leave figuring I can get them at Paramus. I called ahead to confirm in stock, yes Eight in stock. Took a journey to the store and started through the rat maze of the entire store they run you through, more time wasted, to save time, I got an employee to look up the item, was given a cryptic sheet which had the location of Eight in stock, at the end of the maze. Past the horsemeat meatball cafe(look it up) I went to the factory shelves on the sheet... empty!!! I asked an employee, " oh maybe the were in returns" all eight? Ok went to returns. Nothing there. Buyers take notice. IKEA - Elizabeth, NJ currently does not allow "Click and Collect", which is IKEA's service of buying an item online and picking it up in person. This helps you avoid congestion, especially on the weekends. This is not listed on their website; instead, you can't select IKEA in the related list of stores. This means either you go in-person or try and buy your item online. I wish IKEA was clearer with their pickup/hipping/delivery policies. IKEA is sort of like the Walmart of furniture stores. Service is not great, it's almost always understaffed. Checkout lines are long and slow sometimes only 2-3 are open during weekdays. The food court has really inconsistent service. A lot of times they have food shortages or just didn't make enough. Have you seen how quickly stuff gets made at some Chinese buffets and IKEA only has 3 main entrees to prepare. When you order furniture it can take as long as 30-60min for someone to bring it out. Why can't they make everything self pickup!? Why do I have to wait for my small item to be ordered and delivered? I think Amazon eventually will eat into IKEA's business if they don't improve their quality. There is not an example a worse customer experience that you'll still go back to. Shopping at Ikea is like perpetuating an abusive relationship. We go back even though we hate it. The staff could care less about you or their jobs. The ordering system is laughable. They bait and switch commonly--not on purpose, but more out of shear incompetence. They delivery system is a lie...they will not deliver when they say they will and no they don't care. They will change things and not tell you. Returns? LOL. On purpose, IKEA understaffs their return system so it so miserable many people don't bother returning items that are broken and just eat the cost. Is $16 worth 4 hours of your life? I was just enjoying a day out in IKEA to shop for apartment essentials and decided to eat lunch in the cafeteria. There was a lady there who looked like Red from Orange is the New Black and she was the one who served me lunch. Of course I really enjoy chicken so I asked her for the chicken nuggets... when she sarcastically says "Ohhh look at the grown adult ordering chicken TENDERS!". It felt weird and targeted especially since I was with three other adults who ordered the same thing and were around the same age as me. Is it possible to give a zero-star rating? My wife and I purchased a wardrobe and dresser. First of all, our time in the store was an absolute ordeal and we constantly kept having to wait. First to find an employee, then to find one who actually knew what they were doing and could arrange for our delivery. What could have been a 30-minute visit took a couple of hours. When our delivery came a few days later, everything seemed to be fine. Except that when I actually assembled the wardrobe, I found out that a drawer and 12 stubs (to hang shelves) were missing. Since then on an almost-daily basis I have been either on the phone or completing the "Missing Part" form on the website. It's been a few weeks now and I still have not received a single response! Popped in on Saturday afternoon to pick up a dresser for someone. They had a Black Friday weekend sale going on to save $25 on a $100 purchase so that's a great deal! After sharing some pics with the person so they could pick the dresser between 2 options unfortunately when we got to the bin to get the item the first choice was sold out so we had to go with option #2. Since we were still about $20 short on our $100 purchase requirement we looked around and picked up a few things... I got 4 cute espresso cups to go along with my new espresso maker that I got for a steal in my weekends shopping excursion. We also got some knives for the kitchen to bring us over the $100. We decided to get some lunch there and I've never been in their cafeteria before but I was told I could watch the planes landing to enhance my dining experience so I was sold. I'm surprised the food was pretty good. Unfortunately they were out of their famous meatballs that I wanted to try so we both got the salmon entree with Texas toast and drinks cost less then $20 and was served on a real glass plate with silverware and a glass to drink from. Much better then the food court at Jersey Gardens. Then to complete my dining experience on the way out we got their $1 cinnamon buns and a coffee. No real complaints here except they were out of the first choice on the dresser but that's just one of those things to be expected... read more

