Why isn't there a button for zero stars? I believe our server's name was Brayden? such a bad server, he told me my burger didn't include onions or ranch when the description in the menu says so! He had to bring my ingredients separate so I basically made my own Spicy Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. When I tried the piece of buffalo chicken it was still kind of frozen, it just tasted disgusting. When I let him know what was wrong he went on to whisper to his coworkers while looking at me and my family laughing at us.(yes,disrespectful.) Last month, my daughter and I visited this IHOP. It was about 10:00. I ordered biscuits and gravy. The waitress, Destiny, said they had no biscuits. So I had to order something else. We had had browns and gravy. My daughter asked for more ketchup, she never came back. She never came back to check on us, even our water glasses were empty. As she walked by we asked for more water, she said she would be back. She never came back. If there would have been more then 6 people in the restaurant we could understand but there wasn't. I can't review the food at this IHOP because we never got a chance to order. We were seated and after 30 minutes finally were brought drinks. Then the waitress disappeared and never came back to take our order. We eventually took the hint and walked out. The restaurant smelled of a mix between body odor and strong cleaning chemicals. Its been a while since ive eaten at ihop in odessa but we ordered take out online and were told that it would be done in 20-25 mins. Almost 2 hrs later our food was ready which was okay in flavor and temp. The hostess that helped me had to be told by another hostess that she had to physically check if the order was complete so i think maybe they need a little more training. read more

As soon as we walked in we were nicely greeted. It took about 5 minutes for my family of four to be directed towards our table. The gentleman that took out order was respectful and friendly, he made sure that both of our kids were given paper and crayons to draw. The food was delivered within 15 minutes, it was good and temperature was on point. Out waiter kept checking on us to make sure everything was fine. Just had a mediocre breakfast after waiting 30 min to be seated. Four tables ahead of us. Pancakes were stone cold but our waitress kindly exchanged them for hot ones. All the staff were friendly and worked very hard. Our waitress was very attentive and seemed to enjoy her job. We came for a nice breakfast / dinner before leaving to Lubbock for a very serious matter, I mean of course we could've just went through a drive through but nobody really felt like eating greasy food for breakfast. We went in at 1 and didn't get our food till 2:40!!!! I can't stress this enough, the food wasn't all that great and there was more than 6 workers standing around. I don't know if we came at a bad time or the staff isn't properly trained, they love to walk past you and pretend we don't exist. Took almost 20 mins to get water, then another 10 to get our order written down. It seemed like one girl was going all the work while some just walk around with their thumbs in their mouths. Came here a few times within the last two months to celebrate my nieces birthdays. Service is very slowwwwww.
