I've been told they are already closed (five minutes before closing time, and the girls working had all already gotten off their computers and were clearly closing early and didn't want to do their jobs), and I've been told the medicine was re-stocked already within a few days of ordering it. terrible customer service, lazy employees, and the QR code they gave me to order the medicine takes you to a 404 bad gateway page, so terrible IT set up.

Abbie is very flexible on timing, and helps me find a group lesson every week, which is a little cheaper, as I'm a college student. She is a very positive trainer who is able to communicate effectively how to improve your riding. She pushes you to improve, but also is very understanding of the Texas heat and that with only riding once a week I'm not in as good of shape as I would like to be, so we get plenty of walk breaks and chats. The horses are all in great shape, and because of the low cost and vet on site I've been very tempted to try and get a horse myself, especially after seeing how both Abbie and Julie take such great care of all the horses. The horses are all happy and I've seen them galloping and playing in the fields on numerous occasions. Abbie's horses I've ridden are all such good characters and practically bomb proof. I would recommend Hidden Branch to anyone looking for a relaxed atmosphere to board or to lesson, while still trying to improve their ability.

My family and I were devastated and trying to navigate setting everything up was exhausting. The original cremation service we were going to use was so expensive, and talking to them was so transactional and it hurt. I had a coworker recommendation to call Bella's "just to see" and I am so glad I called. Right away I knew they were different, whereas the other service kept referring to my sweet girl as "the dog" or "the pet", Laura stopped me right away and asked what her name was. That small act of kindness meant the world to me. We were doing home euthanasia and had issues with the original vet. Laura helped me, very last minute, to find a vet who would come out to see us, and it was a fraction of the cost. She was so kind and supportive through the whole process. She would even text to check in with me throughout the process. The day of June 5, 2025 Laura and her family were at our house early, so we wouldn't have to worry. They helped support through Xena's final moments. They showed her, and my whole family so much respect and kindness that I am tearing up writing this. After the vet left, Laura made sure to let me know to take my time, and properly say goodbye, allowing my son and other dogs to get closure. They helped us get pawprints, as they saw us all struggling. They put a pillow under her head, which made her look so peaceful as they were leaving. We had my sweet Xena back the next day, the facility was beautiful and I could see how much care they put into these animals and their families. I went with the Rose Package, and it was affordable and comparable to other cremation services. Her cedar chest is beautiful, and we had bracelet keepsakes that they filled for us as well. When I picked her up, Laura surprised me with a pillow. It was the pillow they had used to take my sweet girl to put her to rest. It was such a kind gesture, that I was not expecting at all. I am so grateful to have it. Overall, Laura and everyone else at Bella's Pet Cremation went above and beyond in every way. They treated us as family, and treated my sweet Xena as I expect they would have treated their own dogs. Saying goodbye to our fur family is never easy, but they helped to make it less painful.

Today was a total desister after dropping him off at 8am, I receive a call at 2pm that my dogs out of control and to come get him ASAP. So I go get him and Mandy the owner comes out and starts raising her voice at me about my dog destroying her property. And I owe them a $100 for a kennel door he bent up. I paid them the $100 but will not be back. And this couple even has a German Short Hair pointer and know how they or and there disposition and temperament. It's sad to have to find another dog groomer after a year. Too much tension there, groomers must have change or there over worked
