This was the worst experience that I've had with any restaurant in a very long time! I can't even remember the last time I've walked out of a restaurant until today. I took my family of 6 with 4 kids. We were the only people in the restaurant. Your employees were sitting down in the booths up front. No one would greet us. She told my wife that she could just grab another chair from another table herself, which she did. I couldn't set there with my family having to smell this and deal with terrible service before we could even order. So I told my family to get up and leave. On our way out, they decided to be rude and yell at us have a good day. I responded that I wish I could've had a great day, if only we could've possibly had a better experience here. We're from Midland and eat here occasionally and the service has been nice recently. This was unprofessional, poor work ethic, and I don't even know how else do discribe the situation smelling weed all over the server. We paid for our drinks and left the restaurant, but still had a hankering for pancakes, so we came to this location. We arrived at this location and were immediately seated and had our order taken. We received our food less than 15 minutes after being seated. Our waitress, Jasmine, was friendly and checked on us often. I ordered this egg white omelette which was more of a scramble and TINY compared to the other omelettes you would get. The next TINY thing was my hash browns..I mean seriously??? Smaller than the palm of my hand!? How is that going to fuel any grown man more than an hour??? We had been waiting 45 min for food when I noticed no one in the entire room had food. Waiters just keep reassuring that it's coming. The waitstaff is great but they're getting the butt end because there's no one to make food. Which is why we are all there anyways. The restaurant is very understaffed. I walked in and the smell of grease is super strong. The floors are very dirty and so are most of the tables. DO NOT COME HERE if you get nauseous easily over bad smells. Even the menus had sticky stuff on them and made me think of all of the germs on the menu and the restaurant.
