We had absolutely AMAZING service here! We sat near the kitchen and it was such a blessing to listen to the staff being polite, respectful, and pleasant to each other and everyone doing their jobs with joy and happiness! Not something that is observed everyday. We will definitely come back here again! read more

The food was fine, it was decent but the chicken I ordered was dry. The service was pretty good, our waitress was nice and checked on us a decent amount. The ambiance was ehh, there were the usual noises with mix of kids screaming, also dirty window shades. But the real issue is the wait time. 41 minutes to get our food, that is outrageous. read more

IHOP - Coffee & Hot Chocolate - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Odessa, Texas

The service is literally horrible. So many times I have just left the table because it's taken +15 minutes just to get seen while at my table. I like IHOP and enjoy the food but the service in this specific place is literally so stupid. I could literally be the only table and not be seen for 20 minutes. Just go to a Denny's at this point. read more

We walked out after being seated for about 30 minutes. No waiter even asked for our drink order. There were other customers there but apparently my family of four were invisible! We will never go back! read more

Food was great, service was even better! Will be back soon! My family loves it here! Prices were decent, I enjoyed what I got!

I had a chicken biscuit sandwich with a side of hash browns, presentation was great and the taste was delicious. As for my waitress, she was great and on point I was expecting a disappointment, but she proved otherwise so a big shout out to Precious B. So I would definitely recommend her as your waitress. read more

This place is horrible. I had their chicken and waffles and I got food poisoning from them. Horrible

Food was good but got cold fast was sat under a vent asked if they could turn it down our server never said anything abt it till we asked when we were paying, when we left after paying and left no tip the server said wow that's crazy loud knowing we could hear after leaving. She was nice but whenever she saw no tip she was a whole different person. I always leave a tip but i can't do it every-time because of this economy, and if the server is so upset abt not getting a tip then find a different job. read more

Food was meh. Plating was lack luster: wads of gravy on the lip of the bowl, over easy eggs overcooked, bacon undercooked , included items asked to be removed from steak: onions and mushrooms. I was told by the waitress the ingredients would be excluded. This brings me to the waitress Shannon. Slow in arriving to take our order, brought out the wrong plates of food 3 times. Ambience was descent yet ruined by the service. Never going back. read more

It's always amazing reeda is our favorite waitress we always go at midnight the cooks are great

This was the worst experience that I've had with any restaurant in a very long time! I can't even remember the last time I've walked out of a restaurant until today. I took my family of 6 with 4 kids. We were the only people in the restaurant. Your employees were sitting down in the booths up front. No one would greet us. I was about to take my family away then, but then finally this black lady decided to greet us. She took us to a table that only had 5 chairs. She told my wife that she could just grab another chair from another table herself, which she did. Then when she finally came back to ask us what we would like to drink she apologize for the wait again as we were waiting several minutes. And what made it worst was that she mentioned that they were doing a shift change. Yet you could smell weed all over her. I couldn't set there with my family having to smell this and deal with terrible service before we could even order. So I told my family to get up and leave. On our way out, they decided to be rude and yell at us have a good day. I responded that I wish I could've had a great day, if only we could've possibly had a better experience here. We're from Midland and eat here occasionally and the service has been nice recently. This was unprofessional, poor work ethic, and I don't even know how else do discribe the situation smelling weed all over the server. I had to explain to my kids while they were crying upset why we had to leave. They wanted to eat here and didn't understand why we were leaving. Try explaining to your kids who have never been around weed why you're leaving. This was ridiculous and the worst service I've ever had in a very long time! read more

Terrible service. Waited at the front to be seated. At least 3 workers saw us waiting and looked away. No one came by. No point waiting any longer. read more

Upon entering the place wasn't busy. It was a weekend morning, roughly 730ish. We were seated immediately. That's where the good service ended. Me and my wife sat for a good 5 to 10 minutes ignored by passing employees. We decided enough. As we were leaving, the same hostess who seated us had the audacity to say to us "have a good day." We did. We drove to Denny's and received the service a paying visitor should receive. read more

Food was great. Came out fast and was fresh. The servers and the manager were all amazing. 10 out of 10!

Food was not good! International house of pancakes and the butter wouldn't melt. And the bacon looked pale. EW!

The food was delicious. It hit the spot for sure. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. The ambiance was good it wasn't too loud. Idk why Odessa has terrible reviews everywhere. read more

Taking 15 minutes to get in wasn't the worst No the worst was ordering our food 20 mins after sitting down at 11am & not greeting it until 12:15 The service was terrible our waitress was working decent but after the 4th table got their food and left I was so over it They even forgot my pancakes it took 25 minutes for her to print up our checks She was oblivious to our basic needs leaving at 2pm was the best part read more

Can't leave zero unfortunately. Got here at 4:15 - ordered three breakfast and two coffees. Coffees came quick. That was the last we saw of the waitress. Someone came by 35 mins later, asked if we ordered. We said, yes. She never came back either. No coffee refills. No water. Over an hour we've been there - nothing. Left a $5 for the two coffees and split. Bad service is an understatement. This place is an absolute joke of epic proportions. Don't come here...ever. read more

Do not order the omelette here go instead to the Shrimp Boat we order omelettes on 2 different occasions the ingredients were on the outside instead of the inside of the omelette The second time it was my fault I should of checked the order before I left IHOP thinking they would do the order right but no they still had the order wrong read more

Back in the kitchen the cook seemed to be working hard but the servers and guys working in back were very impersonal. They were playing around and cursing at each other. I understand they wanna have fun but there's a time and place for everything. I won't be back. read more

