You can tell a lot about an office based on how you are greeted and they types of technology they use. I was greeted by Michele at the front desk. The forms were minimal but comprehensive and I appreciated the low environmental impact of their intake forms. Michele was very friendly and very helpful with breaking down how my insurance is used. Paula was my next contact, she got me hooked up with x-rays and ready for my cleaning. Paula was friendly and engaging. I always get anxious going into the dentist, so having friendly staff goes a long way with me as it eases my anxiety. I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Austin Erler. Very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I have never had a dentist explain and educate me in the way he did. I see a bright future for this office with dentist like Dr. Austin Erler involved. To book end my experience...Tracey...the hygienist...probably the most joyful person there! She was great! She was soooo good I felt guilty for eating after my appointment...my teeth felt so amazing! I was inspired to, "Do better," with my daily habits of flossing, water picking, and brushing (the entire 2 min lol) There is no hiding your bad habits from Tracey :) All in all, a pleasant experience and I will be back! Thanks for the fun new tool to use with my floss.

This letter sounds like it was ghostwritten by my disappointed high school principal. The tone here walks a fine line between "we understand life happens" and "you personally caused a dental apocalypse." "This time could have been used for another patient in need." Glad to know my negligence may have denied emergency relief to a flossing enthusiast in distress Thanks for the laugh, Cornerstone Dental--and for two years of care that was just good enough to not switch. I was hesitant off couple of bad reviews but there will always be a person you can't make happy . However with me he had good chair side manner and you could tell he cares about the outcome of his work . Was very impressed how he mostly works alone while his assistants run the other rooms doing charting with hygiene or cleaning and seating and this didn't come off as a lack of staffing just simply he could and didn't need to additional help! Was able to get everything verified with insurance quickly and even able to do in house payments on a crown I needed to replace which was a big relief . I'll continue to come here for future needs as well as recommended the office .

So I called after reading so many positive reviews on yelp, expecting to be turned down, especially after they told me the hygienists are booked out into December. But I explained my situation and they told me to come in the next day(!) so Dr. Felton could check it out and advise me. So I show up the next day (15 minutes late even) and they still took me! I should stop here and say how wonderful every staff member I interacted with was. The front desk person, the dental tech, Dr Felton, all amazing. And the office is big but beautifully appointed and they have all the most current technology and the equipment that it comes with. They can even make crowns on-site and no impressions! They digitally scan my mouth and then fabricate the crown right there! So in 3 days I go in in the morning and walk out in a few hours with a brand new crown. Omg, how I wish I could find a dental practice this good back in Northern California, but I'm still looking. And if you're freaked out about being in the dental chair I can't imaging a better place to go and have your nerves calmed down. This practice is top shelf all the way.
