Sat us at a dirty table, floor was sticky, service was mid but the food came out quick (probably because we were the only ones there @ 4PM) & the food was pretty good. I got a burger & my buddy got an omelette. Both of us were pretty satisfied read more

Wonderful staff, had a great experience. Def going back. Thank you IHOP for completing my day.

Awful. Here for 35 Mins before food arrived. Staff yelling at each other in the back. read more

IHOP - Yummy delicious fluffy pancakes - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Saginaw, Michigan

Staff was great. Pancakes were disappointing. We ordered the classic buttermilk 5-stack, advertised as a full meal, and what came out actually shocked me. I remember IHOP pancakes from this location several years ago being large, fluffy, and filling. The pancakes I received today were embarrassingly small and flat. Side-sized pancakes placed on a full-size plate. The flavor was fine, but we finished them in 10 bites. Total waste of money and time for quality that has diminished significantly in just a few years. I won't be returning. read more

I don't know what is happening here at IHOP. We have always loved it and food was great. Always bragged about the food and service. Last visit was horrible and service as well. Server is so rude. So we thought hey maybe just a bad day let's give them another chance. BIG mistake!! Today was worse. Our plates sat under the light for 25 min I timed it and could see right in side the kitchen. Took 20 min to get our drinks. All our food was cold and eggs were dried right out. Server never came back to ask if we needed refills. We spent 100.00 + here today and it was not worth it. We won't be back and that's very upsetting because IHOP has always been our favorite breakfast spot. Also to add if you are on a time schedule do not expect to be a quick visit especially on a Saturday morning. Only two servers and one on each side of dinning room sitting people at dirty tables. Which I understand places get short staffed time to time, please don't except large groups or at least give them a heads up you only have two servers. We would have never stayed had we knew. I've never spent 2 hours at IHop and more than half was waiting for our food to have it cold and dried up. read more

This place served the worst breakfast I've ever had, and to think your name says "Pancakes" in it. Your Pancakes should be impeccable, but they small and horrible, my husband's omelette was greasy ,my sausage wasn't thoroughly cooked. I will never eat at your establishment again. read more

Had a great time at this location. It is under new management and the staff is upbeat and the food came out quick and tasted good. The music was a comfortable level. They also got a remodel and it looks great. read more

Terrible service and very slow, messed up multiple times and haven't fixed it, we've been here for an hour and had nothing

First of all, there was about five people in there when we got there yesterday at 2:00 in the afternoon it took over 45 minutes to get our food. We only ordered pancakes, eggs and french toast. Our server was miserable. Never got us refills even though we tried to get her attention a bunch of times leaving the cups at the end of the table empty. Anything that would make her think. Oh maybe they need something to drink but no all you could hear was people from the kitchen laughing, yelling they must have been having a great time back there. All the restrooms in the ladies room were out of order. I will never go there ever again and no wonder why they got bad reviews. I don't know. Maybe new management? I was there about 8 years ago and that place was great. And yesterday it was the worst experience I've ever had anywhere. Never will we go back there again and I do not recommend it. read more

Today's date and time: 7/22/2023 @ 8:00am. Type of service: In-store order and pickup. The atmosphere: the facility was remodeled, looked very new and clean. The parking lot was spacious and organized with signs and lot lines. There was however oversize construction equipment parked in their lot. Still so much parking spaces. The food was fantastic as expected. We were offered to try their Dolce Deleche sauce. Probably the best caramel sauce ive ever had. Service was above and beyond. read more

The omelet was pretty good -- freshly prepared and hot. Our server, Morgan was excellent! Definitely a 5 star. She arrived quickly, checked in often and was very personable. The restaurant was pleasant, bright, neat and clean. read more

Walking in took a few minutes to be greeted then moved to a table walking in noticed trash and dirty tables everywhere like not a single table was bussed. Phone at the front rang constantly with no one to answer it. Server sat us and said what do you want? Food was bland fries limp egg on burger was over cooked. Server never came once food was brought. Had to eventually flag her down for a check. Said she was sorry she forgot about us. Kids pancakes looked ok. Noticed booth bench next to me was tore up my kid suggested maybe a dog chewed it. Well I was leaving overhead our server complaining loudly about her tip from a previous customer. No smiles on anyone's face there reminded me of when I worked in a prison. Would highly suggest you avoid this IHOP. read more

Good service and food. Very accommodating for our large group of seven. The waitress was professional and hospitable. Recommend.

Terrible service. Walked in no one around. Waited for someone to realize we were there. Opened the door and closed again, buzz sounded in back still no one comes. Finally a man comes out to sweep sees us and takes us to a seat. Only two other tables with customers at the time. One was finishing their meal. Waitress walked past 2 or 3 times and does not say anything to us. Finally she comes to table to take order and did not have a pen. Left to get a pen, then goes over to another table. Finally we walked out. I will never return there again. read more

Went there with a few buddies for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Absolutely was not busy, only a few others. We get seated.. and that was the last we saw our waitress. After waiting 30 min, a different group comes and gets seated. within 5 min they at least had drinks and orders taken.. we still didn't have drinks.. After FIFTY minutes and MULTIPLE servers just watching us we got up and left. It genuinely felt as though the workers were just simply waiting us out? Which I still don't get..Funny thing, as we were walking out I looked into the window and they were IMMEDIATELY grabbing our menus. Disgraceful. It's a shame, I used to really like it here. Probably never again. read more

Tried going there on 2 separate occasions, both were horrible. First time waiting a good few minutes for someone to come seat us. After finally being seated we waited even longer for someone to come wait on us. After waiting 5+ minutes we left. Second occasion we went in after 5 minutes nobody ever came out to even seat us. Left and will not be returning. read more

Service and food were average. The ambiance ok. The ceiling needs deep cleaning around air vents!

