Was in there for a max of 30 minutes, the staff were all arguing and bickering amongst themselves from the get go, since they had some issues no one helped our table and that's the whole thing they were arguing about, who has what section. Today's visit was very unprofessional and made my family and I very uncomfortable. Not a great way to start our day, just wanted some pancakes but instead sat in the middle and got involved in this locations drama. One girl was very helpful, she was trying to assist us but unfortunately her coworkers made it difficult to move Past their argument. read more

If I could I'd give it less stars. Waited 15 mins to get seated had to inform the manager that she had people to sit before being seated. He kept forgetting about us I had to get up and ask for my creamer and tell him I was ready to order our food. Then kept forgetting to check on us again. Finally got our food with of course stuff missing but was so tired from waiting to get stuff we just ate so we could go home. An to top it off still waited about 15 just to pay to go home. Iv given this place chances an just realized I'd rather wait in a 30 min water burger line then to ever come back here again. read more

Way too many people can't get in can't get out food was cold couldn't take the order right very rude overheard somebody saying there was hair in their food there was 2 1/2 of us and they gave one menu and silverware for a baby read more

Last month, my daughter and I visited this IHOP. It was about 10:00. I ordered biscuits and gravy. The waitress, Destiny, said they had no biscuits. So I had to order something else. We had had browns and gravy. My daughter asked for more ketchup, she never came back. She never came back to check on us, even our water glasses were empty. As she walked by we asked for more water, she said she would be back. She never came back. If there would have been more then 6 people in the restaurant we could understand but there wasn't. I had to go to the front desk for the bill. So we left the restaurant thirsty because she never came back to ask if we needed anything. But even if we did she wouldn't come back. read more

Why isn't there a button for zero stars? I believe our server's name was Brayden? such a bad server, he told me my burger didn't include onions or ranch when the description in the menu says so! He had to bring my ingredients separate so I basically made my own Spicy Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. When I tried the piece of buffalo chicken it was still kind of frozen, it just tasted disgusting. When I let him know what was wrong he went on to whisper to his coworkers while looking at me and my family laughing at us.(yes,disrespectful.) We also needed sugar and since he kept on ignoring me and my family because he wouldn't stop talking to his coworkers, we had to ask this kind young lady to get it instead.(she did and was so sweet about it too.) Do not recommend this plate or that server! read more

This IHOP service is garbage. I went here git seated and waited 30 minutes for no one to wait on us. Another time I placed a pick up order and it took them 45 minutes after the approximate time before I got my food. I do not recommend this restaurant if you want IHOP go to the one in Midland read more

Terrible. I couldn't get my to go order delivered on time because they wouldn't print it out. Driver said they're always terrible with to go orders. Horrible. I'm very mad. read more

I have tried to get breakfast there twice. Over five minutes and the hostess doesn't even acknowledge your presence.

This location is NOT 24hrs!! I ordered online and they called and said they were CLOSED!! Now my $100 they took out my account will take a couple days to be refunded! Very professional......just to add, the lady that early morning told me that they would process my refund 1st thing in the morning, well I called around 1pm to follow up.......guess what? The lady told me no one told her about it and they didn't start the refund until I called around 1pm!! MY MONEY IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME, apparently it wasn't important to IHOP! read more

I can't review the food at this IHOP because we never got a chance to order. We were seated and after 30 minutes finally were brought drinks. Then the waitress disappeared and never came back to take our order. We eventually took the hint and walked out. The restaurant smelled of a mix between body odor and strong cleaning chemicals. Stains all over the floor made us feel like we were sitting in the middle of a crime scene. We will never be back. read more

Horrible. I went with my sister and my mom to get food and the waiters never brought us our drinks and never said what we wanted to eat at all. They gave us menus and sat us down and that was it read more

I showed up at 2 o'clock it took five minutes before anybody acknowledge me waiting to be seated there's nobody in the restaurant it's totally empty. So I order a sampler same thing you can get it any IHOP anywhere in the United States. When my food comes out my pancakes are the size a very small saucer. I highly recommend that you keep driving past this place do not stop do not even think about it. I can't believe I wasted my time by going in here to try to get a breakfast. This is 30 minutes that I'll never get back in my life and I'm still hungry. I'm so amazed by the lack of content of their signature meal I asked them to bring the pancakes back out so I can take a picture of it so you guys can see. They didn't want me to take a picture of them. read more

IHop has an interesting menu. I was here for breakfast. I wanted to have crepe unfortunately they couldnt make it, even though it was on their menu. Why two star? I paid my breakfast with my credit card. I signed them a generous amount of tips and when i checked my credit card bill she charged me with USD5 extra! I wouldnt mind paying more if she was serving like a group of people, but it was only me an another lady friend. pftt.. read more

Very disappointed. Ordered a turkey cheddar club. The sandwich came out without bacon, mayo, or cheese. When I complained to the manager, she said that I needed to order it with the bacon, Mayo, and cheese. I informed her that on the menu the description of the sandwich stated that it came with those items. It was after all a club sandwich. The is a very poorly run IHOP. You could here dishes being dropped and someone yelling "window " repeatedly. read more

