Went as walking close to closing--they were so nice to let us in. The lady working the front was so kind with helping us choose jewelry and educating us on the options. The piercer was friendly enough, and everything looked sanitary. I have over 30 piercings and have been pierced in multiple different shops. I've never had a piercer not tell me when they were going to pierce you with the needle--not once but for both piercings I got. Not much verbalization on what was happening at all really. I went with two others and one of them got a single new piercing but got a set of matching studs, one for her new one and one for her healed one. The post for her healed piercing is so long in her tragus she can't wear earphones without it sticking out so much it actually looks ridiculous We tried going back the next day to see if they could use a shorter post but despite their hours posted, they weren't open 40 minutes past their posted open time. read more

I was looking to get a few piercings and wanted I place with the highest ratings. Yelp sent me straight to IICON piercing in Carmichael. Which is perfect since it right in my town. It was a little a little difficult to make an appointment since there is no website posted and it's appointment only. I tried calling for a little over a week and no one would answer the phone and finally a lady answered. I check to see if they had any same day appointments, but they didn't and she said she had to send me a link to book an appointment. The link sends you to book an appointment in which you pick the piercing service you want for each service you must put down a partial non refundable deposit for the time you book ad they are reserving that time slot just for you based on the service (s) you need. This place must be a popular place to go to for piercings because they were 2 weeks out for that next available appointment. I arrived a little early in case I needed to fill out and liability paperwork. I waited a few minutes before being greeted. The lady came out the back about 10 mins into my appointment time. I wanted to go over the jewelry I wanted instead of the surgical stainless steel jewelry. They have 14K jewelry and titanium and I forgot the other metal. I originally 14k jewelry but they only had yellow gold and I preferred white gold, but they didn't have it for the piercings I was getting. The piercings I got was the spider bite, Monroe and tongue. The jewelry I went with is Titanium jewelry instead. They gave me a nice discount for the amount of piercings and jewelry pieces I got. They are a little higher than other places that do piercings, but I'd leather pay for quality over quantity. The gentleman who did my piercings I forgot his name, but he was very patient with me with the area I wanted pierce. Allowed me to take my time with the positioning on the piercings until I was satisfied. He went through the process with my and recommended products to use to prevent infections and proper healing. I was told to come back in a week to make sure my piercings are healing nicely no extra charge for that and to downsize the jewelry if needed. I highly recommend coming here if you want a clean quality place to get your piercings. I will definitely be back if I decide to get more piercings. read more

Cannot recommend this place enough. My group of friends and I decided we all wanted to get our ears (and nose) pierced. Making an appointment online was super easy and they were really good about texting us reminders and we were able to do all our consent forms online via text ahead of time. We were greeted immediately upon arrival and given options on which earrings we wanted. Our whole group was then offered chairs at the piercing station to be there for each other (no videos, photos only before and after, and stay seated as to not get in the way of the piercer). Nice and safe protocols, extremely clean and sanitary! Corey, the owner and amazing piercer extraordinaire was the one who did our piercings for us. His calming nature made everything so much more easy and bearable (I'm extremely afraid of needles). He marks the area first to make sure you're satisfied with your piercing and the entire process was a BREEZE. I am extremely happy with how it turned out!! After care instructions were given and you can purchase the saline spray on site. They have a lifetime guarantee on all their jewelry, just bring it in with your digital receipt. I figured that as an adult I could finally get my ears pierced. Well, let's just say that I did have them pierced as a teenager but then they got infected, blah blah blah and before I knew it, my days of wearing earrings were over. So fast forward 30 years later and I was tired of coveting the lobes of my peers. I looked up via Yelp local spots that had a good reputation, made an appointment through their booking system and brought my daughter for moral support. I don't know what kind of piercing system they use - I'm squeamish 'kay? It's not your mall gun piercing system. Corey spent a long time trying to figure out the best placement to pierce my ears and once that was made, I reclined in their comfy chair and got them pierced. You can upgrade your studs to something larger (these were Swarovski crystal), which I did, for $10. They also use titanium metal so there is no risk of getting an adverse reaction. To help with the healing process, you can purchase a spray bottle of saline solution and there are other various body piercing jewelry you can buy as well. It turns out I have sensitive ears - or as my ex would put it, I have expensive taste. Thankfully titanium is not as expensive as gold! My ears did get infected when I tried to put in new earrings after two months. I was able to make an appointment and they took out the old earrings and put in the studs again. I am a newbie at having pierced ears so I appreciated the extra service! They also sell Delta-8 gummies which are very effective! Takes the edge off for sure. I went here in 2019 for an industrial bar that, although I didn't love the placement, healed like normal, the piercer was friendly and price was good. So I came back in 2024 to get my helix and conch pierced. My sister also got a few piercings at the same time. The people working there were friendly, but they took someone else back at our appointment time and they charged my sister for an extra piercing that she never got & because she's conflict avoidant she didn't say anything (I would have if she told me before we left). Their certifications (behind the counter) were expired, which made me uncomfortable but I didn't notice until after the piercings were done. My conch piercing has healed fine but I haven't attempted to put a new earring in yet so can't speak to how it feels when I do. However, I just changed my helix earring (it's been almost a year since I got it pierced) and the piercing is not straight which makes it painful and frustrating! I will not go back. read more

