This letter sounds like it was ghostwritten by my disappointed high school principal. The tone here walks a fine line between "we understand life happens" and "you personally caused a dental apocalypse." "This time could have been used for another patient in need." Glad to know my negligence may have denied emergency relief to a flossing enthusiast in distress Thanks for the laugh, Cornerstone Dental--and for two years of care that was just good enough to not switch. In a town like Missoula with plenty of other dentists, you might want to be a little less smug with your patients

I was hesitant off couple of bad reviews but there will always be a person you can't make happy . However with me he had good chair side manner and you could tell he cares about the outcome of his work . Was very impressed how he mostly works alone while his assistants run the other rooms doing charting with hygiene or cleaning and seating and this didn't come off as a lack of staffing just simply he could and didn't need to additional help! Was able to get everything verified with insurance quickly and even able to do in house payments on a crown I needed to replace which was a big relief . I'll continue to come here for future needs as well as recommended the office .

Instead I got a rushed, uneasy and uncomfortable feeling from the way he spoke to me. At the end of my visit I was confused and had no idea if my cavity was an easy fix or if it was going to kill me. He made it seem like it was an impossible fix, and at the end of the "examination" (he only looked at my teeth for 30 seconds and then gave me a lecture on wether or not I should think about stoping my bipolar medication, something he never consulted my psychiatrist about, and never asked for their approval). After that He said "ok... so what do you want from me?" As I was walking out I could overhear him speaking to his assistant about me in a rude tone. I was So distraught from it all and cried when I got back into my car. I wouldn't recommend.

Jolynn takes her time and does a thorough job, always taking my comfort into consideration. The only thing more I could wish for is that my teeth always feel as good and smooth as they do when she is finished!! Over the years I have had several crowns made and it is such a time saver to have a crown prepped, milled and seated all in one appointment. I have recommended Dr. Wilcox to several people and will continue to do so. He and his staff are top notch!! Kimmer R

So I called after reading so many positive reviews on yelp, expecting to be turned down, especially after they told me the hygienists are booked out into December. But I explained my situation and they told me to come in the next day(!) so Dr. Felton could check it out and advise me. So I show up the next day (15 minutes late even) and they still took me! I should stop here and say how wonderful every staff member I interacted with was. The front desk person, the dental tech, Dr Felton, all amazing. And the office is big but beautifully appointed and they have all the most current technology and the equipment that it comes with. They can even make crowns on-site and no impressions! They digitally scan my mouth and then fabricate the crown right there! So in 3 days I go in in the morning and walk out in a few hours with a brand new crown. Omg, how I wish I could find a dental practice this good back in Northern California, but I'm still looking. And if you're freaked out about being in the dental chair I can't imaging a better place to go and have your nerves calmed down. This practice is top shelf all the way.
