The wait was crazy (Labor Day). The front lobby waiting area has no air conditioning at all, so it's uncomfortable. After about 20 minutes, we were seated at our table (after looking at the dining area... not sure why we had to wait since it was not even fully packed at all). Our server was a sweet young lady. She did her best checking up on her tables. I will say I was not impressed with some of the plates. The manager of this store is incredibly rude. I had a generally awful experience here. I came as a part of 3. I ordered the steak with eggs and pancakes. The steak tasted off, they gave us a bus boy as a waiter even though they were not busy. The employees even made fun of how slow he was with his tables. My company did not enjoy their meals either because their plates came out were cold/lukewarm. The absolute WORST PART is that I called to speak to someone about their service and was told someone higher up would get back to me. No one ever called back. I called again, but it was mistakenly the wrong iHop and they accused me of trying to manipulate them. They doubled down, gave me perpetually, calling me a liar, also egging me on to call Corporate. I will never go to iHop again after dealing with this kind of team. Trash customer service. I have all the proof and was still accused of lying, as if my receipt would lie. First off, it's IHOP. That being said, it's one of the better ones I've visited. Friendly staff and the food was good.

Evening family meal yet we all ordered breakfast. Halah our server was very pleasant and made our family amazing. Very attentive to our requests and didn't let the multiple requests from our party shake her up. She somehow managed to remain courteous and professional while attending to our needs. The food was served in a timely manner and cooked to everyone's requests. No orders were messed up. Always a plus. Coffee tasted fresh and topped off. Everyone's food tasted great. The temperature inside the restaurant was at a comfortable temperature making me forget the hot humid night. I recommend this location and don't forget to ask for Halah. When we walked in, there were two employees taking a break in the main foyer, feet up on the seats. Apparently one of them was the main host because it took them a good 3 minutes before someone noticed us and seated us in a booth. They had run out of kids' menus so they gave my kids napkins and crayons. Ever try to color on a napkin with a crayon? The place was full of flies, and they had run out of apple juice. Afraid to order anything else, we walked out of there. The two employees were still on their break; one of them looked up from their phone long enough to cheerily say goodbye. When I crave pancakes I always head to my nearest IHOP. This time I had a very bad experience. We placed our order, we were all very hungry, received our drinks and that's the last time we saw our waiter. She never returned to check on us or refill our coffee. We were waiting for about 35 mins. and noticed how everyone around us received there meal but us. The bad thing was that the waiter saw my expression of frustration but did not even bother to come to our table to let us know on the status of our meal. I had to order online because they weren't accepting orders over the phone. Once I ordered it online, it said it would be ready at 11:37am. I called multiple times and waited seeing people go in and out with their orders and mine never arrived. All I ordered was an omelet. Simple order that shouldn't have taken long. IHOP service needs great improvement. They don't have the capacity and knowledge of syncing the online orders to the restaurants. I wasted 1HOUR and had to go inside to check my order when it was suppose to be curbside.
