Should have backed out when I heard the first whistle, but assumed it would quit. We were seated where the irritating beep/whistle was loud enough to hurt my ears. Should have left. Didn't. You can say what you want about IHOP and I know that it isn't for everyone but we've been to this location twice in the last 6 months while traveling and the food and service have been good. Had a new breakfast biscuit entree and it was good. Also half stack of pancakes were good. Sufficient amount of food but not overwhelming which some of the entrees can be for me. This restaurant is horrible, went there tonight 10/21/25. First we were told it would be about 10 min before they could seat us, mind you there were 3 tables total in the restaurant with customers at it. Then we were told when they seated us that we could only pay with a card no cash. We ordered coffee our waitress Kay said she would make a fresh pot and 15 min later we had to ask again for our coffee. We finally got the coffee and gave our order and were told there was no toast. I poured the coffee for the 3 of us and it was barely warm. We waited for her to come back and I finally went to her behind the counter and asked if we could get hot coffee, she did bring another pot and this time it was hot. Our food finally came, I had ordered a bacon, spinich and tomato omelet the tomatoes were on top and cold, the pancakes were barely warm as well as the waffle my friend ordered, the butter wouldn't even melt. We came here at 10 am on Sunday morning and the parking lot was about 1/2 full. There were people waiting to be seated and we were told it would be 10 mins. Well 30 minutes later the host came into the vestibule and called for the lady next to me. I was already told that I was next to her so after another 5 mins, watching several tables come out, I went inside and asked when I was going to get seated. He told me that he called my name, but he NEVER came into the vestibule, where 8 other people were waiting, to call a name. He took us to our table, and I told him that he needs to check outside, there are a lot of people out there waiting. He never acknowledged that I was even talking to him. Just walked away from me. My wife and I commented that less than half of the tables were taken and there was at least 20 people waiting out front, not being seated. I understand that they may not have enough employees to fully operate, but there was a lot of to go orders waiting to be picked up. We waited at least 5 more mins to place our order and then waited another 30 before we asked our waitress when our order was coming out. She said it would be another 10 mins. My wife and I had enough and told her to not bother and we got up to leave, she said that she was going to check on our order and come right back. She came back to the table and said you don't have to leave, the order is ready. She then went back to the kitchen, and we waited another couple of min's and then left. We felt bad for the server, but it was totally ridiculous how long we were there (75 min's total) ... If you cannot fully staff, then you should not open. read more

The person who sat us I wasn't even sure worked there for the first ten minutes we stood there waiting to be acknowledged. From her demeanor to clothes, nothing said I work here. We were seated at 3:25 and it was 15 min before a server came to our table to tell us she's be with us shortly. 10 minutes later she took our order. At 4:05 she came over and plopped our drinks down. We were never ever offered water up to this point. That was the last time anyone made an appearance at our table. At 4:40 we got up and walked out to stares from the all the employees yapping it back where they used to make the food. O don't want they do back there now. I saw one order of food come out the entire time we're there. This was promptly taken away so obviously something was wrong with it. Never again. What a complete waste of time. We left went to Bob Evans and were eating in 20 minutes and we're waited in by the most attentive server one could hope for. I can't stress enough what an awful place this is. The bathroom? The waitress asked me what I wanted and if I'm ready to order. So I tell her I would like 3-eggs over medium ,hash browns and ham with toast and a side of crispy bacon and a cup of sausage gravy. Then she decides that's to much to remember and says hold on I need a pad for all this. So she gets one and comes back and I repeat my order two more times. My food comes out and I have two eggs sunny side up and raw on top. I got no gravy but got an extra hash brown and the bacon was fat from crispy it was mostly raw. The. She takes back the extra hash brown and brings my the side cup of gravy and it's ice cold like out of the fridge cold and now so is my breakfast! The coffee was just like warm as well. We ordered the full stack of pancakes, which includes five pancakes. We also got four sausage links. It took awhile for these items to be made, surprisingly. The pancakes were alright at best. The butter was served hard and was hard to spread. The syrup it came with was alright, not too special. The blueberry syrup was pretty good, though. The strawberry syrup wasn't at all enjoyable. The sausage link was alright at best. None of the food was out of the ordinary. The service was slow and we seemed to be neglected. The greeting stage was quick, but it seemed to slow down throughout our time there. The check was kind of thrown at us, almost like we were being rushed to give up our table. Unfortunately, the visit wasn't too relaxing. Overall, the experience wasn't good and I don't know if I'll give them another shot or not. Maybe I will if it's convenient and I'm in the area. We spot a man and woman in the front corner booth cuddling/goofing off. This can't be the workers can it? Nobody serving tables, nobody in the kitchen. After about 8-9 minutes the girl from the front corner booth gets up and walks over to us. At this point it's clear she's got better things to do(the guy) than service her customers so we leave. I will say the reason I gave one star is because this one lady before we were ever even seated was so rude and confrontational. Her name was Bianca. She was the absolute worst. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what. But I don't want someone to treat me in any way other than courteous when I come in to bring my children. You can tell when someone is angry. Their voice gets really shaky and cracks. In which she was. Then she proceeded to make a smart comment in Spanish to another lady in front of me. I didn't ask for one and didn't plan to. But thanks. She proceeds to keep saying it. I said ok, you know what? Tell them I don't even need that booth. We are leaving. I don't want to patronize any establishment I have to tell wait staff how they should speak to a customer. Geez. Until Ms. Bianca has an attitude adjustment or a transfer I nor any of my friends will either. And I hope you have a great day. Everyone on the staff was pleasant (despite having to work on Christmas and the insane amount of people in line). And, the food was way better than I expected. It's been awhile (30 years+) since I've eaten at an IHOP. I'd go back for sure. We almost didn't try it because we tried calling and the number didn't work. But, give it a whirl. read more

