There was a bit of a sting when she poked my ear lobe and it felt numb and weird for the next 30 minutes to an hour after (but, disclaimer, I'm sensitive). Did a walk in with my teenage daughter for a couple ear piercings and it was a good experience. I appreciate that they verified my guardianship and took the time to do all of that professionally. Once verified, they clearly communicated with my kiddo, asked what she wanted, made valuable suggestions and helped her to pick out some shiny things. I came here to get plastic retainers in my piercings, I was going to have a small outpatient surgery and I was told I couldn't wear any metal. Andie was really nice and I was able to get in right away. The shop is inside a building, and you have to wait for someone to leave in order to get through the front door. Once you're in you can go into the shop. After my procedure I tried to get my jewelry put back in but there was no one in the shop. I had to wait for someone to leave in order to get into the building but the door to the Piercing Parlor was locked. I double checked their Instagram to confirm that I went during their open hours they posted, and I was. I tried texting/calling and messaging her through Instagram, but I didn't get any response. There were two other people who came after me who wanted to see her but none of us could since the doors were locked and there was no one inside. There wasn't a sign on the door or anything. Parking in this area is a nightmare and you have to pay for parking. That, with the challenge of getting into the building and the shop being closed during business hours made me take my business elsewhere. I came here with my 8-year old daughter for her birthday to get her ears pierced for the first time. They are walk-in only, so you may have to wait. But it was very clean, and they were very professional. They were super fast once we got in, and my daughter (who normally freaks out with needles) didn't even flinch. BUT a few minutes later while I was getting take-home care instructions, she swooned, and got sick. The girl who does the piercing was so understanding and jumped into action. She held her up so she didn't fall, while I cleaned her up, and we got her laid down. They brought her some Gatorade and let her pick out some temporary tattoos, and after 5 minutes or so, she was right as rain. They sanitized everything immediately. Love both of my piercings I've gotten done at this place. The pic I shared is of both piercings after they healed. I found this place on yelp and did my research first and read all of the reviews to make sure it was a good place or not. And the few negative reviews made me a bit apprehensive but clearly seen the positive ones definitely outweighed the negative. So i decided to give them a try. Andie and Kylah both helped me and were both amazing and so friendly. The wait was pretty quick and the process was pretty quick as well. I loved the tragus piercing so much I went back and got my cartilage pierced as well. And both times I had great experiences. Make sure to follow this businesses social media accounts for price specials and hours of operation. They are sometimes walk in only but also sometimes they are by appointment only so make sure to check their socials or contact them before so you're not wasting your own time. I did that before going in myself and have never had a bad experience there. So I highly recommend this shop for any of your piercing needs, including a big variety of body Jewlery and aftercare. After going, I realized that the negative reviews are just people complaining because they simply didn't follow instructions or are impatient. This parlor is just like any tattoo shop is, as well. To me, I expect long wait times and am always super patient when it comes to my tattoos and piercings but I didn't even have to worry about wait times because every time I've gone (I've gone back multiple times lol) it's always been a quick process. Awesome experience with Andie !!! I got 4 piercings within the span of 2 months lol. She had get 1 and second piercing half off on 5/13/22 , Friday the 13th , it was last minute thing. I got there at 5 -530pm , there was 5 ppl in front of me. 2 hrs wait ‍ bring ear buds. I got the snake bite tongue piercing and my third lip piercing done. I wouldn't suggest to get both at the same. I live on soup and jello for 2 wks. I lost a lot of weight. I couldn't really talk. It was my third tongue piercing so my tongue and lip was swollen at the same time. Next time I saw her was middle of July and she had the same deal lol this time I knew about it. Follow her Instagram. I came around 12:30 , 1 person was ahead of me so I didn't even wait less than 5 mins. This time I got my 4th lip piercing and my septum pierced. OMG septum made me tear up and I was bleeding a lot like someone punch me. All in all everything is healing fine except my 4th lip piercing. I been soaking it saline solution. We brought our 1.5yo on Sunday (Valentine's Day). It was a 2hr wait bc she was running a Valentine's weekend special, but once it was our turn, we didn't feel rushed at all. Andie was so sweet and took time to answer all of our questions. We brought our own earrings, but we weren't able to use them. She had a variety of earrings for us to choose from. The price ranged from $45 to $80 depending on the type of earrings you choose. The piercing service is included in the price. We opted for the solid 14k gold earrings so we paid $80 out the door. Andie accepts Venmo and Cash App which was great since I forgot my wallet. She was so quick and so sweet! She had a candy dish so I was able to soothe my baby girl quickly with her first lollipop. However I took my 4 month old to get pierced recently and it was great but the jewelry selection for baby earrings is so disappointing. Mostly when it's not "allowed" to bring your own jewelry. I don't care if she stills charges me the full price I wanted to bring my own 14K earrings. There's no point in putting earrings and then switching them out in 8 weeks. For $120 I expect better options and better quality. I paid $120 for yellow gold earrings and only two options were available. Big stud or little stud. The "CZ stud" ended up falling out a day later.
