Food is always cold when it's brought to you, staff is unfriendly, it is clean and nice to sit in which is good because you're going to sit for a while waiting on your food read more

Never get the sirloin tip breakfast, it was sweeter than a chocolate bar. I wouldn't feed it to my worse enemy. Will never go here again.

Love the chicken and pancakes! Food is great and the customer service is awesome. we order breakfast to go about three times a week! Sweetest lady always takes our order. Food is better and I got tired of the rudeness at the drive through fast foods! An overall A+ read more

Biggest omelette I've ever had in my life was the Colorado omelet today. Came with cheese and bacon, pork link pieces, and what looked like beef brisket shreds amongst some veggies. Delicious but needed salsa. read more

This is one of those, come in , order a drink and leave scenarios. The place is just filthy. Food all over the floors along with trash. As can be seen from the pictures, the floors were last cleaned with a dirty mop as well. If the dining area is this nasty, the kitchen is probably much worse. No effort has been made to clean the dining area and they aren't busy at all. read more

Have you ever been held hostage at an IHOP? Well if you want to head on down to the Searcy IHOP. We were held hostage for four hours leaving us distressed and exhausted. Only one woman was doing the work of the whole staff and trying to get us out. I really do not recommend going to this IHOP. #TAKEDOWNTHESEARCYIHOP! read more

Always like IHop food is good, good service, Breakfast all day. Had a omelette this time, cooked just right. read more

coming back from a festival, we decided to stop by for a "quick dinner"...we finally got to leave FOUR HOURS LATER! the food wasn't bad but the service was so slow! it took them an hour just to take our order and we even called ahead to tell them we had a huge group coming. would not recommend unless you wanna spend the whole night with them. read more

Went in with my family on a slow morning, 11am. 2 of the waitstaff repeatedly glanced up at me and my family standing at the check in desk but just went about their business without a word or a nod. We ended up walking out after standing there for 5 mins waiting to be greeted or seated, went across the highway to waffle house. read more

food was mid.. service was so slow and i get we had a big party but there was about 30 people and only 1 server. had to wait 3 hours for all the food to even come out and i basically fell asleep in my booth. read more

No. They used boxed mac'n cheese and failed to mention half our order wasn't in stock. Service was slow and they tried to lie and say that everyone in the state used kraft mac'n cheese. Just no. My niece ordered a pancake and it arrived cold. It cost us $38 for meals that were incomplete, cold, and slow. read more

It took 30 minutes to get my drink and an hour to get my actual meal and the pancakes were burnt! The only thing worth that this place is good for is waiting. The last two times I've been here it took about 2 hours to get my food. To give your friendly advice, get more staff and staff that would make sure they earn their tips. read more

I got the smokehouse breakfast. At 8:30am in a small town the place was pretty empty, but service was still slow. It's usually slow here in busy times as well. The food is like any other IHop though. So, if you like the chain it's a fine place to eat. read more

IHOP - Smokehouse breakfast and a coffee. - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Searcy, Arkansas

Service......slow! Lots of servers, but they were mostly visiting with each other. Our waitress knew my order was incomplete when she brought the rest to the table...said she would be right back...as I finished my meal she came back to inquire if anything else was needed. We pointed out she never completed it to begin with. I told her my meal was now done....she shrugged and walked off and still took several minutes to return with an orphan piece of garlic bread....not my idea of dessert. Vegetables on all plates were undercooked. Omelets were bland and unseasoned. The restaurant was past the noon rush, but it took 40 minutes for lunch to arrive. We usually enjoy IHOP, but the Searcy, AR location is a dud. There are lots of other restaurants in the area. Try one of them instead. We won't be back to this one. read more

If I could give zero stars I would! The service has also been slow and the food not the best, but the restaurant had no one in it and we were just told a 20 min wait to clean off a table! Ridiculously bad service! read more

Went in with my girlfriend to eat lunch. we were seated fairly quick but the service was abysmal. The waiter kept forgetting about us, had to ask several times for things like silverware and syrups. By the time we got our food our coffee was cold and had not been refilled once. At one point another person came to help but Soon got annoyed at the amount of things we needed and went to get our waiter. Asked for a to-go box and our ticket when we finished, and the waiter again forgot and had to ask yet another time. The to-go box was dirty and had old food on the lid. Took the waiter 5 minutes to run my card and bring me my receipt. this has to be the worst service I have ever received at a restaurant period.I'll go to Cabot ihop from now on. read more