This was my first real shopping experience at Ikea, as my wife was determined to purchase several furniture items that she'd scouted out. The main attraction was their inexpensive price. Much of my negative comments relate to the Ikea business model, rather than to anything specific to the Newark store. Let's start positive with what I liked: * The showcases are well-organized and creatively designed; * The prices are very reasonable; * Ikea has some very cool lighting fixtures; * the staff is friendly and helpful. As for what I did not like: * I felt like I was trapped in a maze, and desperately wanted to get to the checkout area. The store did not feel well-ventilated and I grew hot and uncomfortable; * customers must locate their items from inside a massive warehouse. Some of the boxes were very heavy and hurt my back. For a single furniture set, sometimes the various components were found in different locations in the warehouse; * the loading dock - where consumers load in their boxes of furniture into their vehicles - was narrow and congested with shopping carts, making it very difficult to maneuver. By design, Ikea also blocks your cart inside the island with metal gates with tiny openings, meaning that you must carry the heavy boxes an extra distance. The loading dock should be re-designed or at least have some workers out there assisting to keep the path clear or helping to load in boxes. I would have happily tipped a few dollars to expedite the process. Elizabeth cops patrol the parking lot, and are quick to move in on anybody trying to take advantage of the handicapped parking spaces. In summary, I left Ikea sweating agitated and physically exhausted. I know that some people love the Ikea experience, but I plan on avoiding this store for the foreseeable future. Coming from California where IKEA is an inexpensive but I overall nice starter furniture I was not expecting the horrible customer service the IKEA in NJ offers! We ordered a bed and a night stand for a student moving in a new apartment. Well, they sent a message about the delivery the day before at 8 pm and provided a link if you want to reschedule. We called 3 times and asked that the furniture is delivered after 12 - well, no they try to deliver it at 10 am. Does not matter that we called the previous night, did not matter that we called that morning. They do not work with you they work against you. The driver was being disrespectful to my husband. He said that he is not delivering after 12 and although we called so many times, all customer service reps explained that they cannot do anything. I wonder why there even get paid?!? I HATE going to IKEA - EVER - but going on Labor Day when the place fills up with our oh so friendly New York neighbors to the east and every person in the state who doesn't know how the hell to walk or drive in a parking lot is my Nightmare on Elm Street. (Don't worry my actual friendly NY friends, if you weren't just at IKEA I don't hate you)... I get it, nice modern looking stuff for fairly modest prices. We got our daughter a new desk for her bedroom, plus some other desk accessories, all at a reasonable price, but I swear that just driving here, parking at the Indy 500, and then walking behind the slowest (and usually the smelliest) people in the world takes at least a year off my life. Last time I was here I SWORE I'd never come back on a weekend and that was about 5-6 years ago. I needed to come today, really to just lift the damn boxes. If I have to come here again anytime soon I might play in traffic instead. Two stars because we got exactly what my daughter wanted. Most of IKEA's products really mesh well with Mid-Century Modern styles and some look great with higher-end furniture. When I first moved to an apartment after getting married, we bought an IKEA dresser and wardrobes that have held up in "like new" condition through an early move to a house and 8 years later. I strongly suggest actually visiting the store to actually see, feel, and try out items since it seems that IKEA has shoddier and nicer versions of the same type of furniture. I have always found their products very easy to assemble, in fact, way easier than some of my toddler's mini play sets. For floral party centerpieces and holiday treat gifting, their glass vases and containers are really inexpensive and worth a look. read more

If you plan on coming here on the weekends, try to arrive in the early morning hours (as what I did), because finding a parking spot can be very challenging or even impossible later in the day. Also, be prepared for the crowds as well. A lot of the prices on their furniture and kitchen items were very reasonable. Bought some kitchen utensils and a cabinet from them recently. The qualities on the items that I bought were fine, and none of the components on the cabinet that I got were missing at all. Purchase-wise: I was satisfied. Overall, the store looked ok, with a lot of nice looking showrooms. Some of the showrooms looked like really nice offices and bedrooms, which was wear I found the cabinet that I wanted to buy. The top floor is where the furniture displays are, and the bottom floor is where the cash registers, kitchen department, and "DIY" furniture kits are. The "Marketplace" section is downstairs as well. With regards to customer service, based on my experience, was "hit-or-miss". I was looking for a shelf with a drawer to possibly replace my old one. When I asked a sales associate to see if they had any which resembled the old one I had at home (and I even showed him a picture of my old shelf on my DROID phone), he politely apologized and told me that there was none existing, but tried to show me some alternatives. Even though I wasn't pleased with what I saw, I appreciated his efforts in trying to find something which would satisfy my needs. When it came to the cash registers, however, that was where the service was bad. The lines were long, and the people behind the registers were slow and rude. Overall, despite the customer service and challenges related to parking, if I ever need to get more furniture, I'll definitely be back. But if you're just looking for small kitchen accessories, and nothing big, then I would consider going elsewhere. read more

