I was hesitant off couple of bad reviews but there will always be a person you can't make happy . However with me he had good chair side manner and you could tell he cares about the outcome of his work . Was very impressed how he mostly works alone while his assistants run the other rooms doing charting with hygiene or cleaning and seating and this didn't come off as a lack of staffing just simply he could and didn't need to additional help! Was able to get everything verified with insurance quickly and even able to do in house payments on a crown I needed to replace which was a big relief . I'll continue to come here for future needs as well as recommended the office .

Dr. Miltko informed me the current issue I was having with my teeth was due to my weakened enamel and that this issue has been ongoing for years.. unfortunately my prior dentist had never once brought up this as a concern when it came to my teeth. unfortunately it had been left untreated for so long that it had effected all of my teeth and in particular one of my front teeth that I was super insecure about. I had Medicaid insurance and his doctor office scheduled me immediately. My first visit with Dr miltko was a consult and my second visit he had scheduled me in that week he made sure to fix the tooth I was insecure about first before any other teeth. I was almost in tears. He barely even knew me as a patient but was empathetic enough for a stranger- to work fast and smart and to help my confidence be gained back Through my smile. Instead I got a rushed, uneasy and uncomfortable feeling from the way he spoke to me. At the end of my visit I was confused and had no idea if my cavity was an easy fix or if it was going to kill me. He made it seem like it was an impossible fix, and at the end of the "examination" (he only looked at my teeth for 30 seconds and then gave me a lecture on wether or not I should think about stoping my bipolar medication, something he never consulted my psychiatrist about, and never asked for their approval). After that He said "ok... so what do you want from me?" As I was walking out I could overhear him speaking to his assistant about me in a rude tone. I was So distraught from it all and cried when I got back into my car. I wouldn't recommend.

Dr. Wilcox explains in detail my treatment plans from start to finish. I had two implants placed and I was a little anxious about the whole procedure. Dr. Wilcox and his assistants did a great job putting me at ease and explaining everything he was doing. The hygienist I see is great. Jolynn takes her time and does a thorough job, always taking my comfort into consideration. The only thing more I could wish for is that my teeth always feel as good and smooth as they do when she is finished!! Over the years I have had several crowns made and it is such a time saver to have a crown prepped, milled and seated all in one appointment.
