I went for brunch, no hostess or server in sight. So I used the restroom. It smelled like rotten eggs. I lost my appetite and left.

Back in the day IHOP use to be the place to go for breakfast! I mean I use to love everything about them from the steak to the burgers, the fries to the hash browns, the eggs to omelet but now its a ho hum type of experience! IHOP pancakes use to be the best, I mean I use to compare all of the restaurants I visited to them but now they are just average! They charge you almost a dollar for onions to be added to your hash browns and they give you less than a spoonful, Really? I asked my waitress for more onions and she said "Do you mean another order?" I look at the fresh faced girl who was only doing her job and said "No, I want the onions that were suppose to come with this order!" she smiled and said "Those are the onions!" I knew at that moment that she was not the person to speak too I asked for the manager and he told me that the onions are weighed out and that is what I was suppose to get...not trying to be rude but I wanted to know did he want those sprinkle of onions back but before it got ugly he just gave me some more onions! Now, I know times are hard but today for everyone but when you give someone less than an ounce of onions for .89 cent then I think that is taking advantage of the customer because you get those onions whole sale, another resounding, Really? Okay, I digress let me get back to the food! The food was good it wasn't great and I truly wish they could remember what they use to be like because the only reason we still go to this or any IHOP is because it was in the area and its not a bad breakfast but its not a good one! This location NEVER answers the phone, but they have a sign asking customers to call ahead? Came in for the complimentary birthday and told by several that iHop doesn't have complimentary birthday food although the website says differently. Hmmmm, maybe this is why they are pushing burgers, loss of focus. read more

The wait to take my order and the wait for the food were both excessive. The food and the service were both very good. I requested onions in my hash browns, which surprisingly cost me .99 for a chopped slice of an onion which was barely recognizable in the hash browns. Dining area was very clean and the booth was very spacious and comfortable. read more

This place is awesome. Love the music, the vibe, the cleanliness, the staff, the food and the coffee. Are all IHOPs like this?

The server took more than 10 minutes to bring a glass of water & a cup of tea. When the tea came, the cup was dirty as well as the pot with the hot water (which looked like someone had chewed on the lid). Silverware was stained. Took a while for the food to come out & it's only 4 tables with two customers at the tables. This was truly a major turn off for me & I tries to support establishments. Okay so I like iHop however today's service and portions were on the skimpish side..I ordered the Chicken Florentine Crepes with a side of hash brownsand they were very stingy with the spinach and sauce. The waitress came over after initially bringing us our meal only to bring us the bill..then I had to ask for a little more spinach ($1.99) and more cheese sauce (0.99)..the food was good once I got what I needed because it was a little on the dry side with all the chicken..the hash browns of course had onions placed on top instead of being mixed in and cooked with them.. so yeah just 2 stars today overall for food and service.. read more

Worst IHOP ever, first time eating out in seven months. Took 29 minutes after being seated to be served, after another 15 minutes to be brought coffee. Our sever seemed to be in training, but her trainer was all over the place not really training the young lady. Had to ask for creamer and sugar for coffee, needed non sugar sweeter, took ten minutes to receive, coffee was cold after that, trainer no were to be found. Finally placed order it was wrong for higher price meal. Had to ask 5 times for a straw and napkins, trainer Socorro still nowhere to be found. Had to wait ten minutes for check, let tip on table fir young lady in training, guess who took tip Socorro. Complained to manger, but she did not seem too interested. As seems to be on trend with a lot of the other reviews would not reccomend this location. We stopped in about 10:30 there was no wait we were seated right away. However there was either no cook or 1 cook in the kitchen depending on who you asked. After about 45 minutes I noticed not a single table had food. Our waitress said that the kitchen was backed up but catching up on orders now. After an hour and 20 minutes we left. Our food had still not come out a few tables around us were just starting to receive theirs. The wait staff was wonderful. Pleasant trying their best to accommodate the customers. The management however needs some serious retraining. If there was no one to make any food customers should have been informed and not made to sit and wait for no reason. The food was standard fair for an IHOP. The pancakes were bland, the sausage greasy, and the eggs were dry. The service was worse than the food. The server talked 500 miles an hour and never asked if we needed anything. We waited too long for the check and had to have the manager refill our drinks for us. I absolutely loved my trip to IHOP, I haven't been here in a while. When we first walk in we're greeted by the greeters at the door. We were seated at a very clean table and waited for our food. Our waitress was one nicest people I've met in a restaurant. She helped us with our orders in a very polite manner. She always checked up on us. The waiters at the front desk were very unprofessional, and did not know how to work the ordering system. We have ordered from this IHOP various time, and were able to substitute certain items with no problem. This time they acted like it was a problem when we wanted to substitute pancakes for a cup of fruit. A simple cup of fruit! More customer service training would help them out tremendously. I understand that human reaction can be uncontrollable, but when dealing with paid customers this completely unacceptable. It's best that you go in so you can complain about your order being wrong. I ordered chocolate chip pancakes and strawberry cheesecake pancakes.