Ikea is an absolute cluster you know what, but I didn't need to tell ya that. You probably already knew. Some things about this mecca of cost effective Swedish furniture are really scary, some are just OK and others really knock my socks off. The scary: -Absolutely massive space and finding your way around can be a very difficult process. In fact, it probably adds an extra hour to the shopping experience. -Mystery meatballs -Staff that is not so friendly. It's really hard to spot an employee here and when you do, they aren't always the most amicable. I came in yesterday and was reprimanded for accidentally trying to take a display shelf instead of grabbing one from the right bin. Honest mistake, yo. -Almost anything that you pick up is going to come in a million little pieces, and you'll have to put it together on your own. The OK: -Furniture prices are very reasonable! You can outfit an entire room for your home here and will most certainly not break the bank. -The quality is actually durable. I've had a dresser for about 5 years now that is still killin' it. -You can chill on the display couches for a little bit and no one will call you out. The Knock My Socks Off: -Never any lines cause it is so big -The 1.00 Fro Yo in the food court is really tasty and will give you the sugar rush to keep you powering through the furniture fortress. You get what you get, and you don't get upset. That mantra certainly rings true here at Ikea. It's mass produced cheap furniture but it gets the job done and won't leave you broke. read more

I've been a satisfied Ikea customer in Europe and the US. The ratio value price design has been outstanding. Building the furniture has been easy. I have built a wardrobe, kitchen table and chairs, beds, chests of drawers, etc. by myself. If you would rather have them build your furniture, IKEA could do it for a fee. The quality and comfort of their ten year warranty foam mattress has been stellar. I acquired additional chests of drawers to match the Malm bed I bought at Ikea in 2007. The stylish design of the bedroom is still relevant. The construction of the chests of drawers wasn't as sturdy as the one bought in 2007. To cut costs, some metallic parts used in the drawers' opening system were replaced by plastic parts. As it has been easy and cheap to buy spare parts for furniture, the expected lifespan of those new chest of drawers will likely be the same than the one with the sturdier construction. Despite being re-build twice, the Malm queen bed bought in 2007 still looks brand new. At the exchange and returns department, I bought spare parts for this bed. Each metallic and plastics crews costed $0.25. The entire purchasing process was under ten minutes. The staff was friendly and efficient. The exchange and returns department was located prior to enter the showroom area. Over the years, I bought various homeware and decoration items. I got good deals on plants, lighting, bathroom and kitchen ware. Their prices have been competitive with Macy's, Target, Sears, Lowe's and Walmart. For bed sheets, you will get better prices and/or quality at Walmart, Target or Macy's. The classy 'Hotel collection' at Macy's has been fantastic for fancier bath towels, bathroom mats and bed sheets. For decoration, I would recommend the sleek design and sturdier construction of picture frames at Crate & Barrel, Macy's, Bloomingdale's and TJ Maxx/HomeGoods better than the ones at Ikea and Target. The delivery to home of furniture and decoration has been reliable, affordable and excellent. Their team has been delivering all items efficiently and in perfect condition. Moreover, their staff has been careful not to damage lifts, walls and parking in communities I lived in. Please register to their IKEA loyalty program to get discounts on their restaurant on-site and furniture. This furniture and decoration store was conveniently located on the NJ turnpike. Their large free private parking has a lot of free carts. read more

Oh IKEA I have a love hate relationship with you! Why do I say this......Ok college kid moving into an apartment. So you go up and down the aisles finding some beautiful stuff to buy but then the horror hits when you get everything to the new place and you have to put it together. Suggestion have help, lots of help! OR Alcohol!!! So you finally get it all together, just make sure you do it in the room you want it in. The furniture isn't the best made and if you have to disassemble it to move well God Bless you for trying as it doesn't put back together well a second time. Just sell or gift the furniture to the next people moving in if possible as it isn't worth the time to take it with you. I love LOVE LOVE IKEA-- I know it is a test of skill and patience for all couples to go through anytime you are here- but I firmly believe if you want to see if you relationship is going to withstand the trials of life ahead of you- go to IKEA and buy something- buy something.... take it home and put it together-- not huge not major buy something you need to read the directions for.. one of you will lose it before its done- but if you can manage together to complete it without left over parts- your good. It is a team effort of major proportions at times. LOL So I do what works for me after many years of marriage- I pick my battle - win the war.. GO to IKEA alone- I write what I want down on that card thingy, go back home, hand it to hubby to buy online and have it delivered.. once it is delivered- I personally have a bottle of vino while hubby is putting it all together-- to keep my mouth shut on opinions of how the directions should be- this huge issue for me being a redhead and all-- I have opinions on everything. Pros & Cons- 1. IKEA- Fast, Cheap on price not on quality- Easy- butttttttttt---- On this $3K order- for 2 bedrooms and an office- 2. We had issue on some items not available online for delivery - but had stock pick in store- so we called the help line- they suggested we go back to the store and order- so we drove to the store, placed our order there and paid - all the time dealing with a human- 3 day delivery.. NICE! 3. But- By mistake we ordered a twin mattress for a full bed set- the guy didn't notice when we ordered- and neither did we-- but we noticed when it was all delivered -- sigh would have been nice if he had just said- do you need a twin bed frame for the twin mattress? or did you need a full mattress for the full bed frame? I am the customer I screw up - your IKEA detail.... so anyway- after delivery - hubby called 4. They said bring it back to the store-- no issue- except- we now drove it back (trip 2)- got the full and headed home 5. Everything else was good --but the last piece on a 4 drawer dresser the edge of the top part had not been finished so it was wood, no paint or laminate. sucky 6. Its in the guest room/ office ** Most if not all the furniture was for Mini-Me- I can't say her age but she actually put all the furniture together by herself and her Makita - yes she used her big brothers-- but all by herself withe those damn directions. Hubby who is an Engineer/PM/retired navy nuke was highly impressed with her mad skills.. as was I.. No melt down at all *- except for the ginormous wolf spider that cornered her in the garage LOL So a word to the wise- IKEA is K.I.S.S.- Keep It Simple Stupid-- just take a deep breath and have at it-- tell the person having the meltdown how much you appreciate their dedication to this and they are your rock star.or whatever bribery and words work.. and no matter how much you want to-- do. not. ever. suggest... "Hun, maybe if you tried it this way... " no matter how much you want too.. EVER! YES I LOVE IKEA-- and have furniture from them that has lasted the test of time and kids and still looks good. When living in NY, I came here quite a bit. Plenty of parking available. Most of my furniture was from here. It was easy to fit into my teeny tiny studio apartment and the prices are reasonable. Employees are helpful and friendly. I like visiting their food court as well. Nice options at an affordable price. Their cinnamon buns, Swedish meatballs, and vanilla soft serve are some of our faves. read more