I would not use this piercing company. I had a bad experience with my ear piercing, and even though I was assured that if anything happened after I left, I went back after about 10 days because it the earrings were bothering me (hurting while I slept) and it looked a little red, so I was worried about infection. I must have called three - four times, and each time I could not leave a message as their message box was full. I went to physical address at least twice during advertised business hours, and no one was available (store looked dark inside). I decided to go to another piercing place, got the piercing that Icon did removed, and new piercings put in. I have had zero trouble with the new piercings. I saw reviews on how other clients booked online, so it wasn't difficult to find them on google and click the instagram website from there. Booking online was super easy. Corey did an amazing job on my second lobe piercings and re-piercing my tragus! He took the time to make sure the earrings were placed right where I wanted the lobe piercings. The piercings were quick and just felt like a pinch. Surprisingly my tragus piercing was the least painful lol. Included with my lobes piercing were basic titanium ball earrings. I opted to buy the clear gemstone earrings for $40 and stuck with the basic titanium for my tragus. They were also offering 2 tragus piercings for $75 but I opted for just one side. In total, I paid $65 for the lobes, $75 for the tragus, $40 for earrings, and $15 for the aftercare spray. Totally worth it! I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back here for any future piercings :) read more

I first saw an ad deal of $40 for two piercings (the ones in the deal, not ear ones) from iiconpiercing on instagram. Thinking it was too good to be true, I checked out their profile and everything looked great! Neat piercing placements and strict health regulations with lots of options for body piercings (they even do genital ones which mean the piercer has to be really experienced!) Due to COVID, I waited a while to make an appointment with the shop. I was notified that it was going to be a one-on-one sort of thing and honestly, that was such a good call from the establishment. When I arrived, the girl welcomed me with a bright smile and immediately locked the door to prevent interruption while guaranteeing that only two people will be in the store for health safety. The girl (I'm so sorry I forgot your name i'm really bad with names ) was able to answer all of my questions and guided me towards the best jewelry option. When it was time for the actual piercing procedure, she didn't mind re-dotting the piercing position multiple times until I was completely satisfied. I was even able to do the position myself which was so nice since I'm just so picky. I noticed that she switched to new gloves every time she had to touch something else besides my face and that impressed me immensely. To me this piercing didn't hurt that much, probably a 5/10. Piercings cease to hurt after breakups anyway so I definitely suggest going around the period before denial hits. I also got my cartilage ring switched to surgical steel and she was so nice to do it for me while telling me why my previous one didn't work (got my hole infected for the longest time). After the piercing was done, she cleaned it super well and told me really good cleaning tips. After following these tips for close to three weeks now, I 100% worship the method as it has healed up my eyebrow one extremely quickly, given that my skin is extremely sensitive and prone to infections. Out of 5 piercing places I've been to, I'm confident to say that I am most happy and satisfied with my experience at iiconpiercing and can't wait to come back for more!!!