Its been a while since ive eaten at ihop in odessa but we ordered take out online and were told that it would be done in 20-25 mins. Almost 2 hrs later our food was ready which was okay in flavor and temp. The hostess that helped me had to be told by another hostess that she had to physically check if the order was complete so i think maybe they need a little more training. read more

As soon as we walked in we were nicely greeted. It took about 5 minutes for my family of four to be directed towards our table. The gentleman that took out order was respectful and friendly, he made sure that both of our kids were given paper and crayons to draw. The food was delivered within 15 minutes, it was good and temperature was on point. Out waiter kept checking on us to make sure everything was fine. I will definitely come back in the future. read more

Service is horrible. Food is cold. And for what you can see of the kitchen it looks like homeless people live in there.

Just had a mediocre breakfast after waiting 30 min to be seated. Four tables ahead of us. Pancakes were stone cold but our waitress kindly exchanged them for hot ones. All the staff were friendly and worked very hard. Our waitress was very attentive and seemed to enjoy her job. However, the restaurant was filthy and we were seated right outside the area where they washed the dishes and there was a foul odor that permeated to our table. The staff worked with what they had. See picture attached. This was our view from our table read more

IHOP - Nasty kitchen area. This was our view throughout or entire meal - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Odessa, Texas

We came for a nice breakfast / dinner before leaving to Lubbock for a very serious matter, I mean of course we could've just went through a drive through but nobody really felt like eating greasy food for breakfast. We went in at 1 and didn't get our food till 2:40!!!! I can't stress this enough, the food wasn't all that great and there was more than 6 workers standing around. This is ridiculous, but regardless they were sweet people. I just wish the service was better ESPECIALLY given the circumstances there were more than 6 people working. read more

Place down right sucks. People who came in after us were seated first, by the time we got a table they were quick to get our drink and food orders but the table wasn't clean, and when they brought the food it was cold and half of it was done wrong, they never brought syrup even after we asked three times. Horrible service and horrible food all the way around. read more

Stopped for dinner. 2 other tables with customers. Asked for side salad. Dinner served, waiter let me know then they didn't have any salads. Would I like mashed potatoes or other side. My dinner came with mashed potatoes. Asked couple of times for extra creamer. Never came. Hubby didn't get his pancakes. Know one around to ask. By then we were the only ones in restaurant. No waitresses or waiters around. Finally flagged one down. read more

When you order online it takes over an hr and a half or longer to get your food. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING ONLINE TO GO ORDERS!!!

Went in with friends to have dinner and the server was non existent. Only came by to give us our checks. We had three plates of food that wasn't even delivered. Later Jasmine had an attitude when we asked her to remove the items from our ticket. We had a server who was off the clock who refilled our glasses. It was horrible read more

This was probably the worst I Hop I have been too. The management was very bad. The host wasn't very welcoming and the staff just looked like they even know their management is not doing well.As I was sitting with my family trying to enjoy my meal I can hear servers standing near my table talking very rudely about a customer or another employee, It was very unpleasant. I was once a server and I can tell when things are not going right in a restaurant and you can tell there are a lot of things wrong with this one. I love going to I Hope but this one is one I would not like to revisit. read more

Came here a few times within the last two months to celebrate my nieces birthdays. Service is very slowwwwww. I don't know if we came at a bad time or the staff isn't properly trained, they love to walk past you and pretend we don't exist. Took almost 20 mins to get water, then another 10 to get our order written down. It seemed like one girl was going all the work while some just walk around with their thumbs in their mouths. Food is average but due to the wait time and the bad service, it tasted just alittle worse. This is the first time being here, so maybe next time might be different. But so far I could see why they're getting the ratings they are receiving. Hoping the next visit would change my attitude towards this place read more

This place is the absolute pits. No business [the place was mostly empty] and no one interested in waiting on those that did come in. We got a lecture from the waitress for giving up and finally seating ourselves but in spite of the fact that we were seen when we walked in, no one even saw fit to so much as nod at us to acknowledge that we were there. Everything was greasy as though it had been wiped down with a grease rag -- including the menus. This is by far the poorest restaurant I've visited in five years. The weakest coffee I have ever had. Seeing how the oil boom in this area is driving up labor rates, I think the management is trying to save money by running 2-3 pots through eat cup of grounds. I've had chamomile tea that was stronger and darker than the coffee! The waitress was nice and tried to help by supposedly brewing a fresh pot after we mentioned it. She said she had been hearing that complaint a lot and looked puzzled by it? When you can see the bottom of your full cup and 1 tiny creamer changes the color to something close to a latte, that should be a clue! The second newer pot was no better but we lied so as not to hurt her feelings. Eggs and hash browns were pretty typical of what you get at IHOP. I just hope they aren't cutting corners on food ingredients and cleaning! read more