I was cranky , irritable , on a budget and in need of bunk beds . I also showed up 20 minutes to closing . The bed I wanted was out of reach and the staff that pulled inventory down had left for the day . The manager Joseph, saw the temper tantrum I was about to have . He stayed past shift to retrieve the item himself. With a smile and never lost patience with me or finding the item . The store was clean & very enjoyable to walk through ! read more

My last review for this place was lacking so I thought I'd give it another go. I honestly love IKEA and its products. Every place I ever lived in was furnished in IKEA and its still standing! I don't get why people hate on IKEA products, the thing is if you put them together well and have a knowledge of how things are built you shouldn't have a problem with their furniture. The prices are amazing and probably couldn't be beat anywhere else. Do be prepared to lug these boxes home if you plan on transporting it yourself. Its best if you have/use a pickup or SUV but if you have tetris skills you could make it work. Ive made 6 huge IKEA boxes fit in my hatchback without a problem. Tip: When visiting IKEA stores and looking to save some time you could go onto their website or look through their catalogue to get box serial numbers and just go through the back and grab your boxes a go. read more

I have a love and hate relationship with IKEA. Modern designs for decent prices. Quality is not horrible but definitely could be better. I always get excited to come here, but always regret it on a weekend. Especially around 1-2 pm it gets pretty packed with annoying consumers and kids running around. What sucks about IKEA as well is you have to go through the whole layouts to get to checkout. Great marketing scheme but annoying for a customer like me. Luckily there are a couple of shortcuts, but definitely not enough. Oh btw if you do not like to assemble furniture then this place is not for you. read more

3.5 stars. I come here for inspiration and to pick out some decor. The Elizabeth location is large. Parking lot is not too crowded, but I've only gone during the summer weekdays. I enjoy walking through the showrooms for some design inso, often snapping some photos for my mental Pinterest page. Customer Service is aiight, depending on which department. Sometimes you're pretty much on your own. IMPORTANT: if you have to return something, be prepared to wait for a LONG TIME. I waited about 15-20 minutes to return 2 seat pillows valued at $8. Sigh. Take a number, read a book, be patient. The restaurant upstairs and downstairs cafe have many Swedish and American cuisine. My faves include the pizza, Mac 'n cheese, veggie wraps, and cinnamon buns. Yum yum. Oh and be sure to connect to the Ikea wifi with your Ikea Family card. There's limited cell coverage. read more

Well we new yorkers always feel happy when we shop in new jersey because of the savings on sales tax. Sales tax savings can considerably huge when one is shopping for too much furniture. I needed some furniture for my bedroom and living room. So me and my friends decided to head to this location of Ikea. Well this is a typical Ikea store. Many people might have noticed that the way these stores are designed to make customers go through each section of the store. That sometimes can be really frustating, because some of sections might not make any sense to you. The only way to avoid that would be do the online orders.But I always prefer buying furniture in store. We felt they need more customer representatives on floor to help out the people shopping. Many a times we had to wait for more than twenty minutes on the floor to locate one. Otherwise the customer service was very good. I don't know what it is but I used to pay sixty bucks for home delivery of goods in Chicago, here they seem to charge ninty nine bucks. They have a shuttle service to new york which is really useful for people coming from nyc. read more