I can only vouch for the night crew. A few of us frequent here when I'm on the midnight shift. The night manager that works Tuesday's and Thursday's is great! He even knows about what time to expect us and he will sometimes hang out and talk with us when he's not busy. The wait staff at night is also great. They're very friendly and always make sure we have what we need. And the food!! We have eaten so many omelettes and massacred endless pancakes and we have never been disappointed. read more

Very disappointed in our visit last night to ihop. When you go there to satisfy a craving of the Double Blueberry Pancakes only to be disappointed in the delivery stinks. Definitely did not get what we paid for. read more

For a chain restaurant we should expect quality. Not so when ordering their advertised " All-you-can -eat " pancakes. Just so disappointed-I could not eat all of my order(five). Flat, listless and not very tasty. Very hectic, but atmosphere was relaxing. Servers were very polite, attentive. Food? Not so good read more

The specialty pancakes are the absolute best! Everything else on the menu is pretty mediocre. If you want breakfast and have a sweet tooth definitely order the Mexican churro pancakes or the cinnamon pancakes. The spinach, tomato onion and mushroom omelette with hollandaise sauce is also very good! Ms. Cruz was our waitress twice and she is soooo sweet, make sure you ask for her!!! read more

I am sad that I had not been to this IHOP before because we'd always go to Denny's right next to it. On our last couple visits to Denny's, my husband's breakfast was straight up burnt so we decided to try something new. Since we had such a nice experience at IHOP in Grand Rapids, this location was an easy choice (and it turned out to look a little cleaner). This place is open 24-flipping-hours and the waitstaff works hard. Our server was attentive and I can't get over how you get a whole carafe of coffee to yourself. I love it. The food was good and came out fast. And I know it is heresy to not get pancakes here but we don't like sweet stuff in the morning! We are still dying to try the pancakes so we will have to come by sometime just for dessert. read more

It's a Sunday at about 1245 pm. The parking lot was pretty empty. So great we will get good service.. I was dead wrong. After sitting for about 8 minutes with no waitress . A family of 7 comes in. They were kindly sat 4 adults 1 toddler and 2 children in car seats. After just getting comfortable .Now hear it comes manager walked up said to regulations they Had to separate and proceeded to tell them 2 of the party had to seat elsewhere. Ok well elsewhere meant on the other side of the restaurant. Not only he was rude he was so rude he made me upset. Now after sitting now for 10 minutes we got up and left. Never will I ever set a foot in a restaurant that's so rude to there customers. He was faster to get to that table to tell them to separate than to worry why we had been sitting so long with No waitress. read more

The Worst IHOP ever visited in the Nation and I travel all over the country. Starting with customer service that was CRAP. As far as any specials they don't comply with the companies policy and procedures. They tell you tomatoes but they give you potatoes. In a nutshell I would not recommend nor waste my money . I would recommend UNO'S next door they got better food and services read more

Never again! Other than our waiter, Simon, I was totally appalled by the attitude of the staff in this restaurant. It's "wait to be seated" policy takes it to a whole new level...as in wait to see if the hostess shows up to seat you!!!! Saw one customer walk almost into the kitchen to get someone to seat him. We asked for sides of avocado and the pictures are as delivered...we sent the brown nasty avocado back. read more

The service here used to be very good. I don't know what happened but it is absolutely horrible now! I went in there a few months ago just after 8 pm with a friend to get orders to go. And ended up waiting well over an hour!! The restaurant was completely dead - barely any customers. The sign said it was open until 10pm. We wanted to get a table at first but was told that the dining room was now closed due to mysterious circumstances. So that is when we decided to order to go. And even then it still took them closer to 11/2 hours to get our order ready. We barely saw anyone - no one came to ask if we were ok. Thought maybe it was a fluke so we went back yesterday. We waited for well over 20 minutes before a hostess even appeared (again, absolutely dead inside, barely any people at all). The Doordash driver I sat next to was feeling very bad as they told her that her order went out well over an hour ago and that she had to call the customer and apologize. They did offer to remake it but it was going to take a min of 25 minutes. I think that was the manager stating this? Not sure as I saw no name tags or titles on his clothing. We then watched the Probably only two tables they had as they got up and walked out. They never got their orders and never even saw a server come out to update them. This is completely unacceptable to make your patrons wait forever for their orders when there is barely anyone in there! Please get this fixed before y'all go out of business at this location as people will not continue to go there. read more

I think it's my own fault for ordering eggs at a pancake place. Bleh. Tasted like powdered eggs, can't put my finger on it. The texture was awful. Could not stomach it. We went through the McDonald's drive thru after. read more

This place is ass. Waited a full fuckin hour to get some shitty ass food. Our waitress deadass didn't bring our food till we asked and didn't bring our bills till we asked. This was possibly the gayest experience I've ever been placed in, and I'm literally a homosexual. read more

So, years later, I figured I'd try it again. You know what I found? Their pancakes are still bad. My omelet was actually quite good but this isn't the house of omelets or the house of various breakfast items, this is the house of pancakes. The pancakes should be good. They are not. read more
