This is at least my fourth time eating here over the past couple years, and I could have swore that I've written reviews about this place, but maybe they got pulled and that was unaware of it, so here we go again. Betcha THIS review won't be pulled. There's a reason I constantly eat here when I'm staying across the street. People in the south generally collectively are just great people. But I really enjoy coming to this IHOP, because my servers are just so nice and accommodating. The engaged in conversation with the customers, are very attensive and on their game.. Today, they were so slow, one of the cooks came out and we sat there chopped it up for a good while. Place is super clean, on every one of my prior visits also. I've never ever ever had a subpar or bad meal here, which is another reason that I continue to frequent this establishment. Tonight was no different, I ordered the salmon, with broccoli and a side salad. If you come here, you will be taken care of. And I have no doubt, that if you happen to have an issue, they will fix it likety split! I love stopping at IHOP. Because the pancakes are good. My grandkids love the different flavors of syrup. But my eggs were cold when they brought them to my table and I complained so they brought me more eggs and they were cold so I items anyway. Other than that the food has good flavor. read more

Yet another restaurant that can't seem to open on time. Employees just walking around pretending that they don't see you standing at the door. I'm a truck driver on a schedule and this restaurant is at a truck stop, they should be better about opening on time or firing those who can't do their job and hiring someone who will do it. read more

Last night the hubby and I decided on IHOP for dinner. This IHOP is located inside the TA Truck Stop. I ordered the Big Steak Omelette and the hubs ordered The Split Decision. Unfortunately, I was so hungry I forget to snap a picture of his food. We ordered our food to go so we could relax in the rig while eating. Plus, I don't like leaving my doggy. I digress, The Big Steak Omelette was supposed to have steak, onions, cheese, bell peppers, mushrooms, and hash browns inside. They ended up forgetting to put bell peppers and mushrooms inside and very little cheese and hash browns. They did put a decent amount of steak inside so that was nice. To top it off the omelette was overcooked and luke warm. My husband offered to take it back and ask them to redo it properly. I declined because I had already had a few bites. Despite it missing ingredients it tasted okay. I wasn't happy but as I previously stated I was hungry and we had just driven 600 miles. The hubby ordered The Spilt Decision. His order was correct although his food was also luke warm. Despite the temperature he told me it was just okay. I was really hoping for better but unfortunately we had a sub par dinner. read more

Yet another truckstop restaurant in which the waitresses refuse to do what the customer asks. I asked for an extra egg but didn't get it. Asked for my hash browns dark and crispy which didn't happen. Also got a puny amount which is probably the cooks fault. The waitress name was Brandy W. Probably the typical "screw you" attitude so prevalent with Millenials these days. read more

Stopped here to eat. Rude hostess, very rude waitress!! Refused to seat guests..told everyone kitchen was backed up and that they were short of help. Even gave to-go order to wrong person and did not offer him any other food. Four waitresses were standing back in kitchen, doing nothing. Have always had great experience in IHOPs, but will not go back to this one ever again!!! read more

I'm guessing they're still getting the kinks worked out here being new. Seemed like they had plenty of waitresses, but their kitchen was slow to a degree that can't be measured by human technology. We were seated quickly. Received our drink order within minutes and gave our waitress our order. She had issues with the handheld device they use. I'm guessing just getting used to it after a few days of being open. So after several minutes our food order was finally in. That was at 5:40pm. At 6:25pm we still hadn't received our food, the waitress had walked by us several times and didn't ask us if we needed refills. We noticed other tables having the same issues, either no food or wrong food. So, we gave up and left. They did comp the drinks, but a poorly trained wait and kitchen staff doesn't make up for it. We stopped for lunch and ordered our drinks and they didn't have anything but sweet and unsweetened tea they were out of everything else... so of course we got tea then my son-in-law had to send his back because there was white stuff floating in his... the we started ordering our food and they was out of all burgers and fries so then we decided to pay and go somewhere else 3- teas 1-kids tea 2- cheese sticks ($10 each) 1-kids Mac and cheese with no fries because again they were out. Totaled $43.70 this was the most expensive lunch without food I have ever had.. would have been once to know when we were seated they didn't have any food. Will never be back!.. read more

Just no. Ordered online to pick up in store. They said they couldn't make the $7 milkshake or wouldn't (really didn't get straight answer) and that i am on my own for a refund. Called ihop corporate to try to get a refund i am now at the mercy of the Jackson regional office who may call me back tonight or by Monday....and the simple egg sandwich i got was trash so...you have been warned. Too bad because the inside looked brand new but staff seem harsh, rude, and lazy. read more

Let me tell you that the cold at this joint are phenomenal! They're pancakes are always on point and the omelettes are the best tasting breakfast treats of the century. Don't hesitate to try anything new in the menu and I always tip good due to exceptional service and quality food! read more

I had breakfast here yesterday. I am an IHOP fan and have eaten at various sites of this chain for decades. I was not very optimistic about going to an IHOP inside a truck stop. I felt that it would not be up to the typical standard but I was wrong. The space has been completely remodeled and looks bright and modern. Upon entering we were welcomed by multiple staff and seated quickly. Our waitress, Brittany, was very professional and friendly. Our food arrived quickly and our special requests were honored. Nothing was lacking. The food was good and the check was accurate. Overall, a very good experience. There were not very many people in the dining room and the waitress said they had a rough opening but had worked out the problems and soon hoped the word would spread. Can I give this place 0 stars? Our server took our order and literally never came back. Our food came out wrong and our drinks were never refilled. The 2 men in the booth next to us used horrible language and cussed the whole time. When I told the manger, she looked at me like I had 2 heads. Wait! Our server met me at the counter to take payment on food that was completely incorrect. So I did see her again, I apologize. If I could I would give it no stars the service was awful it was practically empty with two sets of customers and they took a while to seat us then they had us (my boyfriend and I)waiting for about twenty minutes we could see them just relaxing at the front and one girl was sweeping the same spot for what seemed like forever. Let me not forget to mention when my boyfriend and I were in the front it looked like the bartender had let one of the staff know we were there and she just said no we don't about having someone at the front waiting for them. Well, I'm a big fan of IHOP, this one is a bit different. There are 2 entrances, from the parking lot and from the TA store. The sign "please wait to be seated" is facing the door from the parking lot. They should put it where it can be seen from either entrance. The pancakes were a bit dry and cold; that cost them a star. The syrup moistened them up but did nothing to warm them. The Omelet was good, Poblano Omelet was very spicy and the coffee was hot! The place was clean and the staff was...well the host seemed confused on the seating but the waitress was on the ball. She, Sara S, not only brought me the coffee I ordered but a glass of water, which I wanted but forgot to ask for. They were not too busy so that may have helped. Lastly, this corona virus even has them going extreme. They put the salt and pepper in side order bowls (see photo). There was NOTHING on the table at all. Nothing like being treated rudely at the door. There were 5 employees hanging out talking at the front. Finally one blurts out we have a moratorium on the door. It will be 45-50 min. Talk about lazy staff. they have time to hang out and talk but are short staffed when it comes to doing their job. Not worth your time. read more

This was the worst experience I have ever had at an IHOP. The service was absolutely terrible, to where we had no idea who our actual server even was. One of the servers could not care less about us, as she was listening to our orders while sweeping. The order was messed up, we had no silverware, and we didn't get checked on at all. It took forever to get anything. Worst service I have ever had. read more

No mask required and the servers with out mask and the restaurant don't have any regulations about it , we stop in dennys with super good regulations about covid read more
