Fast, Jose rustled up my omelette in under 5 min, hot and perfect. Greeted and immediately seated by Ansley who served my coffee right away. My server Angela didn't let my omelette sit in the window and get cold. I got it within seconds after Jose was completed. Attentive and obliging everyone worked together ensuring my experience was a good one. Store is clean and kept neat and tidy. One of the best iHop experiences I've had. Rare indeed! Your very standard, pleasant, & expected a-OK Madison IHOP on the magical Eatonton causeway... Waitstaff are on it, helpful, & v busy. Calm relaxed pleasant interior atmosphere. Menu items as expected; who doesn't love the standard Spinach Mushroom IHOP Omelette, Fisherman's Platter, Any time o the day ;) Food came out a bit late, per the IHOP protocol , see Brittany fo assistance ;) I know this a thing for others, just know Upfront; speed & promptness r an issue for any IHOP :) Their omelettes usually kill it; huge; they doin sumthin right .. . Attached to a Pilot store in case u have a hankerin for some Chiklets or narcotics. Recommend their tea-lemonade bev; the OJ s**ked. On our way to the airport on Christmas Day & we were appreciative that IHOP was open! This IHOP is attached to the gas station and not a free standing building. We were seated right away & our drink order taken. Love that IHOP still brings you a little coffee pot for the table. Coming from California and visiting the southern part of the US we enjoy the southern hospitality. Everyone is just so friendly! We ordered from the Senior menu: pancakes, eggs, bacon. All good. 4/5 because I had to walk out of the restaurant and into the convenience store to use the bathroom. read more

Been going to this store several times a week and today will be my last time. Management policys seem to change every 2 weeks. Order the same thing every time and talked with the ownership group in the past and now the servers can't do the order I was told was ok. read more

OK I'm going to give the cleanliness and service a 5 star review but the cook .... i may be a little too harsh on them but they can't cook for $4!+ The ticket stated my order to the T Over med eggs "Crispy" bacon "Crispy" hashbrowns All three were as close to raw as you could get. The biscuit that comes with the meal was cold.... not cool or cooler than ... but cold on one side and slightly toasted on the other. So the issue was with the staff not the restaurant. Would recommend you pass this place. The food was acceptable but the service ATTITUDE was a complete Debbie downer. Just almost to the point of hateful from the waitress. No smile. To my delightful surprise my meal was very good. Ordered th Philly cheesesteak stacker with onion rings. Sandwich perfect. Just need bread toasted. Onion rings however were NOT fresh and actually cold, hard and a bit over cooked. But still edible! Good start ! read more

I am 46 years old and my experience at this location was the absolute worst and exceptionally horrid restaurant experience in my life. We waited at least 10 minutes to be seated then after ordering, the food did not come out for 45 minutes. I wish I was exaggerating. And during the time that we were waiting, we witnessed two tables complain about the quality of the food. I understood their reasoning once we finally received our order. I didn't even get what I ordered but ate it anyway as I didn't want to wait another 45. The hash browns were so undercooked that I'm thinking they were were on the griddle for about 8 seconds. This is the first yelp review I've ever left but after the experience I had at this IHOP location I feel like I need to. We waited an hour for our food and there were hardly any customers inside. By the time we got our food back it was all cold and they messed up our order and had to remind the waitress that we didn't receive multiple items that we had ordered. The staff wasn't doing anything we saw food being put out for them to bring and it sat there on the counter for 30+ minutes. I highly DO NOT recommend this IHOP location our experience was awful and I will not be going back. read more