My family originally went to another IHOP location. We had poor service there and waited over an hour without receiving our food, being checked on, or receiving any refills. We paid for our drinks and left the restaurant, but still had a hankering for pancakes, so we came to this location. We arrived at this location and were immediately seated and had our order taken. We received our food less than 15 minutes after being seated. Our waitress, Jasmine, was friendly and checked on us often. Our food was great, and another staff member even stopped to check on us during our time here. Highly recommend. read more

Wow! No peace of mind. I'm visiting from Denver, CO. SPENDING quality time with my mom. My mom chose I-hop for breakfast we ordered, sipped our coffee and then suddenly SCREAMING AND YELLING FROM THE KITCHEN. THE Waitress that waited on us was super nice. I questioned her what was going on in the kitchen because of the YELLING and the SCREAMING was intense. We were sitting literally behind the kitchen. I was trying to have a peaceful moment and catch up with my mom. The atmosphere was horrible because of the situation. The waitress acknowledged the problem and told the manager AMANDA. Obviously AMANDA had no control of the situation because OF the YELLING AND SCREAMING CONTINUED. The guys name in the kitchen was JOSH. Other's in the kitchen were yelling over for ORDERS and what not. It was a shit show. We lost our APPETITE AND LEFT! read more

the food was straight trash. I ordered pancakes and hashbrowns eggs and sausages like any other normal person, tell me why the sausages tasted like the packaged dry ass kolaches they feed you in school. the hashbrowns were drier than my grandmas ashes and the pancakes tasted like unicorn shit. the only thing that was good was the fucking eggs. idk who tf is in that kitchen but that mf only know how to cook eggs is insane. I'm only giving it 2 stars because our hostess was a sweetheart. pretty good atmosphere and nice lady but the food tasted like something you would feed to fucking pigs and the last thing I am is a fucking farm animal.there should be no reason why them dry ass sausages are barely fucking edible. read more

EVERY TIME I have been here or ordered to go the order is wrong, also it always takes so long. My order was ready at 8:10 I arrived at 8:13 and received my order at 8:40!!Several people who were waiting to be seated opted out because the service was horrible. There were plenty of open seats, waitress' were more concerned about gossiping. A customer who was served and had paid mentioned this is the worst run business I've ever seen, I agree with him. Don't waste your patience. It is not worth your money. read more

Where can I start?? I know it's IHOP, but if the health inspector was here, automatic fail!! There was 3 employees in the front talking. Our server gave us pretty good service. People came in and some left after they got seated. Floors are super dirty. People had to ask the employees working here to sweep the floor and clean the table that they were gonna sit. Employees on their phones. We were not given silverware(I had to get my own silverware. The bathrooms were dirty, the urinal had pee all over. Just a bad experience!! read more

Very disappointed. I work all day everyday out in this heat and I am all about my breakfast to start my day with the enough nutrition and energy. I ordered this egg white omelette which was more of a scramble and TINY compared to the other omelettes you would get. The next TINY thing was my hash browns..I mean seriously??? Smaller than the palm of my hand!? How is that going to fuel any grown man more than an hour??? The worst part of all of this, I paid $23 freakin bucks (go to pancakes and an OJ too; pancakes were the only normal item of course) and truly I just want my money back because that's way over priced for how I'm feeling after I ate it cause it's all I had when I got to work. Very very disappointed. Won't spend another dime here. read more

don't go to this IHOP unless you want an extra $490 taken out of your card in charge $500 for $53 meal. Waitress was an older lady and I know that she didn't get a receipt to handle us that said customer only copy she only gave us the merchant copy so we couldn't take a reciept with us so now they're saying that we can't get a refund because we have no proof that they charged us $500 who the fuck goes to IHOP an pays $500?!?!? this is ridiculous. read more

Waitress went outside to smoke and told us to hold on before seating us. Came back 15 mins later and blamed it on her CO workers. After we got seated and ordered, we were told "it's gonna be awhile" because the cook didn't show up and the manager was working on 8 tickets by herself. Every last fork in the silverware rolls were dirty, like food stuck on them. The entire restaurant was waiting for food. If I didn't have my kids I would have walked out, but that would have caused world war 3. I'll never return to this location. Wish I could give zero stars. read more

PAY YOUR PEOPLE MORE SO MAYBE YOU WOULD HAVE SOME. 9 o'clock in the morning on a Friday and you have a packed house with one cook. We had been waiting 45 min for food when I noticed no one in the entire room had food. Waiters just keep reassuring that it's coming. The waitstaff is great but they're getting the butt end because there's no one to make food. Which is why we are all there anyways. I've heard of this happening here but don't frequent IHOP much to experience it. So disappointed! Put out a memo when you hire some employees & we will try again. read more

One star, for the service provided right away compared to past reviews... I UNDERSTAND- that every experience is different!! Another star because past reviews said their food took forever. Not really!! I times it and it was a good 18 minutes.. AnD LAST BUT NOT LEAST ONE MORE STAR FOR ALYSSA.aka AC. For her service - she was great! :) BUT MINUS TWO STARS JUST BECAUSE OF THE SANITATON!! &&& by that I mean the insect( fly) infested booths!! It was exaggeratedly disgusting - I posted a picture of it. Hopefully THE MANEGER OR WHO EVER IS IN CHARGE CHANGES THIS EXPERIENCE FOR THE NEXT CUSTOMERS!! I don't blame it on the waitresses or nothing. I mean they can't go around killing flys while people eat! But. I mean . This place was EXAGGERATEDLY INFESTED.- Thank you !! - yours truly ! The restaurant is very understaffed. I walked in and the smell of grease is super strong. The floors are very dirty and so are most of the tables. DO NOT COME HERE if you get nauseous easily over bad smells. Even the menus had sticky stuff on them and made me think of all of the germs on the menu and the restaurant. They do have billingual servers, and most of them are always checking on you, but the rest are laughing woth each other, and slacking off in the back of the restaurant. read more
