I don't know what is happening here at IHOP. We have always loved it and food was great. Always bragged about the food and service. Last visit was horrible and service as well. Server is so rude. So we thought hey maybe just a bad day let's give them another chance. BIG mistake!! Today was worse. Our plates sat under the light for 25 min I timed it and could see right in side the kitchen. Took 20 min to get our drinks. All our food was cold and eggs were dried right out. Server never came back to ask if we needed refills. We spent 100.00 + here today and it was not worth it. We won't be back and that's very upsetting because IHOP has always been our favorite breakfast spot. Also to add if you are on a time schedule do not expect to be a quick visit especially on a Saturday morning. Only two servers and one on each side of dinning room sitting people at dirty tables. Which I understand places get short staffed time to time, please don't except large groups or at least give them a heads up you only have two servers. We would have never stayed had we knew. I've never spent 2 hours at IHop and more than half was waiting for our food to have it cold and dried up. read more

Staff was great. Pancakes were disappointing. We ordered the classic buttermilk 5-stack, advertised as a full meal, and what came out actually shocked me. I remember IHOP pancakes from this location several years ago being large, fluffy, and filling. The pancakes I received today were embarrassingly small and flat. Side-sized pancakes placed on a full-size plate. The flavor was fine, but we finished them in 10 bites. First of all, there was about five people in there when we got there yesterday at 2:00 in the afternoon it took over 45 minutes to get our food. We only ordered pancakes, eggs and french toast. Our server was miserable. Never got us refills even though we tried to get her attention a bunch of times leaving the cups at the end of the table empty. Anything that would make her think. Oh maybe they need something to drink but no all you could hear was people from the kitchen laughing, yelling they must have been having a great time back there. All the restrooms in the ladies room were out of order. I will never go there ever again and no wonder why they got bad reviews. I don't know. Maybe new management? Today's date and time: 7/22/2023 @ 8:00am. Type of service: In-store order and pickup. The atmosphere: the facility was remodeled, looked very new and clean. The parking lot was spacious and organized with signs and lot lines. There was however oversize construction equipment parked in their lot. Still so much parking spaces. The food was fantastic as expected. We were offered to try their Dolce Deleche sauce. Probably the best caramel sauce ive ever had. Service was above and beyond. read more

Walking in took a few minutes to be greeted then moved to a table walking in noticed trash and dirty tables everywhere like not a single table was bussed. Phone at the front rang constantly with no one to answer it. Server sat us and said what do you want? Food was bland fries limp egg on burger was over cooked. Server never came once food was brought. Had to eventually flag her down for a check. Said she was sorry she forgot about us. Kids pancakes looked ok. Noticed booth bench next to me was tore up my kid suggested maybe a dog chewed it. Well I was leaving overhead our server complaining loudly about her tip from a previous customer. No smiles on anyone's face there reminded me of when I worked in a prison. After waiting 30 min, a different group comes and gets seated. within 5 min they at least had drinks and orders taken.. we still didn't have drinks.. I can only vouch for the night crew. A few of us frequent here when I'm on the midnight shift. The night manager that works Tuesday's and Thursday's is great! He even knows about what time to expect us and he will sometimes hang out and talk with us when he's not busy. The wait staff at night is also great. They're very friendly and always make sure we have what we need. And the food!! We have eaten so many omelettes and massacred endless pancakes and we have never been disappointed. read more

Very disappointed in our visit last night to ihop. When you go there to satisfy a craving of the Double Blueberry Pancakes only to be disappointed in the delivery stinks. There were no blueberries in the pancakes, a very small amount on top and only 2 of the 4 you are supposed to get. My child's Double Chocolate Chip Pancakes only had 2 of the 4 also. The specialty pancakes are the absolute best! Everything else on the menu is pretty mediocre. If you want breakfast and have a sweet tooth definitely order the Mexican churro pancakes or the cinnamon pancakes. The spinach, tomato onion and mushroom omelette with hollandaise sauce is also very good! Ms. Cruz was our waitress twice and she is soooo sweet, make sure you ask for her!!! read more

I am sad that I had not been to this IHOP before because we'd always go to Denny's right next to it. On our last couple visits to Denny's, my husband's breakfast was straight up burnt so we decided to try something new. Since we had such a nice experience at IHOP in Grand Rapids, this location was an easy choice (and it turned out to look a little cleaner). This place is open 24-flipping-hours and the waitstaff works hard. Our server was attentive and I can't get over how you get a whole carafe of coffee to yourself. I love it. The food was good and came out fast. And I know it is heresy to not get pancakes here but we don't like sweet stuff in the morning! We are still dying to try the pancakes so we will have to come by sometime just for dessert. read more

They were kindly sat 4 adults 1 toddler and 2 children in car seats. The Worst IHOP ever visited in the Nation and I travel all over the country. Starting with customer service that was CRAP. As far as any specials they don't comply with the companies policy and procedures. They tell you tomatoes but they give you potatoes. In a nutshell I would not recommend nor waste my money . The service here used to be very good. I don't know what happened but it is absolutely horrible now! I went in there a few months ago just after 8 pm with a friend to get orders to go. And ended up waiting well over an hour!! The restaurant was completely dead - barely any customers. The sign said it was open until 10pm. We wanted to get a table at first but was told that the dining room was now closed due to mysterious circumstances. So that is when we decided to order to go. And even then it still took them closer to 11/2 hours to get our order ready. We barely saw anyone - no one came to ask if we were ok. Thought maybe it was a fluke so we went back yesterday. We waited for well over 20 minutes before a hostess even appeared (again, absolutely dead inside, barely any people at all). The Doordash driver I sat next to was feeling very bad as they told her that her order went out well over an hour ago and that she had to call the customer and apologize. They did offer to remake it but it was going to take a min of 25 minutes. I think that was the manager stating this? Not sure as I saw no name tags or titles on his clothing. We then watched the Probably only two tables they had as they got up and walked out. They never got their orders and never even saw a server come out to update them. This is completely unacceptable to make your patrons wait forever for their orders when there is barely anyone in there! Please get this fixed before y'all go out of business at this location as people will not continue to go there. read more

My wife wanted to go there after having to fast for 24 hours. It wasn't very busy at all, maybe 3 tables is use. When we arrived, we had to wait about 5-10 minutes before anybody came up front and it only got worse from there. Took a long time to have our order taken, even longer to receive our food which was not very hot anymore. Had to ask for silverware and syrup for the pancakes as did every table that I saw get served. Also watched two couples leave because no one showed up to seat them. Management was nowhere to be seen until he told a couple that they had to wait until a table was cleaned off. Nobody was bussing tables at all. The couple still had to wait after the table was cleaned off so they left. This is totally unacceptable. Walk from my hotel to international House of pancakes saw three employees out back standing around with a strong smell of marijuana floating through the air. Walked into the restaurant, stood there for almost two minutes with no one at the front counter to greet me. The smell of marijuana carried forward into the restaurant when an employee finally showed up. I'm guessing customer service is not their forte. read more

iHop is one of my fave places for a halfway decent breakfast. Service is inconsistent, but menu selection is great and my grandson loves it!