Kind of hidden location. Ihop has lost it's pizazz over the years, in my opinion. My granny treated the fam to breakfast and this was her pick. Fast service today, Chris our waiter, took our order in his head! Super impressive , didn't forget a thing! Cool points to him. I order a country omelette. I'm not a fan of onions but I wanted the meal as it came, thinking that the onions added a special flavor or something. I was sadly disappointed. I hate onions and will always opt out on them. Besides my omelette being crunchy because the onions, it was stuffed with diced ham and hash browns and lots of cheddar. I'm not one to 'star' poorly on yelp, but I love this franchise and I believe this specific location is far from the standards that you see in other stores. Our server wasn't bad and our food arrived in a timely manner. However... overall, the store is maintained poorly, the floors were greasy, tables sticky, and found an onion on my "clean" glass. The waitresses were arguing about who was going to take tables and we watched a couple leave after they sat for ten minutes without being attended. The point of this message isn't to bash on them, but to bring attention to the manager or franchisee. Improvements need to be made in order to restore typical ihop standards. read more

Then half hour later food came but wasn't even what we ordered! Complete wrong omelets. Waited ten min after recieving food which at this point 1 he and ten min after we entered building. She never came back and I had no creamer for coffee. Never got my water. Didn't get salsa or sour cream. Wrong food. No silverware to even eat with. No syrup no drink refills. My wife and I ordered breakfast, nothing fancy, just a chicken sandwich for her and French toast with sausage and eggs for me. While we waited, there was a couple with their two kids that sat behind me. after about 10 minutes, the woman shouted to the waitress "are you gonna tell me what the f####### soups are that you have or not"?! Long story short, the woman had to wait 3-4 minutes for the waitress to let her know what soups they had, and I guess that was enough to make her flare up, take her family and leave. So anyway, after we ordered our food (which was exactly one hour ago) my wife and I were getting angry ourselves. I've never been to an IHOP that took that long to get food when the restaurant wasn't completely busy. There was plenty of staff on hand and no reason for it. Then after an hour and ten minutes of ordering our food, my wife gets finally gets hers and the waitress said mine will be up shortly and went on to make the excuse that things are running slow because there were only two cooks in the kitchen. Well that's fine and dandy. But it would've been nice to know that before we got seated so we could decide if we wanted to stay or not. Needless to say, 10 minutes later my food still did not show up, we walked out and went to Cracker Barrel to which it was VERY busy (only a few open tables left) but we still received our delicious food in 19 minutes.