Walked in employee was waiting a table right in front of me he looked at me and then finished their order then went and talked to another employee. Stood at counter for a good while and left when no one even came to seat me. There was hardly any customers there. Will not be back. read more

Me and my husband stopped in on the way home from Little Rock and we ordered the unlimited pancakes and the pancakes were delicious even at 2 in the afternoon! And the waitress was very polite couldn't ask for better staff than what we had waiting on us read more

Searcy Ar location is slow. Wish we had other breakfast restaurants beside them and waffle house

One star because of one bad apple. Food was good. Service was good especially with as busy as it was. However, one of their staff other than our server brought our food out. No problem right? After mentioning that something was missing she said very sarcastically that she carried all she could, walked off rolling her eyes and shaking her head. Thank you general manager for listening to my complaint. Must have said something to her as she wouldn't even look our way afterwards. Other than that I would have given 3 stars. After all it is IHOP. read more

My friends and I swore off ever going to this location again last year. I got a coupon on my phone and decided to give it another try. There were three tables full in the entire restaurant and they decided to sit us right on top of them. The waitress was rude and when I told her I had a coupon she rolled her eyes and went and got a manager like I was trying to cause a problem. The manager proceeded to take my phone away from me and take it to the back to inspect my coupon! Then a second manager comes (5 min later) and asked me to unlock my phone so they can continue to look at it. Once they decided my coupon wasn't a fake they brought out our food, which was cold and beyond unsatisfactory. The eggs looked and tasted like styrofoam, my hash browns were burnt but still managed to be cold. All in all this iHop is probably the worst location I have ever been to. read more

Going to IHOP on Sunday morning before leaving town was our favorite part about our stay. We had good service, the restaurant was clean and tidy (although it was super busy during a church rush), and our food was YUMMY. Didn't take pictures because we devoured our plates (literally) but I got the Chicken Florentine Crepes and my boyfriend for the Tuscan Scramble with buttermilk pancakes. We left with smiles and happy tummies. Definitely will be our "go-to" place once we move there. read more

The waitress was pleasant and moderately attentive. The pancakes were cold and they no longer seen be crackers with soup or salad so I did not have them with my soup. Had I known that in advance I would not have ordered tomato soup. The manager apologized and was very courteous. read more

Food is average and the service is SLLLOOOWWW!!! The price is too much for what you get! There are better alternatives in town!

Cinnastack pancakes! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Would have given it 5 stars but it smelled a little weird, kinda like a baby's peeped diaper. Food and service was great. Had no fewer than 3 waitresses ask if we were ok. And idk wtf james deal was with an earlier review, he must be a douche read more

I was traveling on vacation and decided to stop in on my way through town. Was seated and waited 20 minutes to be served. We were one of three tables in the restaurant and counted 8 people waking around or standing in groups and chatting. Other than the person who seated us, no one acted like we existed, took a drink or food order. This is NOTHING like the IHOP's back home. We ended up going across the street to the Ryan's and had a great experience. They didn't have pancakes, but at least they act like they wanted my business. To bad Yelp doesn't offer negative stars. read more

We travel a lot and I-hop is one if our favorite places to visit.. We live close to this location But this SEARCY location is defiantly the worst I-hop we have ever visited ..this restaurants has always been on the slow side but our last visit was very slow and it wasn't even that busy And when we did get our food , it was cold. I ordered the stuffed French toast and the inside was chilled cold and I asked them to heat it up Alittle more . My husband had the steak omelette and it must have sit on counter for the Entire time we waited the inside was room temperature and the cheese on top wasn't even melted.. He didn't send his back but he did t enjoy it because he didn't even eat 1/2 and usually he cleans his plate.. Our waitress was very hard to wave down. This wasn't our first experience with this ihop but is defiantly our last.. Sad because we really enjoy most ihop restaurants .. I am not sure what is going on with this location because it's always has a huge help wanted sign outside and they go thru a lot of employees.. Maybe management? read more
