The forms were minimal but comprehensive and I appreciated the low environmental impact of their intake forms. Michele was very friendly and very helpful with breaking down how my insurance is used. Paula was my next contact, she got me hooked up with x-rays and ready for my cleaning. Paula was friendly and engaging. I always get anxious going into the dentist, so having friendly staff goes a long way with me as it eases my anxiety. I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Austin Erler. Very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I have never had a dentist explain and educate me in the way he did. I see a bright future for this office with dentist like Dr. Austin Erler involved. To book end my experience...Tracey...the hygienist...probably the most joyful person there! She was great! She was soooo good I felt guilty for eating after my appointment...my teeth felt so amazing! Instead I got a rushed, uneasy and uncomfortable feeling from the way he spoke to me. At the end of my visit I was confused and had no idea if my cavity was an easy fix or if it was going to kill me. He made it seem like it was an impossible fix, and at the end of the "examination" (he only looked at my teeth for 30 seconds and then gave me a lecture on wether or not I should think about stoping my bipolar medication, something he never consulted my psychiatrist about, and never asked for their approval). After that He said "ok... so what do you want from me?" As I was walking out I could overhear him speaking to his assistant about me in a rude tone. I was So distraught from it all and cried when I got back into my car. I wouldn't recommend.
